I ordered product and broke out in rash on my face I received more of the product via mail and contacted company to say I wanted to return it because of the skin reaction issue I was told that I should have called within days to say I had developed a rash and that that39s what a quottrialquot period is I wasn39t sure by that time that the skin irritation was caused from the product until I quit using it and then tried it again and the same thing happened I was told they have a no refund policy I asked to speak to a supervisor Marcus who flatly explained there are no refunds I told him I had a reaction to the product and certainly didn39t want the second shipment due to the skin irritation He said quotI don39t want to argue with youquot I cancelled my account with Parisian Glow I am accustomed to being able to return products in case of a rash etc My cr is *** By the way the packing slip and the box it came in does NOT have

I am the latest in being scammed by Parisian Glow Wish I had read here before signing up for the FREE sample which has ended up costing me over $ Their terms and conditions in their ad are so small, this poor sighted woman could not read it Also, the sample products are packaged with NO INFORMATION in the package and no return address Great surprise when additional charges for over $begin to appear on my credit card The latest charge for $was just posted on July and was flagged by my Bank When I spoke with them to have the charge reversed since I have never received any additional product, they would only agree to credit 75% of the amount I have cancelled that credit card and hopefully learned a very expensive lesson Besides, their product containers have writing on them that are far too small to know what it says or what the ingredients are It is a hoax and the product is no better than most on the market today

In mid April I sent for the free sample of Parisian Glow products: Revitalizing Moisturizer for $and Advanced Lifting Serum for $The cost was taken out of my bank checking acct
Now I find that I am being sent further shipments, unwanted and not ordered, and the full price of each is being taken, without my approval,from my acctThe dates of receipt are June and June 8, $and $I also was billed on May and May for $and $I don't want any of these things and I don't want any more

In the ontro offer, I ordered two items I only received one of them but was chaged for both after the trial period was expired I called the company and spoke with a gentleman, told him I did not receive on item I was charged for and to cancel my membership He offered a discount on the items but I told him I did not want items I hadn't even had a chance to try out He cancelled my membership but neglected to credit me the item not received I called back today and spoke with a woman about the matter She saw there had been a cancellation of my account but there was nothing in the notes about the refund on the missing item She said I hadn't called in about that I told her both items were discussed in one phone call This is not a company I would ever deal with again I just wanted my money refunded for items not received

Felt misled by advertisementThought I was paying $for a skin cream and my credit card bill was charged $92.(Twice because I bought creams)

no response BANK CALLED ME BACK AND I REPORTED FRAUD, THEY SAID IT HAPPENS ALOT I SAID I ORDER FROM PARSIAN GLOW NOT THEM....I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN FULL AND THEY CAN TAKE THEIR PRODUCTS AND SCAMMING BUSINESS PRACTICES AND SHOVE IT UP THEIR AE

ordered one product - sending and charging me for a monthly bill and productNo clear indication online that this is what they offer
I ordered one time product as they claim on the internet - I paid for one time delivery of Parisian Glow They started sending me monthly product and billing my credit card on a monthly basis This is wrong They do not have a clear large red notice/alert on the order page informing consumers that they are signing up to purchase a monthly product each month and they t he consumer will be charged for it on a monthly basisthis is a scam

Order a trial of their product on 2/8/At no time did their term and condition become apparent during the order processI received a second shipment two months letterI proceeded to request they cancel the second order and issue a refund, only to be informed that they had a third order that was about to be shipped, I asked that they also cancel the order and issue a full refund, they stated they are not able to issue a refund for either shipmentWhen I called back to request their physical address to ship the unopened product they refused to give me the informationAt no point in time was I made aware they were shipping out a second product, they just arrive and they expect you to simply accept it
Please help close this business down or get them to be more honest with the consumers
