I am rejecting this response because:i never refused an offerWhen the problem happened, I wanted to cancel my serviceI was reasured on the phone that I would be rushed a new system and I would get a month free of chargeThe system was not rushed to meIt took almost two weeks to get it and I was charged for the monthProtect America has not kept any of the promises.

I am rejecting this response because:The advertisement of month-to-month renewal after completion of the initial agreement was/has not ever been extended to this customer, even after years of on-time and pre-paid installments made to Protect America.Are any customers of the Project America company extended the monthly option?The contract renewal that Protect America keeps referring to was PRESENTED for signature, with no monthly options - Why? Is that not coercion?Protect America only presents the portions of their corporate actions that benefit their interests $$$ Especially as a Veteran who fought for freedom and rights in America, I am looking for honesty and integrity from those I do business with more do, those who use "America" in their name!

I am rejecting this response because:Protect america continuously claims they can accommodate my requests For months they claim they will fix and they don't I have been going thru this unnecessary circle of poor treatment, lies, and deception The company is fraudulent and their sales practices I have spoken with their highest level managers that they allow me to speak with All state my request can not be done The customer care specialist always says they can and then when it gets to point of completingThey claim issues and they will get back to me which they never do I am tired of dealing with their deceptive sales people and their even worst management staff that owns up to none their deceptive practices They tried for months to fix issues and they didn't I was forced to switch providers, which is adt now I want to cancel this contract that is based " my equipment " being valued over a $ If that is what protect america uses as their reason to charge this absurd fee, price the cost by sending me an invoice for the cost they pay for the equipment I will pay nothing more than the value of the equipment That equipment is worth $at most from a retail store !

I am rejecting this response because:This company uses a fast sell approach over the phoneI was mailed a sheet with diagram set-up, user setup worksheet, and a packing slip along with the alarm kitThere was no contract or explanation enclosedI spoke with *** at *** about the situationShe maintains the alarm was geared to my needs which isn't trueI specifically asked how I could see the intruder upon purchase of the alarmShe explained I needed a setup costing $per monthWhy I wasn't told this in the beginning is the problemBy gearing to my needs included what I could afford according to herIt hasn't solved my problem of someone on the premises familiar with the area to make a fast getawayI told Todd of the problem I would have with the alarm I boughtAfter the fact I was told about adding a camera with extra cost to show the intruderI am very unsatisfied with the service I've received and am not able to end the contract of a monthly $fee until the end of the term

Since Mr*** is outside of the initial day cancellation window, he is now responsible for the full term of the agreementThe payment supplied was to cover charges associated with the monthly monitoring rateHe does have the options to prepay the remainder of the term or transfer the service to someone else to rid himself of the agreementWe've attached a copy of the agreement
