I went out on black Friday looking for a new refrigerator I found the make and model I wanted and it was on sale cyber Monday I went home to check all the dimensions and everything was just right I went on my computer and googled the make and model number of the major big box stores all had it for about the same price then a company Plesser's popped up I went to the Plesser's website and looked it up They were having a sale on it on cyber Monday also Their Cyber Monday only special was less expensive so I read further They also included free delivery and a year extended warranty as well Now I am thinking this can't be true Monday morning I call and get a young lady named Jennifer O*** I couldn't believe how simple and easy this woman made my shopping experience I saved about $and I am telling everyone I would give her stars if I could Thank You Jennifer!!!!!!
What a fabulous buying experience! I shopped for my fridge of choice locally (Arizona) and in fact just about purchased ( I really DID WANT to buy locally from a well known locally independent business)....till my father informed me he has bought several large appliances from Pressers and to give them a goI was very hesitant to make such a large purchase online, but dealing with Eugene (Gene) was not only a great experience but.....he saved me literally $500.00! FREE shipping, no sales tax, year warranty INCLUDED, additional year parts AND a $rebate????? Impossible to pass upMy father said delivery on his previous purchases went flawlessly and I am expecting no less as wellGene was fair to openly tell me “downside” was might take 2-weeks for delivery, as opposed to 7-days I was quoted from local store, but I’m more than happy to wait due to such great savingsI’ll definitely do another review after it’s delivered but so far out of Pressers and Gene!

If you are ordering on line I would never use this company They advertised a washer and dryer set then failed to fulfill the shipment once they realized the cost they would incur for shipping to a state in the Mid-West They are rude and non responsive They said the items were damaged during inventory They never offered to re-fill the order or delay the order until they had the washer and dryer available which I doubt Even the *** Rep could not get them to work out the issue or cooperateI find it laughable the washer and dryer were offered for 1601, then after the order was cancelled it jumped up dollars Stay Away!!!!! Not sure how they maintain an A+ Rating with the Revdex.com?
