I placed a order back on July 23rd, 2016, my order # [redacted] I have sent messages regarding my order and out of the only have been met with response from Joshwhen I log in to look at my order it says it has been shipped and when I contacted josh he assured me I would be receiving a tracking number for my order it is now August 23rd, All I want is my orderIf this gets resolved I will all to happy to leave positive feedbackBut this is now getting ridiculous and I wish I saw the shipping reviews before I place my order, I even messaged Joshua last night regarding this and with out contacting me closed out my ticketThis is not how you do business

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I contacted my financial institution again and they have no record of any transaction pending or otherwise, so I feel that this again is absolutely false Additionally, I would have no confidence that this is in any way true because during every correspondence it is always another 7-or 3-or 3-business days Not once has "OpsGear" followed through on any one of their promises and their word holds no merit The complaints have been filed and the charges disputed with my financial institution Records are being generated with the consumer protection bureau and is being ear marked as fraudulent business practice Sincerely, [redacted]

I apologize for the delay in getting your prize sent to youIn following up with the warehouse, we were informed that the color you chose is backordered for another 5-weeks I'm sorry that was not communicated to you It is available, however, in OD and Coyote Would you like us to make the substitution for you? I purchased a boot from this company on June 24th The product was not used in an aggressive manner, even though it is advertised as a durable bootJust under two months went by, I used this boot off and on over that time frame, and I noticed a clicking coming from the bootsI wasn’t sure what it was and continued to wear the next couple daysThe sound persisted and I examined the boot further and noticed that the sound was coming from the hard insole of the boot and it had cracked and the clicking noise was the two parts of the sole snapping as they met when I walked in the bootI emailed their support department where I was told that they were sorry about the issue and would get a replacement out to me right away and they will get back to me with a tracking numberWell, that was great but then I waited several days and asked for a follow upThey responded several days later and said they are working on that replacement and will get back to me with further shipping details

On July 2, I ordered from Opsgear and they processed a payment of $ I received a shipping confirmation the following day July 3, stating that "your order is on it's way." I received no tracking number once this was sentAt the time of order, all products were listed as "In Stock"When the order never arrived I contacted them for an order status on July 8, I have called numerous time and never had anyone pick up other than a voicemail serviceI sent an email and was surprised to receive a reply, July 9, 2016, that my order was delayed and would be shipped in a week or twoI have since sent over email requesting an order status/delivery or a refundI have not had a reply to any other email in over a month (days) On the Opsgear website it shows that my order has been shipped yet I have not received a tracking number of this order

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI would like to note that this is the first I have EVER heard that their warehouse in Georgia cannot ship to APO addressesIf I had known that initially I would not have felt the need to pursue this course of action in getting a refundFurthermore, it disappoints me that I had to state "I will be forced to pursue legal action" via email in order to warrant a response from Opsgear.com I had sent a couple of emails to the company's help desk/support service asking for any information regarding the status of my refund, but once I said "I will be forced to pursue legal action" I had a response within minutesThank you for helping to ensure this process was completed, I will never again do business with this company Very Respectfully, [redacted] ***

ordered a bag almost a month a go and they still haven't even ship it yetI have been emailing and calling them with no respond, but they sure took my money right away

I placed an order and paid $for the orderI upgraded shipping to $and emailed and called the customer service number explaining that if the one item could not ship out I would like a credit for all itemsThey shipped a hat on upgraded shippingThey have yet to send the last items as they are stuck in transit for weeksI have called numerous times and emailed numerous times and have yet to receive a full creditThis company is a scam and horrible

Order a product from this company, and was given shipping confirmation days agoSince then I have not received tracking numbers, nobody at their customer service number answers the phoneIf you leave a message, no return call is receivedEmail requests for the status of my order go unanswered, as well as requests for my money to be refundedI believe this company is operating in an unlawful manner, as this seems to be par for their practices considering this has happened to almost everyone who has purchased from this company
