Initially when Palmco Sales representative came to my house, he never said that the rates offered by Palmo are promotional rates and will be applicable only for or months
Palmco sales rep told me that Palmco offers rates better than PSEG and to prove the same he was carrying old bills of Palmco and PSEG
Initially for months starting in Feb Palmo charged the electricity at the rate of cents per kWh but immediately after that they started to increased the rates drastically which has reached cent per kWh in the month of Jan This is an increase of 170%Palmco sales rep said that their rates will always be competitive, but this is not the case as PSEG is still charging cent per kWh in Jan
This clearly shows that Palmco offered promotional rates initially to just get the customer shifted to them and then started increasing the rates drastically
I requested Palmco to provide me the market data which justifies the increase in the rate to 170%, but Palmco refused to provide any such information which justify this increase and shows that Palmco charged a competitive rate.
Similarly rates of gas has been increased by around 175%
The credit of $is not any close to the loss of amount caused to me by Palmco by false promises

On 12/**/2013, we received a call from *** *** regarding his gas and electric accountsWe reminded *** *** that PALMco has no contracts or cancelation fees, and rates are variable with no guarantee of savings*** *** thanked us and ended the call
On 2/**/2014, we spoke to *** *** in regards to his accountWe reminded him that PALMco has no contracts or cancelation fees, and rates are variable and savings are not guaranteed*** *** seemed to understand and ended the call. Shortly after, we received a NJ BPU complaint for *** *** which reflected the same concern as this Revdex.com complaint

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I have been out of town and did see I had a few missed calls and messages left by the same person that told me she was to get disciplined for helping me, *** I wouldn't make this up, she told me that the last time we talked.I have been going back and forth with the supplier (PALMco) and the distributer (*** *** ***) They blame each other and I'm the guy in the middle that gets stuck with this outrageous bill Though they did do a partial compensation, I still am being billed twice the amount of any other gas supplier.I asked Palmco to match their introductory rate as I was forced to wait an extra billing cycle I do not feel like I should be responsible to pay their astronomical rates, when I called a month in advance to cancel their services *** the supervisor confirmed that she did expedite the cancellation, misleading me to believe that it service would be transferred with new supplier PALMco do whats right and adjust my last months rate to your introductory rate or at least the market rate Regards

I honestly wasnt given a option... It was pretty much " take it or leave it ".
I'm NOT satisfied with the "offer" as I strongly feel I should be reimbursed much more BUT if they wont budge what other option do I have? As she adamantly stated " no entity could demand them to do anything for me "

As the business indicated I have not seen any charges taken off from my bill, please see attached latest bill along with old amount
Also, the amount given off is peanuts compared to what the business has charged through a bait and switch schemeEven after taking off the $that the business says it has (which it hasn't in the new bill), my bill still is about $($- $166) which is huge compared to what I paid for heating and electricity same time last yearThe maximum bill I got for comparable month last year was $177/- as opposed to the $I am getting this yearObviously, this company is running a bait and switch scheme whereby they are fleecing the consumer by enticing with a low rate and then jacking it up to a lot all the while making a claim that the consumer will see savings, which is untrue, when in reality PALMCO slowly raised prices way above market rates to rob consumers on their utility billThey seem to have been hoping that a gradual rate increase wouldn't be noticed by the consumerThere is a similar case that is now *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** (Not sure if PALMCO is a front company for them)Please see the class action link here: ***
Anyway, the only reprieve that is acceptable is the total cancellation of the bill and pay back of the $721/- amountAlso, the previous bill to this $was for about $390/- which by itself is more than the average
By the way, I checked with my neighbors and they also complained that they gotten taken for a ride with this bait and switch schemes and are looking for reprieve optionsGoing to Revdex.com was one of my options and thought this will be resolved quickly, but it appears PALMCO is more interested in delay and soft peddling tactics than resolving my claimI have also attached the latest bill, which now stands at $

I disagree with Palmco energy's sales strategy and assessment of what their sales representative described at my door . They falsely represented their company and I was mislead into believing by the representative that came to my home that they could save me significantly on my energy billHad the representative of their company himself thoroughly explained every detail of Palmco's services I would have been able to make a more educated decision about their services. I am a very dissatisfied consumer who wants nothing more than a clear, non-sugar coated explanation from a so called expert sales rep of a product that is required to survive. All I wanted to do was save money or I would never have signed onto a contract that was going to cost me more then I was currently paying with ***That makes no sense to do soSincerely , *** ***.
