Protect America has received the rejection submitted by Mr [redacted] We've reviewed the calls that took place on February 18, After the representative assisted Mr [redacted] with installing an updated module into his panel, he asked when his contract expiredThe representative informed him that the agreement expired in March It is outlined in the contract that at the end of the initial agreement term, the contract go on a month to month basis until we receive a written notice of cancellationWe've attached a copy of the agreement

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They keep blaming the problem on this third partyThat third party represents them Both my son and I were told they were including a camera at no extra cost to us First when I decided to go with Protect America and then after calling the so called third party several times afterMy son was told by the people that delivered the sensors the camera was back ordered it would be there in a week and he called them again after it did't show Also were were promised an adjustment to our bill by Protect America in June of this year and that never happened I talked to my son today and he said the camera that they promised us yrs ago finally showed upAs for us taking so long for us to complain again, we didn't realize we were still paying for that service because it was auto billed to our credit card and my wife thought it was for a house we inherited 2yrs ago As stated earlier my son, fiancee and their 2yr old were forced to move to a different part of campus after being broken into We thought he had cut ties with Protect America when he moved He said he forgot to call them Regardless, They offered us a service they didn't deliver If they hired shady people to sell their product is that our fault The only thing we are guilty of is paying for a service we were promised on several separate occasions and never received I suppose they now never said they were going to adjust our bill or was I talking to a third party in June?? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:You are stating the exact same thing without responding to my questions or comcernsAs you and I both stated I was interested in canceling in JanuaryWhy would I have to call at a later time to put my cancellation in place for SeptemberThe lady on the phone at that time even asked me "would like to pay off your balance and cancel now or have it cancelled in September?" I clearly remember let's leave it and let it be cancelled automatically in September since I'm going to pay the same amount anywayWhat your company is doing is fraud and I will file a charge back ok my credit card Regards, [redacted]

Protect America has received the complaint submitted by Ms [redacted] We appreciate the opportunity to resolve her concernsWe reviewed the account and all the recorded callsAs per Protect America's Agreement terms and conditions, we require a thirty day written cancel notice to process the cancellation of the accountThis information was provided to her when she initially set up the account in May 28, and recapitulated to her in August 02, Enclosed is a copy of the agreement for her reviewWe received her thirty day written cancel notice on August 03, and processed the cancellation of the account accordingly The balance on the account is validWe ask that she allows Protect America to assist with any further concerns

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to address Mr [redacted] concernsAfter reviewing the account, we found that during the call on 1/12/we advised Mr [redacted] to call back sometime in March to discontinue service and that his account would cancel at the end of that monthMr [redacted] called back 3/3/to cancel and his account was scheduled to be discontinued on 4/30/2018, which allowed for another payment to be draftedGenerally, our agreement requires a thirty (30) day notice to cancel serviceWith this being said, we will provide a credit to Mr [redacted] in the amount of $for the April paymentMr [redacted] account will cancel effective 4/30/with no further monetary obligationWe ask that if Mr [redacted] has any further questions to contact us at ***-***- [redacted] Sincerely, Customer Protection

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Protect America DID NOT offer any solutions at allI was repeatedly told to refer to the service agreementMy statements that Protect America did not do its duty per its own service agreement have been and continue to be ignored.If Protect America continues to disregard the FACT that it did not contact me when my alarm was triggered and not silenced in a timely manner, that it did not dispatch law enforcement when the alarm was not silenced in a timely manner, and did not bother to contact me when my panel was disconnected for over hours then I will just have to take legal actionProtect America should not be so pressed over $after receiving that amount on time every month for three years from me - despite the fact that I received substandard service and despite the fact that I did indeed notify Protect America of the issues and they did nothing to rectify those issuesI am asking Protect America to JUST LET IT GOTrust and believe that I will NEVER recommend this service to ANYONE Regards, [redacted]

No They intentionally gave me the run aroundI spent a long time trying to cancel my service and they did not return my messages and kept having problems with their system to where the call routing would not workIf their system is not working how can I call them?? They kept dragging it on and on to intentionally make my time run out to charge me a second monthI have been a customer for years and I will contact the CEO as well as the attorneys general if I have toThe scam is the fact that you can't reach the company to give the thirty days noticeThe process is so difficult in order to be able to charge you againFurthermore, I asked the rep over the phone if I had time to cancel and he said yesHow is it that you are sent a written cancellation document that is do that very momentOf course that doesn't make senseIf they reviewed the tapes then they should have my messages left that they never returned the call This company wants future business and this is how customers are treated on the way outClassic setup of a company that scamsThey don't care about customers at all They just wait for the next one to scam Also they said they will charge me September and end my service Septemeber which wouldn't even be a full monthSo every time a customer cancels they pay for a pull extra month but doesn't get the full service?? Seems like another scam I know the Revdex.com doesn't do lawsuits but I will take it all the way to class action myself since they laugh in the face of poor scammed customers I'm not even in a contract in them but sure feels like I am doesn't it?
