Company falsely misleading consumers with free samples of sub-par product and keeps charging credit card and sending un-ordered products Like many others, I saw a facebook ad claiming this was a sharktank product and was offering a free sample to just pay shipping to try it so I started the ordering process then when it started asking me to purchase other products I closed out the window and didn't hit submit but it sent it to me anyway even though I have no receipt or email confirmationThey then charged my card for the full price of the product and keep sending me a new jar of face cream every month (really who goes through that much face cream) which I return to senderI have asked for a refund and to stop sending me more products and want it to stop and my refund issuedThis company is illegally practicing deceptive advertising and charing consumers for items they did not order and should not be in business to defraud consumers

over billing, sending products with no contact info to return items no phone number or address..yet billing me monthly for approx
4/12/and approxdays later in Mayfiled a dispute and had to change my credit card number to stop charges

I ordered a trial of Parisian Glow my Customer PO # is *** I decided the product is not of use to me However Parisian Glow continues to ship their product and bill my credit card I return the product each time and have attempted to cancel the shipping and auto billing to no avail My most recent order # is XXXXXXX and was returned today, 9/4/

I agree totally with the reviews that say there is nothing on packing slip to indicate business name or telephone number if you wish to return item They told me they do not accept returns so everytime I sent it back I was probably not credited I even called USPS and they suggested I open package and find a name on product which I did and then found on line the toll free number It is very expensive!! I asked her to tell me how much my card was charged every month I finally got this cancelled What a nightmare It may be a good product but their business acumen sucks They would do more business if they were more up front initially!

2/23/I called to talk to CS about charges on my credit card of $for product I was not happy with sample The gentleman "Angelo" told me I was given a day trial period and was supposed to call within days if I didn't want the product He said I ordered product on 2/and product delivered to me on 2/ I called today because I saw the charges on my cardHe stated I am only give days from the day I order online I told him I was unaware of this and that there was also no paperwork with the shipment stating anything
He said he could cancel future amounts from being within drawn and would only give me back 30% of my money I asked numerous times to speak with a supervisor and he kept saying no one else could help me and they were affiliated with the Revdex.com so it didn't matter if I contacted you all
His way of handling the matter was unprofessional and the fact I kept trying to explain the time frame he said it didn't matter I ordered

This company baits you with a free trial offer of face cream and does not conspicuously state that you are also committing to a costly subscription
