Ordered free trial years ago Had allergic reaction Company receiving products monthly; never agreed to this The company has been sending products monthly for over a year Unable to contact company! Very aggravating!

My complaint is it very misleading, dishonest advertising I gave been way overcharged and do not have the productsThey claimed to gave shipped the product, most of which I didn't even orderThe money is already gone

The advertising of a free sample is a scam You pay shipping and taxes for $There is no "visible advertising" that you have x days to cancel I ordered the "free sample" of the facial cream on 3/and paid $for shipping/taxesI later received a oz bottle of the facial creamOn 3/I noticed that my account had been debited $89.92! I called and was informed that I did not cancel within the day "grace period" I explained I certainly saw no advertisement/warning that there was a grace period I was told that I could not get my funds returned but they would cancel all future orders I not only checked other places where this cream is sold and NO Where does anyone sell a ounce bottle of this cream for $ This is a total rip off and a scam to consumers! I am respectfully requesting a total refund If there is some proof or indication that they warn consumers that the full price will be charged if not cancel within a specific time frame (not some small fine

Terrible customer service, terrible product, misleading claims, misleading product, misleading terms and conditions I ordered a cream from this company for a free trial, you pay shipping and handling for $The trial was supposed to be for days which was not stated in their terms and conditionsThey were supposed to send you a trial size bottle, but they then claim they sent me a full-size versionI did not call before the days as I was not clear about the trial and they gave me minimal information in my confirmation email in order to contact themThey have three addresses listed West Virginia, Colorado, Florida I contacted them after the days, because this is when we noticed the rash on my husband's face, he has been using nothing prior, he washes his face with waterThey said my claim was suspicious and they were not refunding our moneyThey said we read the terms and conditions and now we have to live with the constant and the bottle of cream They offered t

This company is so terrible They falsely began charging me and sending me products without consent 2/18/the company sent me a trial of product Without my consent they began charging my card for months totaling $ I couldn't find a number or way to reach them even on packaging Finally when I found their number they yelled at me and became extremely rude They told me tough luck and the would not refund my money I began researching and realized they are a scam company Should be completely illegal I'm filing a complaint because they hung up on me and said sorry about your luck! What a horrible product, company and more

Parisian Glow will not cancel billing or shipping of their products after repeated requests to cancel I ordered a trial of Parisian Glow my Customer PO # is [redacted] I decided the product is not of use to me However Parisian Glow continues to ship their product and bill my credit card I return the product each time and have attempted to cancel the shipping and auto billing to no avail My most recent order # is XXXXXXX and was returned today, 9/4/

Did not receive Parisian Glow items that were charged to my credit card account on 4/8/moisturizing facial cream $and 4/9/eye serum $ I was charged for items I did not receive on my capital one GM credit card accountThose items were Parisian Glow facial moisturizing cream $on 4/8/and Parisian Glow eye serum $on 4/9/

Bought Parisian Glow eye serum for $(and cream for $19.95), then a few days my credit card was charged $that I did not authorize Bought Parisian Glow eye serum online for $and cream for $19.95, then a few days later was charged $ I called, they said it was a "trial offer" (with enrollment in their auto-ship program) and that according to their terms & conditions (which I did not see while ordering) if I did not contact them to cancel my account in days I would be charged the full price of $ This is a deceptive practice What's also strange they said they start the days on date of order, not day of shipment, or date of receipt, AND the email I got from them said my order date was 5/16, on the phone they said it was 5/ And day ends at 12:01am on the 14th day (not the end of the 14th day Very deceptive So in essence, I only had the product a couple of daysTheir marketing/advertising is deceptive (and their trial period is days less tha

I received the Parision Glow on 2/20/ No instructions on its use Cannot reach by phone No indication future orders must be purchase Cancel ASAP I clled 1-888-436-and the recording said "No routes found" I called1-882-675-and Verizon message said "Unable to complete call" I tried e-mailing and it brings you to another advertisement.......can't leave any message I do not want this product....I do not want them taking any money from my checking account and I do not know how to stop it I have tried everything????

Refusal of return and reimbursement of products I didn't order They claimed I ordered it on the web site 3-which is erroneous Just got off with the customer service representative from this company"Diego" refused to give me a refund even when I told him I was sending the order backHe said I ordered them on line 3/and didn't call back in days to cancel! What a crock! I knew about this problem I had with them A year agoThis is a scam, and I'll cancel with my credit cardTruly this company needs to be investigated, fined, and shut down for its illegal practices

I did not complete the initial trial order but I have been charged for the full priced product I consider this fraud I was initially interested and started to complete the free trial information online, via a facebook link I decided against it, immediately received a phone call from a company representative offering to help me complete the free trial order I asked the price of the product after the free trial and when told it was $per product I told the caller I WAS NOT INTERESTED AND DID NOT WANT THE PRODUCT That was around May 18, I then receied the product, and on July 3rd I received more product and my visa debit account was charged $and $ On July 21, at approx pm EST, I contacted the company at Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX and was told by Gavin that the company has a no return, no refund policy and all that could happen would be to cancel future orders in no way could I know of the no return no refund policy since I did not order this in the first

