I am rejecting this response because:They answer half truthsEven under their confessed fact that the monitoring equipment failed miserably with nobody at home, for hours until it meltdown, means that they do not had, have nor will have a monitoring device, so their bills are false, they are pretending to collect money for a service inexistent, The service is monitoring, so with no monitoring, no servicePeriodAnd I paid with the credit card their bill, when they continued unashamedly pretending to continue milking my card, I had to stopped the paymentsThese are the best example on how not to deal with your customers.After years of a service for which I paid even when the many components began to fail, one by one, they pretend to have their customers locked and the payments going for nothing, just because an old contract, that by the way was overdue for more than a yearTheir lack of care made the equipments to fail and their business with itI am sending a coopy to the Federal Trade Clmmission because there have to be a government punishment for their harassmentthey called dozens of times to my cell phone and my wife's with threats of legal action, when they are doing something illegal: to summit fabe bills for a non existent monitoring service with a non existent device for monitoringMay be it is a criminal offense

I am rejecting this response because: The person I spoke with promised to send a release from the contract, but I don't even know who I spoke with and I got no email acknowledgement of the promise that was made. I
am afraid that "Protect America" has been gaming (deceiving) the Revdex.com and its customers by pretending to resolve issues, having these complaints designated "resolved" for Revdex.com record-keeping and leaving the customer with nothing but an inability to file with the Revdex.com for the same unresolved complaintI hope I can trust the Revdex.com to act with integrity in my cause because as a former journalist I am prepared to blog and publish far and wide to obtain justice in this case. My phone number as your records show is ###-###-#### if it would be helpful to speak with me directly about any of thisIf the company "Protect America" is unwilling to offer me a solution based on this complaint which I wrote comprehensively, then I should have no further liability to them; no future claims against me should have any standing under the law when I have tried honestly and forthrightly to resolve this issue once and for allI appreciate the promise of the Revdex.com to help because short of hiring legal counsel at this point I have received no relief anywhere elseAs I said in my complaint, I am mentally disabled with a severe case of bipolar disorder and living with all this stress is killing me. I am rejecting this response because:That is incorrect they shipped the equipment to a Florida address, it was a townhome I use to own which I sold and they clearly knew. They wanted me to pay for the equipment and pay the remaining of the contract which I refused since they were charging me for almost a year for a service they did not provide. This Company should be out of business or someone should start a class act lawsuit against them. I read all the reviews on the Revdex.com website and they do the same to every customer who wants to cancel their contract. Bottom line they did not keep their end of the contract, the equitment was returned to them and no one ever questioned why was the equipment returned to them. The customer representative called me a thief stating I had their equipment and I wanted to keep it.

I have provided a copy of the fax and the confirmation that the transmission went through with my email of NOVreferred to above. They are liers and theives and will not get away with stealing money from my credit card

I am rejecting this response because:
In paragraph C of the contract it states clearly, that they have already charged me for the first and last month's service, and I quote from their contract which says: "First and last month's monitoring fees payment will be debited at the time the system is shipped to customer." They have already charged me for the last month's monitoring service at the time the system was purchased, therefore to come back again and charge me again when they have already done so at the beginning is deceptive, and I will not pay. And by the way, I have paid for the last month's service which was August at the beginning of August, for they always charge in advance, and I have interrupted their services at the end of August on August 31th, before the next billing cycle would start on September the 1st. What they need to do is use the last payment which they charged me at the beginning for the month of September, if they say that I am responsible to give a days notice of cancelationAlso when I called in on August the 24th I spoke to a representative from their company by the name of "***" and I asked him clearly and I quote "So does that mean that I can cancel my account with no penalty whatsoever?" His response to me was "Yes that is correct." I have taken a picture of the conversation on my iPhone to prove that the conversation took place. The date of the conversation was on August the and the time was 16:p.m.

I am rejecting this response because: Thank you, but I will take the matter on from here. One of the people reviewing the tape admitted that the sales rep said that I could downgrade the camera, not within days. This is a company that has deplorable business practices. It is not about the camera anymore, and every person I spoke to said something different. They say one thing to get your business and then bring up a contract that is not handed or mailed to you I am not the first, nor will I be the last to complain about this company business practices. They do what they do because no one stands up to them and demand that they change their actions. Not allowing you to stop withdrawals from your account should be against some law . Whatever happen to a person not being satisfy and wanting to change crappy equipment or downgrade equipment that never worked, and you decided that you no longer want it. The last I checked this is still America and I should have rights. The only reason a company like Protec America exist is because they unfortunately did some homework and realized that they can treat individuals like st. The woman said and I quote "he said it , I do not no why he said it but it does not matter." Thank you for your time, there is no need to reply, I will take this matter to the hilt
