I received products that was not orderedI was also charged for the beauty products
I ordered beauty products from a ad on facebookThey were free with only shipping chargesI understood it to be a one time deal with the OPTION of getting more laterIn May I received a call from the business and I told the woman (she had poor English and was hard to understand) that I did not want any more of the product - I was not interestedI have since received more beauty products and charges on my credit card

bogus free trial offer
I signed up for a free trial offer from Elann eye serumI thought it was a free trialI've been fighting with them since JulyThey charged my AT & T card for $

Beware, I just got my credit card statement and was charged $for my $sampleThe customer service representative argued with me and claimed I didn't cancel my contract within days but of course I was never aware of this when I ordered the sampleWhat a scam, do not ever order from this company

They advertised a FREE product if you pay S&HThey shipped and billed for an additional product as well as billed before the trial period ended
I did agree to pay S&H on what was advertised as a free productThey actually shipped and billed for two productsThe confirmation e-mail has no details about the terms of the "free trial" and there was no paperwork in the packageJust products of which I only agreed to I called the company to complain about the the charges and was told that there is nothing I can do about it because I clearly did not read the fine printOf course the website does not disclose that after days you will be billed full price either
I also have copies of the confirmation e-mails if you would like to verify that no where does it state that this is a day trialNOT to mention that the product was ordered on 4/21/ It did not ship until 4/25/(at 11:50pm) The package was not received until several days later That does not give you

Company sends trial product billing only for shipping weeks later, bills credit card for almost $
On 4/17/17, I ordered a trial of Parisian Glow authorizing two charges One for $and one for $to cover shipping
On 4/29/17, my card was charged for an additional $ I authorized no additional charges and orderered nor received no additional product
When I called the company, they told me there "was nothing they could do" I am in the process of disputing this charge with my bank and have had to get a new debit card to prevent further charges

5/1/Want CHARGES REVERSED ON CARDNOT AS SUPPOSE TO BEREFUSED TO HELP
Ordered what I though was a sample and and because of situations, I didnt open it until I received another box and then tried to return products Called and talked to Olivia and she told me that I would be charged which was charged on me account then she said I would be charged for the one I received yesterday and have not opened I called another person that Olivia connected with me and she said her name was Casey and when I asked for her supervisor, she said she was the supervision and never heard about a product named Parisian GlowI am confused as to why the other operator found it, Also there was another name on my bank statement and she denied it also (ELANNSKINCREAM)I am really concerned they are going to take out more money and do not want them to do that They also refused to take back products I have receivedI just thought I was getting some trial size products because they

Company advertised to receive a trial of product for just the cost of shippingUpon submitting order, they put you on auto-renewal and charge $
Company advertised to receive a trial of product for just the cost of shippingUpon submitting order, they put you on auto-renewal and charge $95- sending the product with no notice/consentUpon calling to complain, they claim you may return the product minus a $restocking feeI hope they will actually refund the money, but that remains to be seenI believe this company is very unethical, as the fine print about the membership enrollment is extremely obscure, and there is no mention of it in the order confirmation email or on the packing list included with the productOriginal purchase was February 7, 2017, and the auto-renewed product arrived March 25, The original product was free with only $shipping feeThe auto-renewed product came with no information as to the amount chargedUpon looking at my bank statement, I

This company advertised "FREE" product if I paid shipping and handling, then it billed several unauthorized charges to my account
An internet story in April about HGTV star Joanna G*** entering the skin care market was accompanied by an ad for a FREE TRIAL of Parisian Glow "skin cream" and "eye serum" The story/ad implied the product was fully endorsed, maybe even developed with/by, the HGTV star herself The advertisement indicated each product was FREE if I paid $for S&H for each I very carefully navigated the website when making this purchase, to be sure I didn't order anything I didn't want I also attempted to make sure that nothing I ordered or signed up for would result in a subscription or a club membership I had to click "NO" for a couple of other 3rd party Add-ons in the checkout process It was very deceptive but I was certain that I made it all the way to the end without accidentally purchasing anything else and without establishing any subscription

Company falsely misleading consumers with free samples of sub-par product and keeps charging credit card and sending un-ordered products
Like many others, I saw a facebook ad claiming this was a sharktank product and was offering a free sample to just pay shipping to try it so I started the ordering process then when it started asking me to purchase other products I closed out the window and didn't hit submit but it sent it to me anyway even though I have no receipt or email confirmationThey then charged my card for the full price of the product and keep sending me a new jar of face cream every month (really who goes through that much face cream) which I return to senderI have asked for a refund and to stop sending me more products and want it to stop and my refund issuedThis company is illegally practicing deceptive advertising and charing consumers for items they did not order and should not be in business to defraud consumers

Charged for creams that I only ordered a sample of and they continued to charge me times
