I made a purchase on 8/12/2019. # *** Bought new head lights for Chevy truck. Paid for a Action Brand Capa Light $ 23.98. Left and right turn signal light. They sent me TYC brand at $ 12.58. Contacted customer Service and explained, they said I got just what I paid for! One of the lights was a re manufactured light not new.They said all were made by same company, okay why have different prices? They said due to a vendor, I chose an light, they chose a vendor (cheaper one at that). I asked for a refund of my $22.80 the difference in what they sent me, they just laughed. To ship them back would cost me my 20.00, they said we will not pay to have them shipped back. I asked them how could this happen, they said I need to study the fine print.
Such a small amount to haggle over. Their internet adds needs to state all excuses they told me was the reason why I receive a cheap item for a substitute. Their adds are false intentions, a way to generate more money and then not refund the customer.
One light came in a Keystone box ( re manufactured), the rest was TYC never got any Action brand why have them listed as Action if they are all TYC. I can" do anymore business with such a carefree customer service company like this. Lesson learned!

You still do not do business with Canada! Unless you have an American credit card, orders will not be able to be processed.
You need to seriously review this business practice!
Many times even though I reside in Canada, I wanted to place an order and have it delivered to a USA hotel address where I would be vacationing, placing an order is not possible.
Please change this policy! You are missing on a huge opportunity from Canadian orders.

Horrible, condescending, inefficient customer service. They sent me the wrong part, no phone service available just a loop, got 4 different contradictory emails about my inquiry, and now they are charging ME for shipping for the return of the part they sent in error. USE A DIFFERENT SERVICE there are plenty out there!!

I brought a part from Parts Geek it came damaged and I contacted them about returning it and was told I needed to pay the shipping to return it. After learning the cost to send it back. I just decided it really wasn’t worth it so I lost out on $36 because it didn’t make since to pay $60 to return it. I feel that they should have taken that cost so I ended up going through *** to buy a replacement and I’m satisfied doing business with them instead. Thanks

These people sent me the wrong parts. I had to pay all over again for correct but now they have refused to give me my refund. All my emails have gone unanswered

I purchased an Air Products A/C Compressor from Parts Geek, misled by the $1010.67 MSRP that this part would be an OEM or at least OEM level part for my 2005 Acura TSX. Below is my review left on their website. I am sorely disappointed.
With an MSRP of $1010.67, it is implied that this is an OEM part, but it is a shoddy product made in China. This was shipped to me by WorldPac and arrived in a box within a box. The actual box that held the compressor was damaged (the cardboard form-fitting packaging that held the compressor was visible). All in all, there are unethical business practices and I shall pursue PartsGeek and Air Products for damages if the part ends up not working as intended.
The mechanic installing the compressor said that the fit was poor and they had to spend extra time just trying to get the unit mounted. I definitely do not recommend this product to anyone who owns a 2005 Acura TSX.

well this has been a nightmare called them to order control arm kit for both sides I let the sales rep know I had been sold the wrong parts before gave him the vin he assured me they were the right parts at the same time I had ordered struts wouldn't you know it they were wrong to similar situation not there fault but I had to wait to put control arms in because other company error once I got that corrected I went to have control arms put it and ill be damn wrong part even after vin match and guarantees they sales man further told me I couldn't return them 389.00 I said please help me find right part he said he couldn't that there is an error in the catalog from manufacture to them Parts geek so he couldn't order the right part.... seems like he would have known that the first time when they guarantee it. i'm smitten I am out the money the time I paid the mechanic twice to take a part and fix only to have to redo... you can not say buying with confidence because that's not the case......wow

Ordered a tail light, payed shipping, sent wrong part, wont make it right.

This business IS NOT GOOD!!! I wanted to return a part, it was 32 days after I purchased, they said no returns after 30 days, they didn't even want to give me a store credit. STRIKE ONE! I ordered a inner fender, they sent me the wrong one. STRIKE TWO!! Then I ordered the front grill and they sent me the wrong one. STRIKE THREE!!! They are out , I'll never buy anything else from them and I'm telling all of my friends and family about them.

I've ordered from Parts Geek for the last few years, there website and ordering process is simple and efficient. There prices are quite competitive.

Excellent service all around, and very good parts every time

Good selection and good prices. I have stopped ordering fragile parts because poor packaging results in damaged goods and the hassle of returning. Two days after placing last order they informed me one of the parts was out of stock and they cancelled that part order. Could have ordered different manufacturer but this would be new order and would lose shipping discount of ordering multiple items from one warehouse.

I bought an alternator for my Mercedes Bens around two month ago. I received it broken so I contacted you and you authorized me to return the alternator you also give me authorization number and I wrote that number on all sides of the box as per your instructions. Time have passed ( almost two month) and I haven’t heard a word from you. My question is where is my money? Hope to hear a word from you soon.

Try to cancel something before it even shipped they denied me said I had to wait until it comes and ship it back to them so I have to pay twice the shipping BS in my mind

Partsgeek have just about all the parts you need. Great prices

Smooth operation. Web site is set very well. You have the parts I need and they are delivered very quickly.

I like it however some times it's hard to find the part .

Terrible organization. I think its just a website that orders all 3rd party dropships.
No customer service. I ordered 8 items, they sent 1 and charged total. Refuse to send remaining items until I send back the 1??? Why would I need to send back the 1 item? Just want the 7 others I ordered.
