My experience with Plessers has been great experience from beginning to end While having the stress of remodeling my kitchen I needed the help to put the right appliances in I have never been happier Joe made my purchase so easy and worked with me every step of the way The price was great, delivery was exactly when they said and installation was done with the utmost of expertise I had a little issue with my refrigerator shelve and Laury from customer service worked on it until it was worked out They have a great team working in Plessers and I will definitely keep them as my store to go for any appliance needs

Eric listened to my request to purchase a new dishwasher and confirmed what I heard that *** was probably the best one I purchased the minimum cost one with an extended service contractEric issued the greatest discount he could given my history of purchases at Plessers
When I purchased my capital range with open burners I was told it came with a year extended warranty which specifically covered the igniters at no chargeThe range was purchased in so the manufacturers warranty of one year has expiredA few months ago I noticed a problem with the gas going up and down with a noise in the ovenI called capital which stated it was the igniterI then called plessers who told me they saw my purchase and the warranty in their systemI asked what was covered, specifically igniters and she said yes but the labor is not coveredShe gave me a number to call for service on the warrantyI called the number and they pulled up my warranty on my rangeI was told it was for all major components of the rangeI asked what components were coveredShe stated only the sealed burnersI told her my range has open burners not sealed burnersI then asked if I have don't have sealed burners what does my warranty coverShe said nothingI called plessers ba
Eric was excellent He was very pleasant and informative regarding a range we wanted to purchase I would definitely refer Plessers and Eric to my family and friends It was a very no hazzle experience Thank you*** *
