I am rejecting this response because:I canceled services last year and was unaware I was still being billedI was told I cannot use the cancellation link (again) to cancel my services because my account is past due and needs to be brought currentI am advising protect America again that I used the link last year to cancel the alarm monitoring services and they were not cancelledI am requesting any past due amounts to be waived so I can submit the cancellation again and I request all mobey that was charged to my credit card to be returned

I am rejecting this response because: After trying to tell Protect America that the system was not working from the beginning they told me that they could do anything. After year they offered a new system but since they did nothing to help earlier we did not trust them. We had another situation where the system was not working and my son was scared to enter the house alone. When I old Protect America about this issue all they cared about what was owed to themThey only have concerns for themselves and not about the protection of kids and families. In addition there are no signatures on this contract and is not valid. We are asking Protect America to waive the remaining $left on the contract so we can have a system that will protect our family. If Protect America is truly concerned about $then everyone that is looking to go with Protect America should be made aware that they care only about making money and not PROTECTING FAMILES

I am rejecting this response because:I have mailed a letter to them requesting the service to be cancelled and when I call the number all I get is the hard sales pitch to renew the contract Because I don’t feel u owe them any money br cause we noticed them in December that we no longer wanted to continue service as our contract had expired The link they sent me requires me to pay them before they will accept my letter They constantly find ways to deter you from closing your account If they really wanted to resolve this they can call me directly

I am rejecting this response because: I have informed Protect America that their "resolution" is not acceptableThe system does not work for me and my family and has not worked for my family since the contract beganI want my money refunded and I want out of a contract that is signed BEFORE one is aware of if it will workYes, Protect America has attempted to resolve the issue , but their resolutions do not work for me and my familyThe system being tested has NOTHING to do with the MAIN reason why I'm having issues with the systemIn addition, transferring the system to someone else does not work because the only people I could transfer it to are the SAME people who are having a problem REMEMBERING to activate and deactivate the systemSo, once again Protect America is insulting my intelligence by using the broken record techniqueThey are repeating the same information to me and they are not understanding that while these "resolutions" may help othersIt does not pertain to me and the needs of my family.

I am rejecting this response because: I have received the message from Protect America and I disagreeFirst of all, I refuse to call their number yet again to be placed on hold for long extended periods of time only to be told more liesI have been through that more than enough alreadyI have even waited on hold for over minutes for someone to pick up the phone and hang up without talking to me They state the issues I am experiencing are fixableI highly disagreeAs I stated in my previous response, their system and its components are cheap and the service they provide is questionableFor them to even contact me or respond to me after numerous attempts, I had to file this complaintTheir staff is dishonest and quite misleadingI am always given the runaroundThis is the worst company that I have ever dealt with and I simply would like my contract cancelledFixable… My peace of mind is not fixableAs long as this company is monitoring my home, I will not have peace of mindMy faith and trust in this company has been completely lostThat is not fixable.
