Overall we had a very positive outcome and service with Optima They are very responsive, answer calls and emails and really do their best to make their customers happy I think people need to be realistic though and don't expect a miracle...if you genuinely owe the money, they definitely do all they can to get you a reasonable payment Not everything is in their control but they are very thorough and do their absolute best for you I got frustrated at times but that's because this is a stressful situation to be in, not because of anything they as a company lacked At times I heavily challenged my case manager and she always kept her composure and gave me the answers I was looking for, when I am sure she didn't want to deal with me anymore..lolThey reduced our monthly payment by $ a month and stopped all collection activity against our property, paychecks, and bank accounts They definitely did what we were not able to accomplish on our own, we are very grateful!! Even after our case was closed, I called and needed a favor and they did it immediately and got it accomplished within 48hours We are glad we chose this company and would recommend them!

SUMMARY - Optima Tax's management contacted the client to address his concerns and was able to reach a satisfactory outcome with the client RESPONSE - Optima Tax’s management has made contact with the client to address his concerns as outlined in the complaintPrior to receiving the complaint, one of Optima Tax’s Quality Assurance representatives made multiple attempts to contact the client regarding potential frustrations but unfortunately the client did not respond to our attempts before filing the complaintOnce we received the client’s complaint he was more responsive to allow Optima Tax to address his concernsThe client unjustifiably labeled our firm as a “rip off” based on the fact that we simply posed the question that, “if Optima Tax was able to do a price match, would he allow Optima Tax to finish the job that we started.” Unfortunately, the client misinterpreted the offer to mean that the initial quoted price for resolution services did not relate to the complexity of the client’s tax issues and that we were simply trying to get the highest price possibleAfter discussing the proposed price match option, which would have required Management’s approval, as well as the details of client’s case, the client understood that our suggested offer was in an attempt to help accommodate the clientFurther, he acknowledged that Optima Tax was not a “rip off.” We ultimately parted ways on good terms and more importantly, the client understands that Optima Tax is a legitimate company that cares about its clients At Optima Tax we strive to uphold the philosophy that "clients come first" and all of our representatives go through rigorous training to assure we abide by that philosophyWe take all complaints very seriously, and we do our best to turn them around when possibleOptima Tax believes it has addressed the client's concerns appropriately and considers the matter closedPlease do not hesitate to contact Optima Tax with any questionsThank you

I had an IRS issue that went back quite a few years I had been paying monthly on an agreed plan for several years, but the penalties and interest just kept me from making ever paying it off I had herd many ads and received many offers in the mail to help me solve my debt and when I heard Optima's ad, I looked them on line and then made the call From the first call I was very impressed, I knew I needed a team of tax attorneys and CPA's to help me and it' wouldn't be cheap, but I couldn't afford not to hire someone to help me Once they took over I could sleep at night and not worry about calls or letters in the mail! They stayed in constant touch with me by phone and email throughout the process and responded quickly to my calls and emailsThey filed an Offer and Compromise and thank goodness the IRS accepted it Even if they hadn't I feel Optima was thorough and asked all the right questionsI kept them informed of any changes to my situation and responded quickly to their requests Once my case was resolved they continued to stay in touch and help me make sure this doesn't happen again Thank you to the Optima Team!!!

The staff at Optima Tax are professional and well trained, polite and so efficient on achieving your peace of mindYou never think you will be the one with tax issues but it can happen to any of usI tried to resolve it on my own I am too busy and I don't have the time to be put on hold for hoursI like to think I'm smart enough to resolve my own issues but I was getting no where on my own I was able to sleep at night and my case manager [redacted] *at Optima never gave up on me even when I thought I would Optima Tax resolved my case with a payment plan that will not rob the quality of my lifeMany thanks to all at OPTIMA TAX, and a big hug for [redacted] *

