I love the product! I use both the Parisian Glow Eye Serum and the Parisian Glow MoisturizerI love it!I did not get suckered into any scams because I read the fine print before purchasing, and after receiving the productNOTHING is freeA free trial is a trial people....the fine print is after the "free trial time"Almost anything you purchase online is a free trial, with time limitations, and costs differences incurredIf you follow calendar dates and call ahead of time it really does save you the time, patience, and the anger it takes to have all parties cooperateThis company gladly extended my trial time because I called before it was initially overThey gave me a whole extra month to fall in love with this product! This is a real review people! All these complaints are about the "FREE Trial" ...I want to note that I have seen improvements in my skin and am going to continue using this product because I feel it's worthy! I will note: I wish the company did provide a better ingredient and benefit list with the product, and for that I will give it STARS! Thanks for the awesome customer service Parisian Glow!

Placed a FREE TRIAL ORDER for the required days

When I noticed the charge to my card I called the credit card company to report the unauthorized charge and they helped me contact the merchant on a conference calledThe company refused to refund the charges claiming I signed up for the subscription to this product, and claimed I checked the button excepting these termsI went back to the site to find out where I had done this and could not find anything saying I was signing up for a subscriptiononly the trial offerIt is totally misleading

I ordered samples of Leskincream and Eyeserum from Parisian Glow from a Facebook ad on 3/27/for $each shipping and handling I received the products on 3/29/and immediately cancelled via email, as I understood the terms & conditions to require a cancellation within days to avoid future shipments and charges The print on the products' packaging is minuscule and faint, white on pink, and I cannot read any of the fine print even with a 4x magnifying glass There was no packing slip in this package with no contact information of the company, and a return address only on the package (no name of the company.)
