I put in an order for one of their products on the 28th of April, "last month" and they still have not shipped it yet The item is not on back oder either as far as I know but I have sent 3! Emails the first two asking about why ihas not shipped yet,and the third (last week) asking them to cancel my order and give me a refund, they sent an email each time the first was essentially were busy..(okay fine I work in warehousing I can understand) but the second time I ask again about it and they said they would have my order pushed up to the frontweeks ago the last message about the me cancelling(last week) they said someone would contact me about it...moving on to today and still nothing I would like the item shipped in the next day (maximum) or all my money backby that I mean when I put in the order they charged my bank account right away At this point I'm feeling like they are STEALING my money
