Thought I was getting a free trial, and ended up getting charged a total of $
I ordered a "free" trial of the product after it was advertized as the new products sold by Joanna G***No where did it say that if I did not respond within days, I would be charged full price of $and would be sent products every month for $each month When I received the 2nd shipment, I thought that they had accidently sent me another trial sample I looked online and could not find a number to call and let them know I forgot about it (and never even used the second shipment because I did not see any difference in my skin), until I got a third shipment I realized then what was happening, and looked on my charge statements, which my husband manages, and found a total of $ I immediately called the company on the charge statement and complained to four different people, and the only resolution I received was that they would cancel my "contract" which I had never agreed
