Online offer does not specify recurring charges nor day return policy which starts on order, not receipt Ordered two products for free trial, just paid shipping No references made to day trialProduct arrived days later and two charges showed up on checking account for $each Called Customer Service (a joke) and they said they would not refund the money nor accept returns I asked that they cancel the account with no further charges to be made, awaiting e-mail confirmation This is a total scam

Say it is a free trial then charge you $then $two days later after I had product for a couple of days that they said was free I thought it would be ok because Shark Tank was involved That is just a front for their lying deceptive practices They get your credit card info for shipping & handling then they charge you for the product if you don't cancel in a few days but I never saw anywhere in writing My cr is [redacted] order [redacted] , 3/10/

I ordered the trial sample of Parisian Glow moisturizer and serum which the website stated was at a cost of approx11-dollarsTwo weeks later there was an unauthorized charge on my credit card for $When my credit card rep and I talked to Luis Lthe supervisor of Parisian glow, informed me that if I didn't like the products I needed to return them in days or I would be billedThis was not indicated anywhere in their website or on any brochure inside the box when I received my shipmentAs a consumer I was totally misleadI reminded him that nowhere on the website is this information statedTherefore, had I any ideas I needed to return the products I would have done soLuis Lrefused to come to any agreement with me and said I would be billed the amount regardless of my complaintThen I found out that I was to be billed the same amount on a monthly basis which again was not informed and DID NOT authorizeSo I had to request for that also to be cancelled Product_O

What a hoax! When I ordered the samples and all they said was to pay for shipping, I carefully checked the papers I filled out to see if I had to pay for anything else or call in to cancel. I found nothing. When I received the product it didn't say anything about cancelling. Then on my credit card they charged me full price. They will not give me my money back because they said I had to call in to cancel. I told them I was going to report them and she then offered me 35% back. Boy was I a fool!

Wife ordered Parisian Glow trial at $4.99 each times 2.Recurring charge then shows on credit card bill 2 weeks later and then a month later. My wife ordered Parisian Glow Skin Cream and Parisian Glow Eye Serum on May 6, 2017. Total for the order was $9.96. The order number is [redacted] . She used a credit card to make the payment. She ordered it from a link that appeared on her Facebook news feed. Nowhere on the receipt does it mention a recurring charge will be set up or future orders will automatically start. I checked the credit card bill on June 27, 2017 and noticed four charges that were not authorized. 1) May 22, 2017 UIL*USIEYESERUM $89.95 2) May 22, 2017 AMB SKINCREAM $89.92 3) June 21, 2017 AMB SKINCREAM $94.91 4) June 22, 2017 UIL*USIEYESERUM $94.92 I called Capital One and they stated my wife authorized these charges when she "clicked" on the link and that the terms of service were in a small box that had to be expanded in order to read them. Unauthorized charges to Mastercard account I agreed to a $shipping charge for a free sample of skin creamand subsequently was charged $& $in June, and $& in July We notified Citi MasterCard that we would be out of the country from 7/15/to 8/10/17, and did not learn of these charges until 8/10/

Unauthorized charges made on my credit card I'm next in a long line of people scammed by the Facebook advertisement Free trail, no strings attached I placed an order on 7/14/17, in which I was told I'd only have to pay shipping charges of $ Two weeks later (7/and 7/29) my card was hit with charges for $and $ These charges were not authorized or agreed upon

I called this company to cancel my so-called membership They said I have 14 days to cancel if they using the products meanwhile I only receive the product in the mail today's ago and I called in time They said they are sending me to a collection agency

Deceptive business practices! Rude and uncooperative customer service agentsUnauthorized charges for products not ordered Charged my credit card almost $days after initial order (which took a week to arrive) ..and they got away with it!

Dishonest advertising of free trial skin care. Intentionally tricking people into believing they are receiving a free trial but then charge $90. The company advertises a free trial without making terms clear; which are, if you don't return the unopened (so you don't even get to try it) skin cream within 14 days, then they charge you $90. I emailed the customer contact email they provided in my order to inquire on how to return the product and no one ever responded - I emailed them before I even knew there would be additional charges, and the email was sent 10 days after the order was made. Then I was hit with the charges (2 $90 for 2 trials), so I called the company's customer support to dispute them and they refused to take a return on the product for a refund. I had made a similar purchase for a free trial a couple of years prior, which I ended up keeping and using the product. I didn't think this would be the same exact scam. The bottles of skin cream are the exact same, just a

I received products that was not ordered. I was also charged for the beauty products. I ordered beauty products from a ad on facebook. They were free with only shipping charges. I understood it to be a one time deal with the OPTION of getting more later. In May I received a call from the business and I told the woman (she had poor English and was hard to understand) that I did not want any more of the product - I was not interested. I have since received more beauty products and charges on my credit card.
