We have received the rejected response from [redacted] and have made several attempts in reaching her to address her concerns but have been unsuccessfulAt this time we ask that she call our office at ***-***-***, to allow us the opportunity to reach a resolution

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I need to know what fees Protect America is charging me and I need this in writingI need to know exactly what I'm being charged for [redacted] stated in Revdex.com case # [redacted] that they do not charge feesThe last bill I received from your company was for $and that was in December of [redacted] also stated in Consumer Financial Bureau case # [redacted] they don't charge feesThey said your company sent this to them saying that I owe $Look at these cases that I already filed against [redacted] and they are saying this is the amount you told them I owe and if that's the case you should be able to show me how I owe this amountI have already talked to them you need to tell me what you are charging me for because this is the amount you sent them saying I owe according to them Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Protect America have not responded to the premise of my complaints which is their miscommunication from their agents on the cancellation phone call that we don't owe anything which they keep denying with no proofTheir agents should not make claims that the account is closed and no more fees are owed knowing that I will be billed for two more monthsI am very disappointed of their response, they are in the business of protecting their customer's interests and yet they are only protecting their own interestsIt is not about the money for me and I honored their contract for months even though I didn't good service from them so paying another dollars is nothing but can't just keep bending to their mistakes and at some point they have to pay for their mistakes Regards, [redacted]

Protect America has received the complaint submitted by Mr [redacted] We reviewed the account and callsAs per the terms and conditions of the Agreement he signed, it stipulates that a customer may cancel the contract by returning all of the equipment outlined in the contract within days of the initial shipment date from Protect America to customerA $restocking fee is assessed on all returns unless equipment is physically returned within the first days following the signing of the agreementMr [redacted] did not return the equipment within the days so the $restocking fee assessed is validWe ask that he allows Protect America to assist with any further inquiries

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It took the company over days to try and get my Z-wave devices to work and they failed I was sold a system that would work with my z-wave devices and it didn't they never got it to work, they also have an app that can't be used at night if the room is not illuminated, nor in the sunlight rendering the appuselessI was unaware of these limitation till I got the equipment and though they give you days to cancel as stated before its totally bogus because its from the day the unit ships which shipping time takes up 3-days then another 3-days is loss to setting the unit up by appointment, then they sent out the wrong equipment, that took another days and another days to set up an appointment to install the new device which the device never worked Then they tried to convince me to change over to an entire new set up though they had no video or photos that they could show that the new system would work so after over days of trying to work with them I gave up and told them to cancel in which they replied it had been over days which is ludicrous considering that I never had exactly what was sold to me up and running for not even day as the company failed to ever get my z-wave device to workI was even willing to use their siren but when they sent out the wrong equipment for the 3rd time I quit Its a terrible company to never get the item to work right ask me to give them chance after chance to get it to work and then to say its over days is insane Then they said to cancel I have to pay them for years for a unit they never got to work and they sent me a bill for $to cancel a service where the equipment never worked Regards, [redacted] ***