Please be advised that we are still in constant communication with the client until we come to a final resolve regarding her concernsWe are pleased that the client remains in communication as it only helps us come to a final conclusion Although Optima Tax explores every avenue it can to help reduce our client’s overall tax liability, the IRS has the right to approve or deny such requestsGiven the client’s filing history, the IRS would not accept any type of request to remove any penalties the client accrued In order to address the client’s assertion that Optima’s actions prevented a tax refund, Optima will provide some important informationThus, the IRS requires that any return, which requests a refund of money paid, be submitted to the IRS within three years of the original due date for the returnIn this case, the client is claiming a refund for tax year 2008, but the client first requested this refund when they filed an amended return in Therefore, because the request for refund was made more than three years after the original return was required to be filed, the IRS will not issue a refund to the taxpayer To claim that Optima Tax did nothing for the fees associated with her case is an inaccurate statementNot only did Optima Tax resolve her case as outlined in the Client Services and Resolution Addendum, the plan we successfully negotiated also protects the client from any enforcement action that can be taken by the IRS to satisfy the outstanding balance

This place is so unprofessional ! Talked with "Alex" tonight Little girlGot a REHEARST speech on why they had entitlement to take dollars from us ! My husband has cancer and is on medications which alter clear thinking We had a tax problem and unknown to me he hired OptimaWhen I found out he already paid them close to dollarsI spoke with optima and told them my husbands situationTold them Never to speak with him- only me They never contacted me on anything but they kept contacting my husband! SUMMARY - Optima Tax's management immediately reached out to the client to address his concerns as outlined in the complaint Although Optima Tax made its best effort to address client’s concerns, the client at this point in time has not responded to our proposed options RESPONSE - Optima Tax’s management immediately reached out to the client to address his concerns as outlined in the complaintUnfortunately, the client alleged that Optima Tax did not fulfill its promise nor meet client’s expectations Optima Tax, however, was able to reiterate and explain the types of services that were provided to the client Optima Tax’s program is broken down into two phases – an Investigation Phase and the Resolution Phase The client had hired Optima Tax only for its Investigation Phase, during which Optima Tax had utilized a number of dynamic methods to provide an analysis of the client’s tax situation – upon being hired, Optima Tax had immediately reached out to the IRS to assess client’s tax issues, collected client’s financial information, ordered transcripts from the IRS, formulated a resolution proposal based on all information gathered, and ultimately presented the resolution proposal to the client During this time, it should be noted that Optima Tax had difficulty communicating with the client based on his busy schedule, especially around the time in which Optima Tax needed to discuss the resolution proposal When Optima Tax was finally able to present the resolution proposal to the client, it was at that time the client decided not to continue our service Although Optima Tax had completely fulfilled its obligation in the Investigation Phase, in response to client’s apparent dissatisfaction and in hopes of coming to a mutual resolve, Optima Tax made its best effort to accommodate the client’s complaint by promptly responding to all his inquiries, and by proposing a number of options for the client to consider Despite our multiple follow-ups, the client unfortunately has not responded to our proposed options Although the client has made harsh threats and comments regarding our service without providing helpful facts to substantiate his comments; it is out of our sincere respect and regards for all of our clients that Optima Tax has decided not to negatively respond to his complaint and requests that this complaint be recognized as being resolved At Optima Tax we strive to uphold the philosophy that "clients come first" and all of our representatives go through rigorous training to assure we abide by that philosophyWe take all complaints very seriously, and we do our best to efficiently resolve them when possibleOptima Tax believes it has addressed the client's concerns appropriately and considers the matter closed Please do not hesitate to contact Optima Tax with any questionsThank you

