I ordered a free sample of a skin care product from an ad I saw several times on Facebookweeks later I was charged $without my knowledge
On March 9, I saw an ad on Facebook for a free sample (shipping charges of $were required)The product pictured on the ad were from Clinique, a product I've used for yearsWhen the items arrived, they were from an unknown company (with no website) called Parisian GlowI figured I'd been had, but since the shipping charges were low, I would just live with my mistakeOn 3/my bank account was charged $from a company called "USI Skincream with a phone number listed ***I was alarmed and called the phone number where I was told by the customer service agent that since I had not contacted them within days of receipt of the product, the charge had been appliedShe would not reverse the chargesI asked to speak with a manager (Kylan) who said the same thing; he would not reverse my chargesI explained that

I ordered two trial serums from Bella Gold and they took additional charges out of my acccount even though I cancelled by phoneemail proof of this!
I placed an order on 3/29/for two trial face cremes from what I thought was Bella GoldBy 4/15/they were trying to take $out of my checking accountI am a disabled senior, and receive a very fixed small income of $a monthSo I called and cancelled the order on the date I first saw the charge which was 4/15/An email was issued to cancel the products and I was not told that even though both products only had one number to call that each needed a seperate cancellationThen on 4/17/they tried again to take additional money from my account for the second creamBeing rather upset that almost $of my monthly income of $had just been removed from my account by this underhanded and disreputable company I became rather upset! Yes I did yell at their customer service rep that was being an it even working

THIS BUSINESS CHARGED ME $POSTED ON 6/8/UNDER PIEYESERUM 877-982-CO AND $POSTED ON 6/9/UNDER LEEYESERUM 855-304-CO WHICH THERE WAS NO PRODUCT RECEIVED BY ME TO THIS DATE 7/9/
PARISIAN GLOW IS A RIP OFF / SCAM OPERATING IN THE SHADOWS WITHOUT A BUSINESS ADDRESS EXCEPT P.OBOX AND USING SEVERAL SHADY COMPANY NAMES TO DISGUISE THEIR DECEIVING OPERATION THEIR COMPANY WEBSITE DOES NOT PROVIDE TERMS AND CONDITIONS INFORMATION TO INFORM THE PUBLIC CONSUMERS SUCH AS THE $AND $MONTHLY CHARGES IF NOT CANCELLED AFTER DAYS
THEY DO A GROSS MISREPRESENTATION BY SHOWING MARC ZUCKERBERG'S WIFE PHOTO AND PRESIDENT OBAMA AS TESTIMONIALS USERS OF THEIR PRODUCTS TO MAKE THEIR PRODUCT APPEAR TO HAVE SOME AMOUNT OF CREDIBILITY TO THE PUBLIC CONSUMERS
BUSINESS WHO OPERATE IN THIS MANNER SHOULD BE PUNISHED AND PEOPLE RUNNING THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE TRIED IN COURT AND IF FOUND GUILTY PUT TO JAIL THERE IS NO PLACE FOR THIS COMPANY TO BE OPERATING AND DECEIVING CONSUMERS

I was charged for items I did not receive on my capital one GM credit card accountThose items were Parisian Glow facial moisturizing cream $on 4/8/and Parisian Glow eye serum $on 4/9/

Refusal to Issue RefundFraudulent Claims
I purchased a day trial of face and eye cream from this company on May 18, I received the products May 22, On June there were charges on my card totaling almost $ I called customer service on June 5, 2017, days to the day of receipt of my free trial to find out why I was being charged early without the opportunity to have tried this product for a full days as promised by their company I was told the free trial began on the date of shipment I was confused as to how I could use a product for days when I did not even have it in my possession I was refused a refund and treated rudely and was informed that my bank must call to dispute the charge I was then hung up on I am currently disputing this with my bank

I ORDERED PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER FREE TRAIL...PAY ONLY SHIPPING & HANDLING READ FINE PRINT NEVER SAW ANY INDICATION OF AUTOMATIC RESHIP AT FULL PRICE I CALLED THE *** NUMBER TO REQUEST A REFUND AND INSRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCT THE REPRESENTATIVE (ERICA) WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL SHE INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS IN THE FINE PRINT AND THEY ALLOWED NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS (EVEN ON UPOPENED/UNUSED PRODUCTS)PERIODI EXPRESSED TO HER THAT I HAD NOT SEEN THAT IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THAT BEFORE I ORDERED I HAD LOOKED SPECIFICALLY FOR THAT INFORMATIONSHE BASICALLY TOLD ME TOO BAD I TOLD HER I WAS GOING TO REPORT THIS TO THE Revdex.com, SHE TOLD ME NOT TO WASTE MY TIME THAT THE Revdex.com WAS FULLAWARE OF THIS BUSINESS AND WOULD BE STANDING BEHIND THEM

this company keeps sending me skin care products that we did not order and do not want
This company keeps sending me skin care products about every month that I do not want The products are called Parisian Glow Advanced Lifting Serum and Parisian Glow Revitalizing Moisturizer My husband, *** *** ordered a free sample of lubricant a few months ago - he did not order any purchasesI want the shipments to stop

The Parisian Glow offers a free trial with a shippingNo where in the ad does it say that the real price is $The price is hidden in the terms and conditionsAlso when you receive the package, there is no information anywhere that the trial is for days from when you ordered it, not when you get it and that they will charge your credit card There is no paperwork at allNo return label etcNothing is really freeYou also can't send it backI spoke to three different people and they all were of no help, were rude and defensive. No one had the same storyOne person, Chrystal told me I only had two days trial, one person who said she was a supervisor said it was a fourteen day trialEither way, they would not refund all my moneyThe last one said she would credit me 30% after I told her I was going to write to my Attorney General of New York StateThis is a scam, plain and simpleThere is a website now filled with people who have lost money like I didAre there

