Oct 2, So, I called Plesser's today to get some help on ordering a washer and dryer I dealt with Jennifer O*** who works in the phone support department for on-line orders She was an extremely helpful and an all-around wonderful individual You see, I called about to minutes before the business closed and at no point did she just try to give me quick answers in order to get me off the phoneInstead, she took her time and provided me with the various models and color options that were currently in stock After minutes on phone, I was so satisfied and confident with the information she provided that I went ahead and placed my order with her In a world that has become so self absorbed it was wonderful to speak with a customer service representative that truly seemed to enjoy her jobI wish that all customer service employees were as friendly, attentive, and helpful as herThanks again Jennifer,