Being billed $for a "free sample" of AMABELLA ALLURE skin cream advertised on the computer as an Ellen Degeneres approved product for $shipping chargeApproved the charge and shipping on my Visa card, received the cream in a very few days with no paperwork-just the jar And within a month received a charge(NOT AUTHORIZED) for $ I called the number associated with the charge (855-281-2945)and was told it was in small print on the ad when I ordered it and I was paying to be in a trailIt was advertised as a fee sample and that is all I sawOffered to return it-too much time had passed [redacted] we had been days on a vacation awayJeff Amabella offered to reduce the price per month, but I demanded it cancelled instead and so he said I had to pay the $He told me I could not return the productI am disputing the charge with my Capitol One credit card company, who have removed it once, but now I need your help to substaniate my claimIt is a total scwhere was $

website advertised free trial offer simply pay shipping of $No where does it explain this is a week trial after which %will be charged When I noticed the charge to my card I called the credit card company to report the unauthorized charge and they helped me contact the merchant on a conference calledThe company refused to refund the charges claiming I signed up for the subscription to this product, and claimed I checked the button excepting these termsI went back to the site to find out where I had done this and could not find anything saying I was signing up for a subscriptiononly the trial offerIt is totally misleading

Thought I was getting a free trial, and ended up getting charged a total of $ I ordered a "free" trial of the product after it was advertized as the new products sold by Joanna G***No where did it say that if I did not respond within days, I would be charged full price of $and would be sent products every month for $each month When I received the 2nd shipment, I thought that they had accidently sent me another trial sample I looked online and could not find a number to call and let them know I forgot about it (and never even used the second shipment because I did not see any difference in my skin), until I got a third shipment I realized then what was happening, and looked on my charge statements, which my husband manages, and found a total of $ I immediately called the company on the charge statement and complained to four different people, and the only resolution I received was that they would cancel my "contract" which I had never agreed

Company sends trial product billing only for shipping weeks later, bills credit card for almost $ On 4/17/17, I ordered a trial of Parisian Glow authorizing two charges One for $and one for $to cover shipping On 4/29/17, my card was charged for an additional $ I authorized no additional charges and orderered nor received no additional product When I called the company, they told me there "was nothing they could do" I am in the process of disputing this charge with my bank and have had to get a new debit card to prevent further charges

Advertised as a free trialCouldn't find any evidence that I would be charged any more than the shipping feeNow charged $on CC Order free trial of face cream and eye serum for agreed upon shipping fee on 4/30/Saw to agreement for any club or future orders (and believe me, I was looking for it.) On 6/21/received addition package in the mail face cream I did not orderCalled companyWas told that I signed up for a subscriptionI told them I didn't want it and wanted to send back unopened packageSaid product was unreturnable and charge my credit card $for a product I didn't like and will not useTold them I would call the BBC and they said they were in good standingDid receive promise of %back on card and an email stating that $would be refunded to my card

I signed up on facebook with Parisian Glow (face cream) for a sample, which I had to pay $ I paid this for shipping the sample on 3/20/ I finally received the sample on 4/6/Then on 4/3/17, my account with credit union 1, got charged $89.92, which was not authorized by me, I didn't even get to try to sample Now I don't want to open it, but it will cost me to mail it back As of today, 4/13/17, I have not received anything for the $I was charged for I called the number that was on my account with both these charges on 4/5/17, the $and $89.92, X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, a guy finally answered after about minutes, I told him I would like my $back because I did not authorize this charge I told him to cancel any future orders on my account, he said cannot help me but did cancel any orders, I asked for a cancellation # he gave me this #XXXXXXA2C9, I asked his name and address, he would not give it to me, I asked for his supervisor, he would not give it to me No

My mother, [redacted] ***, unfortunately clicked on a Facebook ad for this Parisian glow cream company that was advertising free samples when you paid for shipping onlyTonight she realized she had an $and $charge listed on her bank statement under two different namesAfter googling both of them one came up as a facecream so she called the only company she had ordered that type of product from, Parisian glow creamThe first rep stated this was a trial offer and after days the product could not be returnedShe cancelled the subscription but would not refundI asked to speak to a supervisorI let the supervisor know that this was suppose to be a sample sent out and there wasn't any information and certainly no agreement about these extra chargesThe supervisor basically repeated the same information but told me that there was an agreement box you checked when agreeing to the "sample" I went to the site and this information is nowhere to be found before submitting yo

Miss leading offer with no information sent with product about no refundswill not return money for return of unused product I order sample product for $and it was shippedI did not receive any information on having to cancel order to not be chargedOnce I received second shipment I wanted to return it and get refund, Company would have nothing to do with it, said they only do refunds with proper refund slipThey would not issue one to me because it did not fall into their category for oneIf I returned it, it would just be sent back to meI did cancelled future shipments at that timeI want a return of my $and $on second shipment and to return their product unused

misleading advertising, deceptive practices I requested trial products for the price of shipping and handling and was charged $for a monthly subscription!!! When I called they refused to refund the $They said the fine print said I did not return the trial products in time which is a load of bull
