I placed an order online on AugI paid via PayPal and received confirmation that the order was filled and would be provided a UPS tracking number once shippedI have not yet received that tracking numberI have filed through their website two customer support request and received no satisfactory replyI tried calling but the phone tree says for complaints leave a voice mail messageIt appears the order has not been filled nor shipped and they are refusing to deal with me personallyI have notified the Utah State Attorney General's office and will also notify the Washington State Attorney General's office as well and file a complaint with the BBC in Washington as well

The company are refusing to issue a refund for good returned to themThey have provided no information in to what action they have taken as to resolving the issue nor have they searched with the US mail service who were the last carrier to handle the package when it was returned by the postal service in the United KingdomAt no point did I take possession of the parcel as they was a duty fee to pay, instead I informed the post office reception counter to return the goods to senderThis was completed in January 2017, and since then I have been attempting to get a resolutionThe company have now stopped responding to all forms of communication with me leaving no choice that to take further action

Hello Ms [redacted] , Again this was an international order that was place it was shipped to our main warehouse in UtahThe change of address that was made did caused a delayYou did ask that he be "compensated" the amount that he paid for the item that he orderedSo you are demanding that we issue him a credit for the entire amount he paid for the itemWhen the international order was place on December the address was changed to a APOThe warehouse does not ship directly to APO's so it had to be shipped to our main warehouseThe holiday puts a delay on shipping as wellThe shipping that was selected was first class shipping which is the slowest shipping offeredI understand you frustrationsPlease have Mr [redacted] contact us for further assistance on this order

I will ignore the comment regarding "low moral standards" as name-calling and insults don't accomplish anything, and the inability to access employees' emails to find conversations does not constitute "low moral standards." The refund has been processed, and I apologize for the frustration felt by the customer

I place a order with this company on September 18,for mag pouches,coyote in color I made payment using my credit card for the amount of ($ for product + $for shipping and handling) for the sum total of $ Order was confirmed on September 18,number [redacted] They have not ship my order out , yet after sending many emails promise me they will ship with hours or next weekIt's now October 22,Have not received my order or my tracking number

I placed an order with OpsGear on May 13, I paid for my items in full when I ordered them and received confirmation that my payment had been sent and received But after a week or so, I had not receive notification of shipping On May 24th I wrote OpsGear and inquired about my order The response I got was that they were having trouble with that line and my items would ship within the week I still did not receive a shipping notification within that week time frame I tried emailed OpsGear more time and did not receive a response I then placed a phone call to OpsGear and the recording said that due to high call volume to leave my name number and message and they would call me back I have not been contacted I sent OpsGear another email on June 13th demanding a refund I did receive a quick response from OpsGear saying that I would be contacted immediately regarding my refund I have not been contacted by OpsGear as of this writing

I ordered a product from them on 11MarchI was charged for the item using my Check cardI have not received any shipping details and paid for two day shipping with the thought of receiving my product for an eventI have not received any notification of backorders eitherI have tried contacting via email (2) and via phonePhone attempt leads to only busy and all agents are busy messages

I apologize for not responding sooner The warehouse has been contacted and the order has been released for shipment I should, hopefully, have a tracking number later today or tomorrow, and will email that as soon as I get it I'm sorry this wasn't handled or shipped sooner!

I ordered items from this company almost a month ago the items where suppose to ship in two shipment's and in only received of the itemson top of that it was the wrong item for the left hand and not my right hand the other two items have never arrived and after attempts to call the company and e-mail the company I have gotten no response from any of my calls or e-mails

Conducted an online purchase 03 Aug 2016 for a total of $147.90. Order was processed and payment was made through PayPal that same day. Between 03 Aug and 26 Oct I sent a number of inquiries about my order and never received an appropriate response so I cancelled my order via Email (26 Oct 2016). I additionally sent 2 more emails attempting to cancel my order and get a refund, with no success. Here it is February, with one last attempt, I made a phone call, and left a message, stating I want my refund, which I assume will not be addressed.
