This whole issue started because I did not sign up for palmco electricI have never heard of them and they signed me up fraudulentlyI have called them multiple times and they will not send me a copy of my signature without my social security numberI have told them multiple times that I do not feel comfortable giving my social security number when I don't even know how they got my information to begin withAs of October *, I have not received the "signature" that signed me up for palmco to begin withI know it is not my signature and have asked to see it over and overWith regards to the fact that because someone signed me up for palmco and there for cancelled my contract with *** in the process, I was supposed to receive $in gift cards at the end of my day periodI will not receive that now because of palmcoI will not be satisfied until I receive a copy of this signatureI know I did not sign up and once I get the signature and show that it is not mine I will want to know who signed me up and howI want palmco to be responsible for the cancellation fees to my constellation account alsoPalmco has been zero help during all of this and make me very uncomfortable asking for my social security number

Palmco's credit adjustment is too low, it only covers 50% of their overcharges Palmco has overcharged my account by $total ($in Dec, $in Jan, $in Feb and $in March) I have explained this to the Palmco representative when they called me the first time However, after my Revdex.com complaint they called me a second time with the same offer I told them that I am willing to accept a reasonable adjustment to the account They do not appear to be serious

Shortly thereafter, we spoke with ***We reminded *** that her father, *** ***, signed up for a variable rates with no guarantee of savings upon completion of a TPV recording on 8/**/*** requested a copy of the TPV recording sent to herWe informed *** that the request will take up to hoursWe advised *** *** that in addition to her usage level on his account being high, the record breaking cold temperature caused an increase in commodity pricesAs a courtesy, we offered to review *** ***’s account for a potential courtesy creditUpon review, we offered *** a credit of $for the billing cycles of **/**/2013-2/**/2014, which we will mail in the form of a checkAs an extended courtesy, we advised *** to contact us for a review of her father’s final bill should he be unhappy with it*** thanked us and the call was ended.

Prior to filing this complaint, *** ***’s electric and gas accounts were enrolled in PALMco’s service on 8/**/2011, upon completion of a TPV recordingShortly thereafter, a welcome packet was sent to *** *** which included all the necessary information regarding his enrollment with PALMco, including the fact that rates are variable and savings are not guaranteedPALMco began servicing *** ***’s electric account on 10/**/and his gas account on 11/**/
On 9/**/2011, we received an inbound cancellation request for *** ***’s accountPer the determination of Jersey Central Power & Light, *** ***’s account ended service with PALMco on 9/**/However, we never received a cancellation request for his gas account
After more than two years of servicing *** ***’s gas account, we spoke with ***, *** ***’s daughter, on 3/**/regarding the accountWe advised *** that we received a TPV recording on 8/**/2011, completed by *** ** ***, her Father, authorizing his enrollment with PALMco*** requested the cancellation of *** ***’s gas account, which was processed promptly and without penaltyWe advised *** that it is per the determination of *** *** *** *** to schedule an end date on the account*** acknowledged and ended the callPer the determination of *** *** *** ***, *** ***’s gas account is scheduled to end service with PALMco on 5/**/
Contrary to this complaint, PALMco does not scam customers as *** allegesPALMco values all of our customers and do our best to provide quality serviceAdditionally, PALMco strives to assist our customers in a timely m***erRecently, PALMco’s customer service department has been receiving a higher than volume of callsWe apologize if our hold times were of any inconvenience to ***We hold customer satisfaction in the highest regards and do our best to satisfy any customer concern politely and efficiently

After six months of service, on 2/**/2014, we received a call from *** *** regarding her accountWe reminded *** *** that PALMco has no contract or cancellation fees and offers a variable rate with no guarantee of savingsWe advised *** *** that it is per the determination of United Illuminating to schedule an end dateContrary to *** ***’s statement, only United Illuminating determines the end date of serviceWe offered to review *** ***’s account for a potential courtesy credit*** *** accepted our offer, thanked us and the call was ended

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Prior to this complaint, [redacted]'s account was enrolled in PALMco's service on 4/*/2011, upon completion of a TPV recordingShortly thereafter, a welcome packet was sent to [redacted] that included all the necessary information regarding his enrollment, including the fact rates are variable and savings are not guaranteedPALMco began servicing [redacted]'s account on 4/**/
After receiving PALMco service for over two years and ten months, for the first time, we spoke with [redacted] regarding his accountWe reminded [redacted] that PALMco has no contract or cancellation fees and offers a variable rate with no guarantee of savings[redacted] requested we cancel his account, which was processed promptly and without penaltyWe advised [redacted] that it is per the determination of [redacted] to schedule an end dateWe offered [redacted] our loyalty credit, which consists of a 10% discount on his current bill, and his next two bills. The loyalty credit is a program we are offering to our customers, to assist with their bills, due to the increase caused by the arctic weatherUpon review, we offered [redacted] a loyalty credit of $for the billing cycle of 1/**/– 2/**/2014, which will be applied towards his account[redacted] thanked us and the call was endedPer the determination of [redacted], [redacted]'s account is scheduled to end on 3/**/
Contrary to [redacted]'s complaint, he agreed to variable rates, with no guarantee of savingsWe are sorry that [redacted] had an unpleasant experience with our customer service specialistsWe hold customer satisfaction in the highest regards and do our best to satisfy any customer concern politely and efficientlyAdditionally, PALMco does not scam customers as [redacted] allegesPALMco does the best we can to provide customers with quality service

On 4/**/2014, [redacted] called us in regards to his accountsWe advised [redacted] that PALMco has no contracts or cancellation fees and offers a variable rate with no guarantee of savings[redacted] requested the cancellation of his accounts, which was processed promptly and without penaltyWe advised [redacted] of the cancellation process[redacted] understood and ended the callPer the determination of PSE&G, [redacted]'s gas and electric account are scheduled to end on 6/**/and 5/**/2014, respectively
Contrary to [redacted]'s complaint, neither PALMco nor our representatives mislead nor scam customersPALMco values all of its customersIn addition to seeing the terms of PALMco's service when initially signing our agreement, [redacted] was sent all of the necessary information regarding PALMco's supply following enrollment in our servicePALMco informs customers that they have enrolled in a variable rate plan with no guarantee of savingsAll of this information is included in the welcome packet sent to customers shortly after enrollment
[redacted] has only received three bills from PALMco so farThe first two bills were charged at a rate that was below the PSE&G's rate and his third bill was charged at competitive rate

We had no contact with [redacted] during the first months we serviced her accountOn 02/**/2014, [redacted] contacted our office to discuss her accountWe reminded [redacted] that she signed up for a variable rate with no guarantee of savings[redacted] requested that we cancel her service, which was processed promptly and without penaltyWe advised [redacted] of the cancelation processPer the determination of Potomac Edison, [redacted]'s service with PALMco is scheduled to end on 03/**/As a form of goodwill, we offered to review her account for a potential courtesy creditUpon review, we offered [redacted] a courtesy credit of $for her account for the billing period of 01/**/2014- 02/**/[redacted] accepted the credit and ended the call
Contrary to [redacted]'s complaint, PALMco's customer service does not mislead customersPALMco values all of our customers and answers all customer questions to the best of our ability
