They have horrible customer service. I ordered a part but never received it. You cant actually talk to anyone. You're probably emailing someone in Taiwan. And when I complained about not receiving the part they got really snooty about it. Even though they can clearly see by the UPS tracking that I did not receive the part, they said it will take 30 days to refund my money. I'll never buy anything from them again.

UPS is still investigating the damage claim for the ignition control unit however because Mr. is not satisfied with his experience with Parts Geek, in good faith, we have refunded Mr. for $64.12 on 11/08/2019. Everything ive ever ordered was on time and great quality, they have great prices on car parts that far exceeds major auto part store prices& they carry parts that are hard to find, im very happy with thier customer service, well worth your money!!

Very disappointed with this company. They advertised struts for a 2011 Hyundai sonata and it does not fit. Now they expect me to pay for the shipping to return them as well no matter what party is at fault? No. That is absolute garbage for a company to do when its THEIR fault my part doesnt fit. They claim they want customers to be 100% satisfied, yeah sure you do.

Parts geek LLC is the best hands down. I have been ordering from them for a few years and I have never ever been disappointed. Even my auto repair man is pleased with each part I order.

In regard to return shipping costs for the any core deposits, the part listing states The Customer pays return shipping on the "Core" or old part return. Do not buy parts from parts geek they will steal from you. I bought a complete air conditioning system and did not get my condenser. I sent an email saying I need a condenser sent and they said that I need to return the whole entire kit. I even paid to have it in two days because my truck was in pieces so the parts I got I already had on my truck when received and now they are fused to Send me a condenser they said since the other parts are already installed I had to buy another condenser. So they won’t even send me a part I paid for. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I had a lot of other parts I need to buy but I will not buy them from here. I gave them a chance to send me a condenser and they refused.

WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER! THEY'LL SCREW YOU OVER, MAKE YOU GO THROUGH HOOPS AND LADDERS, WITHOUT OFFERING ANY ASSISTANCE WHATSOEVER! AND THEN, WHEN THEY'RE BORED OF YOU, THEY'LL CUT ALL COMMUNICATIONS WITH YOU! THIS IS NOT HOW A ORGANIZATION SHOULD BE RAN!!!

DETAILED:
So, I bought a 2017 ford fusion headlight assembly from them, and when I got it in the mail, I received Tail lights instead of the Headlights I requested. I call to tell them about the mix up, and they told me to return it to them. I asked them who'd be handling the return shipping fees and the representative told me I would. I asked to speak to a manager because why should I pay extra, for their mess up?
Manager (Didi) tells me to email her my info and as well as screenshots of the part and she'll send me the RMA which'll include the return shipping fee. I sent the info, and it took her about 2 days of pestering calls and emails for her to send it.
I then ship it back to them as soon as I get the chance to, and I wait. I tracked the order to know when the Taillights reached their warehouse so I could call them and have them work on sending me a replacement ASAP. The manager (Didi) is always busy and refuses to come to the phone, so I tell the representative about my issue. He tells me that I won't be getting a replacement, but a refund instead as soon as they verify that they've recieved it and it'sin mint condition. After that, I'd have to repurchase the part.
Takes about two weeks for me to get the refund, and when I do, I go online to mske the purchase only to find the part no longer available. I call customer support and he's completely and utterly useless and only offers me 1 solution, which is to buy a similar part worth $190 more than what I bought it for. I tell him to pass me to a manager, and as always he tells me they're busy and if I'd like to leave a message.
I told him I'd wait on hold till they can come to the phone, cuz I've already waited 5 weeks, whats 1-2 hours on the phone compared to that? Guess what he does, he instantly hangs up on me!
I call back multiple times, and no one is taking my calls anymore!

VERY BAD COMPANY! HAD SERVERAL PROBLEMS WITH THEM IN THE PAST!SEND YOU DEFECTIVE PARTS AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING! Bought a "NEW"alternator for my Ford Windstar. Installed it. Wouldn't charge the battery. Took it to ***. They put it on their diag. machine. Was only giving 7 volts. Also two other things were wrong with it.
I now have take more time out of my day to ship this DEFECTIVE PART back and on top of that I have to pay for the shipping!
I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PART FROM THESE CROOKS AGAIN AND WILL BE SPREADING THE NEWS ABOUT THIS FOR YEARS TO COME!

An item was broken during shipment to me so I went through the company's return procedure and find out that they will not pay for return shipping. What kind of company has this policy? Will never order from them again and I will be sure to spread the word every chance I get!

Bought a muffler, and it never arrived, customer service failed to respond to my request for help or a refund 2 times. I would sue if the part was more expensive but over $50 , it would cost too much to pursue, do not trust this company.

Good price, fast shipping, however the threaded post on the light fixture was sticking through the box and all the bubbles on the wrap were popped. Very very poor packaging. Threaded post was stressed and loose. Next time take your time and package better and use a stronger box

This place is an absolute scam!! Do not shop here. I would leave 0 out of 5 starts if I could. They send the wrong part to me and upon inquiring about returning it for the correct part they told me that I have to place a new order and pay for the new part and new shipping! When I challenged them on this, they just hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and totally unreasonable. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I will say it again: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a pickup truck wheel on a saturday and 3 days later on tuesday afternoon it arrived. It was exactly as it appeared online and it fit perfectly. Thank you Parts Geek! Good Job. Got my truck back on the road!
