This information was provided to him during the initial account setup dated March 03, 2011 and subsequent renewal of the agreement dated July 01, 2014. We sent a copy of his agreement to the email address on file for his further review. On August 10, 2017, Mr. [redacted] provided his written consent acknowledging that the services will be terminated on September 30, 2017 and will be responsible for any remaining balance due on the account. We ask that he allows Protect America to assist with any further concerns.

Protect America has received the complaint submitted by Ms. [redacted]. Upon further review, Protect America has made the decision to clear the accumulated balance of $127.86 for Ms. [redacted]’s account.

I am rejecting this response because:I have a hurt back and was hospitalized and this product needs someone in great physical condition to troubleshoot. I was also told that I would be sent new equipment and was told mine wasn't working properly. How can it be troubleshoot ed with bad equipment?

addition $10 to the monthly monitoring rate, which started in January. A credit in the amount of $40 will be applied to the account to compensate for the cost of the camera through April. This $40 credit will reduce the monitoring charge for May to only $16.99. We ask that Ms. [redacted] allow Protect America to assist with any further concerns.

tried to pay Protect America the amount of the original bill. Why is my bill $219.60 more than I owe? I called on Presidents' Day to pay the balance and they refused the payment. I already know what [redacted]'s phone number is I have the inflated bill. I do not owe you the amount that I'm being charged.

Revdex.com:  My biggest concern is they try to keep me going on a string, you might say.  I'm still having issues with it.   Just Want this bad choice of mine to go away.  I will not buy any thing on the phone like this again!

I am rejecting this response because:It is simply not true that I was notified of a 36 month contract. Please listen to your recordings of the conversation. At no time was I informed of a 36 month contract. I would never have agreed to such a thing. I had called to cancel my account which is in recordings. If this is not resolved I am willing to seek counsel if necessary.

Protect America has received the rejected offer submitted by Ms. [redacted]. On the first sales call, the sales representative recommended that she protect the home since it was in her possession but he insisted that it was entirely up to her to make that decision. On the second sales call, she accepted the offer and the sales person was upfront with the terms and conditions of the contract including when the payment begins. He stated that the payment starts immediately but we will be able to apply a credit for the month and at most two months for not using the system. He did make a note on the account that they were doing renovations to the house on the call. Ms. [redacted] understood that.