My mother, *** ***, unfortunately clicked on a Facebook ad for this Parisian glow cream company that was advertising free samples when you paid for shipping onlyTonight she realized she had an $and $charge listed on her bank statement under two different namesAfter googling both of them one came up as a facecream so she called the only company she had ordered that type of product from, Parisian glow creamThe first rep stated this was a trial offer and after days the product could not be returnedShe cancelled the subscription but would not refundI asked to speak to a supervisorI let the supervisor know that this was suppose to be a sample sent out and there wasn't any information and certainly no agreement about these extra chargesThe supervisor basically repeated the same information but told me that there was an agreement box you checked when agreeing to the "sample" I went to the site and this information is nowhere to be found before submitting yo

Good Morning,
This company has deceptive sales tactics Free same for S&H and then a large charge the next month without making it clear you will be charged
They do not take returns and will not give a refund (only half a refund)
When they shipped the product the second month there was nothing in the box on who shipped it, how to contact the company
The call center that took my call is a third party They would/could not give me the business phone number or address

I agreed to trial free product and immediately emailed their customer service to cancel any future charges or commitmentsThey billed me anyway
I agreed to trial the skin products on May 14, The same day, I emailed customer service to cancel any recurrent charges or commitments to them I asked for a confirmation/response since this email was listed as their customer care/support email I received a charge from them for $today, May 28,
I feel this is a total and complete scam I hadn't received any information from the company about ways to cancel, etc I only want a refund of the $

I was charged for a FULL size product as well as the "free trial size" Automatically without any noticeI did not want the product
Purchase date of trial was 5/17/
I was charged for shipping of products in the amount of $
I was then charged on 6/1/$and $for the products that I received as "free"
I want a full refund of the latter as I did not WANT to purchase

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! I ordered a Trial on 3/36/and had to cancel within days or they would send me a day supplyI read their Terms and Conditions carefullyI called to cancel on 3/30/and was told there would be a $early cancellation fee and a $restocking fee and that I would have to return the sampleThe man I spoke with, Omar, insisted that both of those fees were spelled out in the termsI asked him where in the terms because I had the terms page from the website in front of me and they were not in thereNot only that but the terms explicitly said that the sample would not need to be returnedI asked to speak with Omar's supervisorOmar said he was the supervisorI asked him if he didn't report to someoneHe said yes but that person does not get on the phoneI asked him again about the items in the terms and conditions and he insisted that all of it was spelled out in the termsI began reading the terms to him and he put me on hold and said that I had to send the sample backPeriodThis is a scam and a fraudI reiterate: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

It has been a horrible experienceThey offered the public to try their products for the minimum price of $(free shipping and handling) but then without warning charge the customer's account between $and $for each product!!!
I called them to request cancellation and reimbursement and they treated me very rudely and denied any reimbursementI requested to talk to the supervisor and I was told they will call me and after a week I am still waitingThese are the names an numbers of their personal that need customer service training: Eve ID and Nike ID Due to the lack of response from them I have completed a fraud investigation from my bankIt has been a horrible experience of abuse and lies

Unauthorized charges to Mastercard account
I agreed to a $shipping charge for a free sample of skin creamand subsequently was charged $& $in June, and $& in July We notified Citi MasterCard that we would be out of the country from 7/15/to 8/10/17, and did not learn of these charges until 8/10/

After ordering the trial offer, I received a charge for an e magazine that I didn't know I ordered and then I received a charge for over $
I ordered the product on January 22nd I received it and then noticed an extra charge from Juggernaut Training on my credit card statement for $ I have no idea how I signed up for this E magazine Then we noticed a charge from ambeyeserum and ambski cream on Feberuary 14th and February 15th for $and $ I did not realize that I had signed up for an automatic renewal program When trying to contact the company, the phone number on our credit card statement (XXXXXXXXXX) is not answered and does give a company name I had to dig through the Parisian Glow website to find a contact number and was on hold for over minutes before trying the number on your website which I was able to get through on They make returning the additional product very difficult and charge a restocking fee The operator continued to say "I will c

Scam: The distributors and advertizers misrepresented their claims and return policy I was never given anything in writing
Ordered Feb 3rd, and they charged me the full price on Feb 17th ($and for skin and eve creams respectively) I canceled on the 25th because I knew there would be a recurring charge after the trial period which I thought was days They actually did not send me anything in writing They say the trial period was days I have now canceled the trial but I am still left with paying the two initial charge plus shipping on the original order instead of "free"

This business is underhandedProduct was supposed to be FREE and pay ONLY for shipping chargesI only wanted the face creamI couldn't check out without getting the Serum too. Both shipping charges were separate, although they came in the same boxAlso charged for a magazine that I didn't wantI received a refund for the magazine, then weeks later I was charged $for the serum that I never wanted in the first place

Bait and switch scam on Facebook
Total #baitandswitch #scamDo not fall for thisI clicked on a story saying that Macy's was closing and they were mailing out this product for the price of shippingI'm an adult with two college degrees and I still fell for thisThey start charging you $and I argued for minutes to get my money backFirst they offer 30% back, then then 75%I said no I was going to the Revdex.com and was going to post and tweet heavily and I finally got promised 100% back we will see if it comes off my credit cardCustomer service said they win all of their Revdex.com cases which just shows that they are being reportedI can't believe I fell for thisNever againSo disappointed in #facebook as well for not shutting them down
I clicked on the Macy's ad on Facebook on March
