Protect America, Incwould like to apologize for the inconvenience that has been experienced with Mr [redacted] After reviewing the account we where able to determine the following.The total payments that have been paid to date equals monthly payments out of With the monthly monitoring rate being $each month that leaves payments remainingTotal monthly amount left on agreement = $543.84Our notes specifically state that Mr [redacted] was given the payoff amount of $at the time of the call which took place July 15, At this time the monthly payment for July had not yet posted, so that is the reason there is a different payoff total amount mentioned above today

Protect America has received the rejected offer submitted by Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] did not have a camera as part of the initial equipment and thus, not being charged for any camera or any camera servicesWe sent a courtesy camera out to him recently which means that we are not charging him for itHe acknowledged that he received itWe are unable to make any adjustments to the bill because he was never charged for any camera or camera servicesWe are encouraging him to contact us at [redacted] to assist with the installation process or any further concerns

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I already submitted my official military orders twice and they didn't accepted itThe first one was sent March 20, and they told me that it doesn't have a stampThen on March 22, 2016, I sent my orders this time it includes my arrival date and a signature that verifies my arrival in my new CommandSo, I don't know what else to do? It seems that they don't have the tenacity to solve this problem instead they are prolonging the situation so that i'll be stuck with my contract paying $ for their alarm that I'm not even using for the last months [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was contacted by a Mr [redacted] from Protect America on 3/24/who I'm assuming is the Customer Protection Representative the company is referring toWe spoke on the phone however, he only had one page of documentation or the Revdex.com complaint to work withHe was unaware that I had submitted a four page Protect America Complaint submitted to the Revdex.com as well as eighteen pages of documentation submitted to the Revdex.comI emailed him both on 3/24/at 11:03amHe said he would review my complaint and documentation and would get back to me as soon as possibleI am rejecting this response until I speak with Mr [redacted] again about a resolution after he reads and sees all my points/factsSo the sooner he calls me back, I'm hoping we will be close to a resolution Regards, [redacted] ***

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to address Mr [redacted] concernsOn 1/28/Mr [redacted] contacted our office requesting information on our product and servicesAfter reviewing the initial sales call we found that at 15:minutes into the call Mr [redacted] asked if there’s a contract and the sales team member answered yes, then explained the 3-year agreement termMr [redacted] acknowledged that he understoodPrior to Mr [redacted] signing the agreement, our sales team member explained again at 35:minutes into the call, the agreement term and the terms and conditions of the agreement and the sales team member explained that after the year agreement term the account will go month to month and he would be able to cancel service with a day written noticeMr [redacted] also agreed to the electronic signature disclosure prior to signing the agreementAt 50:minutes our sales team member stated he did not mean to be redundant but he needed to go over the 3-year agreement term with him one final time3/*/17-Mr [redacted] called stating he does not need the service anymore and he just wanted to check it out to see if it would work for him but decided he did not want to continue with the serviceWe explained the agreement term then offered him the opportunity to offer the service to someone that would be able to utilize itMr [redacted] declined the offer then suggested he would be going to Revdex.com to escalate this situationOn 3/1/18, Mr [redacted] account went to 3rd party collections due to months past due balanceAt this time, we ask that Mr [redacted] contact Hillcrest-Davidson and Associates at ***-***- [redacted] to resolve this matterRegards, Customer Protection

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The origination date of the contact was 04/01/ The length of the contract was years, expiring on March 31, I contract stated that I was to notify Protect America within days of the contract expiring and no later than days from the contract expiring If I didn't cancel it within that day period, the contract would go to a month to month agreement My call on 01/12/2018, was within the day span The reason it finally cancelled on April 30, 2018, is due to PA stating that I didn't cancel the contract correctly The only reason they contacted me today is because of the Revdex.com contacting them Of which I am very grateful for your push Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:yes I received the first link to cancel as I stated in my original complaint I was in the middle of a move and yes was unable to complete in the time provided Calling customer service is in extreme pain as the first time I called I waited on hold for minutes to an hourI tried to call again but the wait time was too longTherefore I did reach out via online chat that is also correct I requested another link which was never sentI would like to see proof of where that link was sent to meBecause there is no email sent with a link for cancellation therefore I was charged again on August 1st That is now two months of $of my money that has been taken because this company refuses to cancel my account via verbal request written request time after timeWaiting an hour on hold is ridiculous when I have requested cancellation of my account and to have all of my bank records removed from the account more than once Why should I waste anymore of my time why can the company not simply cancel my account I'm under the impression they want to keep taking my moneyAs I requested before I want this account canceled now and I want my money refunded for August and I'm assuming I'm going to get charged again for September because you refuse to cancel my account This is poor customer service I've never had anything like this before with any other companySend me the link to the email provided on my account if you refused to cancel now I will do what needs to be done on the link but I want refunded for August and I do not want to be charge for September When this complaint was first filed I requested not to be charged in August yet I was still chargedThis is beyond ridiculous what else do you need to know and hear that I want to cancel my accountI requested the link via online chat it was never received and now we are mid August and still my account is active I do not even live there anymore and use the productsPlease cancel my account immediatelyI do not feel I need to waste any of my time calling customer service again waiting on holdSend the link to my email address on file if that's what needs to be done refund me for August do not charge me for September If I am charge for September I'm requesting a refund for that as well As stated in the first email there is a balance of $I believe the July charge should account for that since I requested in June to have my account canceledI want to know that I am going to be refunded for August and not charged in September before anything else happens Regards, [redacted] ***
