I ordered a product online from a company called Parisian Glow They advertised the product at $and offered a second product as a bonus One was a moisturizer and one was a face serum At no time did I see any mention of this being a subscription offer or any notice that I would need to cancel a subscription I also did not see anything that indicated that I would be charged a higher price than the $for an introductory offer to try the product The company has now charged my Discover card two charges - one for $and one for $for each product, claiming that I accepted their terms and that those terms are clearly visible on their website This is fraudulent and misleading They gave me a web address of *** to go to when I complained but that is not where I originally placed my order, which was a link from my AOL email account and where I saw the advertisement They have offered me a 35% refund and to cancel the subscription, but I can only ima
