This company is the worst and their customer service is not any better. I ordered windshield wipers from their website, based on information listed on their website. Their website was incorrect and because of that they sent the incorrect wipers. When I let them know, they "investigated" it for about a week, had me send pictures and product information before letting me know that they had sent what I ordered and they wouldn't help me any further. If I wanted a refund, I had to return the incorrect part, at my expense. I did get a refund, but for the part only....so I was out the initial shipping ($10) and the return shipping ($17) on a $30 part. Their customer service was rude and dismissive (although I will admit I last my temper at the end of our interaction). When I checked the Revdex.com (which I should have done before ordering) many other people also had similar situations. Avoid this company. I will NEVER order from them again.

Mrs. ordered wiper blade set via our website with the fitment notes listed on the part description: Notes: Product Remark: *** (23.62 in/19.68in) Mrs. notified us his wipers were measure 25 ½ and 20 ¾. Mrs. ordered the incorrect parts for his vehicle. As our website states on our customer service pages *** All returns are freight prepaid by the customer.
At this time, we are unable to provide any additional refunds for return shipping costs to Mrs. however to meet halfway, we refunded Mrs. $9.95 in outgoing shipping costs on 03/04/2019. Again, please accept our sincere apologies for failing to provide you with the excellent service you expected from us.

Have ordered a radiator from them before for my *** which is hard to find parts for. Radiator I ordered fit perfectly and arrived pretty quickly. Prices were lower than any parts store around. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I am not a long-time customer of Parts Geek, but on the occasions when I have ordered something for my classic car, I found the prices to be very reasonable(in comparison to other outlets), and delivery was prompt. I will continue to buy from them.

I ordered fuel filters for a 2500. *** diesel truck !!the filters are too long and air gets in the fuel line !!shuts the truck down !!a big problem to get it running again and expensive!!! No star from me !!!»

Please accept our sincere apologies for failing to provide you with the excellent service you expected from us. We show the fuel filters Mr. Holland is speaking of was ordered 09/12/2018. Mr. Holland contacted us 12/11/2018 to return these filters. A return authorization was processed and emailed Mr. Holland instructions how to return these parts 12/12/2018. To date we do not show receiving them.

The right part right price EVERY time. If I am not sure can snap a picture send to customer service and get. Reply within 1 hour. Ships the day it is ordered usually arrives in 3 days on rare occasions (2) has taken 7 days.
Overall I think this company knows how to do it right the 1st time.

They have a lot of parts that other parts store don't have but the biggest thing about it is that they're a lot cheaper than a lot also. I fine it easy to place an order also. The next thing is when you put the part on, IT FITS! Parts Greek is the only parts store I will order from. This is only a few reasons why I give them a 5 star rating and I know i'm pushing them a lot , I know they will live up to what i'm saying. In my book, they're the best!!! Bennie C

Best value yes but recently some new parts that ive ordered were failty. Clutch slave cylinder,and brake light switch were ordered brand new direct oem fit. Both failed.

had to GIVE 1 STAR TO SEND THIS THIS SHOULD BE A NEGATIVE 5 STARS got 2 radiators they were the wrong size . they would not help me with a there discounted shipping . Shipping to them from Chicago would have been over $160.00 so I'm stuck from there mistake . no consideration what soever . So beware. the possible savings do not add up to the major loses you will indoor better off just going to your local auto parts store . you can get the right one and not be screwed over . just return the wrong one and get the right one

Our costs to ship out parts are based on the thousands of bulk packaging we ship out on a daily basis. Return shipping labels are not included with this and rates are not as reasonable. I have been buying parts from PartsGeek.com on occasion for several years. Their prices are good, their delivery is prompt, and they have parts for my classic cars that no one else carries.

Ordered a rebuilt ignition distributor back on August 11 2018 total cost 296.47 but they sent a heat sensor module that cost 27.00. I sent the module back per their instructions but they refuse to credit my credit card the 296.47 for the wrong part sent. Beware of these people. I cannot get a refund to my card after numerous emails ,and its been three months!!! Totally rediculous.
