Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Again simple communications this buisness makes excuses for their ineptitued and lack of communication, as Istated in my e mail that the business FAILED in providing a service I paid for, repeated e mail go unamswered and the standard check for "Spam" reply is givenIt is sad that I had to resort to this to get some sort of action, the items are now usless to me as I stated in all my previous e mails that I need all thre by 8/1/i ordered them on 6/24/with more than enough time, if your company would have told me they were not in stock and backorfdered and given me the decency to get them elswhere I would not have had to go out this past saturday and purchase the two that I never receivedNow you decide to provide a tracking number and that I will receive them this Friday! it is incredible how a person thinks that this is a way to run a buisness, god knows what type of hedache I am going to have to go through to return these two items that have been allegedly "Shipped" Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello, On 07/09/I made an online purchase of $worth of gear from Opsgear When I hadn't received a tracking number or the gear after a weeks, I contacted them On 07/18/they sent me half of my order, and told me they didn't know when the other half of my order would be back in stock On 07/21/they offered to refund our money and cancel our order, which we agreed to Between the 21st and the 26th I emailed the four times, and phoned them almost a dozen times, asking how long it would take to cancel the order and issue the refund The phone was never answered On the 26th, they responded by email and said the order was being cancelled and our refund would be issued within a day We've still yet to receive confirmation that the order was cancelled and the refund issued I explained to them that if I didn't receive the gear or a refund, I would lose my job As veterans, and suppliers of law enforcement, they should understand and appreciate the time

I made a purchase from this businesss on August in the amount of $87.99, As of today's date I have not received my product I have attempted to contact this business, they have a voice messaging system only and I was left no choice but to leave a message I ave done so multiple times, and have received on y call back from them stating that they would be sending my product, and that they were sorry as they had internal problems that resulted in my product not being shipped When I was on he pone with that person, I told them I looked forward to hearing from then the next day with the shipping information - they did not contact me with that information I have called back to attempt to get shipping information to get no response from the company I have been charged for a product I have not received I ask that they get me my product immediately or refund my monies immediately
