I am rejecting this response because:Protect America's system has not worked as designed for the entire period of service to date I have given this company ample time and patience to fix this problem and have had phone technicians tell me that basically nothing can be done, so I am not confident that a team of technicians could be of any further help I would really like to be excused from this contract at least a discounted rate given all of the circumstances

I am rejecting this response because: A representative named *** called my home today to see if he could assist and resolve my complaint saying he wanted to help me out, However he did nothing more than the last few reps did but repeat the notes in the system. Protect America allows customers to terminate contracts within days per their website. In addition, they have overlooked their value of their customers and other customers with in excess of Revdex.com complaints against them. They have not resolved the issue and are ethically wrong in this case with their practices. If their billing department was willing to make adjustments, why is their unprofessional customer service supervisors and reps unable to? They have not attempted to provide any resolution to this complaint. Also, new customers (per their site) are provided month contracts so why are long standing customers sucked in for months. I am still unhappy with the lack of results.

older contract are slightly different than the terms of the newer contracts
This is why the representative stated daysThe contract that Mrs***
signs states daysIf this were enforced, then Mrs*** would be
responsible for paying the month of December as wellTherefore, the days
that she was told is being honored with the cancellation date of 11/30/