Optima Tax's management has continued to make contact with the cliet to discuss and fully resolve his concerns as outlined in the complaintAlthough initially the client may not have agreed with our first response, we have documented evidence to support our response and its accuracyAfter further explaining the situation in detail to the Client, we are pleased to say that all issues have been resolved by Optima Tax and a mutual resolution has been reached with the client As the client stated, he submitted a request for a new Case Manager to which we complied with even though the client had yet to make a payment for three months and was on a payment holdAlthough the client was still on payment hold, we went beyond the scope of our protocol, and continued to service the case The new Case Manager made repeated attempts to gather the necessary financial documents from the clientUnfortunately, the client could not provide us with the necessary completed financials which ultimately hindered our ability to work his case Please note that Optima Tax never refused to send copies of client’s tax returns to himIn fact, the tax returns we had on file were copies and the client had the originals in his possession alreadyRegardless, we still mailed out additional copies of the returns to the client for his recordsOptima Tax makes it a top priority of ours to address any concerns our clients may haveWe are pleased to say that we have come to a mutual resolve with the client and consider this matter closed

Optima Tax Relief helped me in a major wayThe process took some time but I was informed of what to expect, including any fees, documentation that would be required and the approximate duration of my case before I even signed on for the serviceEach step of the process was outlined and I was assigned a rep for each step who walked me through the process with easeOf course, with any tax related issue where money is owed, there is always anxiety but I must say that towards the end of the process, my rep at the time was a SUPER helpful man named Brandon who answered any questions I had and basically held my hand until completion of the processOptima saved me almost 75% of what the IRS was asking me to pay

Was satisfied with there service .I personally wish they could have helped more

Optima Tax Relief resolved my situation by obtaining an Offer in Compromise from the IRSI owed a substantial amount of money and they were able to settle for a small amount of moneyThe process was long but worth the wait and very economical for the amount of work involved on their partThe individuals I dealt with were very professional and kept me informed at all timesI would highly recommend to others for resolution to any tax problems

SUMMARY - Optima Tax's management attempted to established communication with the client to address the complaint but we did not receive a response RESPONSE - Optima Tax management immediately reached out to the client upon receiving the complaint in an effort to address their concernsUnfortunately we were unable to establish communication with the clientAfter reviewing the case we have documented confirmation on file that the Power of Attorney was revoked on February 23, Upon receiving the complaint Optima Tax sent another revocation letter to the IRS on April 11, Per the clients request we sent confirmation that the Power of Attorney letter has been revoked on April 17,

SUMMARY - Optima Tax's management has made multiple attempts to contact the client with no success RESPONSE - Optima Tax’s management has attempted to contact the client to discuss his claims as outlined in the complaint, however, the client has been unresponsive unfortunatelyOptima Tax had actually attempted to address his concerns back in August but the client was also unresponsive then as well In hopes of addressing the client’s concerns, we would like to state that contrary to his claim that Optima Tax had closed his case without a resolution in place, Optima Tax had provided its representation as outlined in the Client Services AgreementIn doing so, we were able to release a levy that was in place, protected his assets and set up an affordable payment plan to pay off the balance without any further action taken by the IRSAs such, there were no promises given as we were very transparent with our clients and the services Optima was providingThe IRS does have certain programs that will allow a tax payer to reduce their debtBased on our financial analyses, however, the client was in a position to pay his liability in full, therefore, he did not qualify for such programs At Optima Tax we strive to uphold the philosophy that "clients come first" and all of our representatives go through rigorous training to assure we abide by that philosophyWe take all complaints very seriously, and we do our best to turn them around when possibleOptima Tax believes it took the necessary steps to address the clients concerns and considers the matter closedPlease do not hesitate to contact Optima Tax with any questionsThank you

Without the radio commercial I did not know whom to approach with my tax audit problem from the IRSI owed more than $25,for two audit years and When Optima Tax Relief designed the installment agreement based on my potential or ability to pay, I felt a reliefThen one more good news happened, when Optima said I am qualified for the Offer in Compromise, I felt more relievedThis is my favorite part of the resolutionOptima Tax Relief have assigned me different case managers and tax professionals as my case progresses to the different resolution stagesAnd lastly, to make sure that I would not make any more errors, Optima Tax Relief prepared and filed my Taxes with no extra charge
