I ordered a pair of gloves and a vest from this companyI also paid for 2-day expedited shipping so I would get it in timeThe gloves shipped separately with no issues, however it took weeks for the vest that was in stock an not back ordered to even be sent outIt was only sent out because I sent an email to their customer service to remind them that I ordered something from themNo explanation as to why just a short response saying they will look into ithours later it is finally shipped however it is now being shipped by UPS ground completely ignoring the extra cost I paid to ship it fasterI feel like most companies would try and make up for their own mistake, however this company just continually screws you overTheir phone number is just an annoying computer voice that goes on and on about sales and buzzwords, then tells you to leave a message that they don't even care to call you back forI don't recommend ordering anything from this company as they just don't care a

Placed an order on November 6th for four items Paid for them with a credit card Was charged in full The company only sent two of the four items in the order When I inquired about the status of the other two items, the responses from the company over the next month ranged from "we are looking into this" to "there was an error in our system" to "these items were improperly coded" to "we have corrected the problem" to "we will have this corrected soon" and on and on

OpsGear had an online advert for a Condor Chest Rig last week, which after shipping, was only $ A great deal, I thought it was overstock or a promo and apparently a lot of other's did too based on the real time customer purchases ticker on their siteApparently someone didn't review before "publishing" the changes on their site I do have a receipt for my purchase I received an email stating my order was processing for shipment A bit later, I get an email stating that they "cancelled" my order at "MY" request! WHAT!? I didn't do that; that email is VERY misleadingGeez, at least change the verbiage on your emails I then emailed their "support" and called their main number, which is a waste of time only goes to vm The email reply I received stated that it was a glitch and they can't possibly sell them at that price I asked for a manager to reply to my email, nothing as of yetI am typically a very understanding person, mistakes can happen, but the more I researched this company, the more I see this is more the norm than not Based on my own experiences, if I go to a local storefront, and their staff misprint an article, or the register has a higher price than what is marked, they have to honor the lower price I won't do business or recommend this company to anyone I know, especially LEO or veterans Being a veteran myself, I try and do as much business as I can with veteran owned companies to support my brothers and sisters; however, if they don't provide honor and integrity, then then they have lost all credibility IMO

Order Number [redacted] Placed an order on 12/13/for work-related apparel necessary for upcoming contract as of this date, my order has not shipped, despite being repeatedly told that I would get a shipping tracking number within two days; this has gone on since I placed the order Now I cannot even get a status of my order despite numerous phone voicemail messages (they dont even answer their phone now), and email messages In light of this inappropriate business practice, I sent several email messages and left phone messages requesting that the order be cancelled and my credit card be reimbursed, but I get no response I already had to purchase the item from another vendor at a higher cost just to have it on time to begin my contract I only request that Ops Gear cancel my order and reimburse my credit card
