I had priced the same items at 3 different local auto parts stores but Parts Geek prices blew away the competition. The ease of finding exactly what I needed made the decision to order from them a no brainer. Order One Mercedes Benz tire rim for my 2006, dealer was asking crazy price. I order my rim and it was at my door step in no time, Rim just like the other three, and my air is still in the tire

Never got a refund for returned items. Very disceptive and will never do business with this company again.

Total Rip-offs Criminal Company
They sell fake and defective auto parts. They ship garbage defective parts, then when you try to get a refund they don't refund anything. This is a online criminal enterprise. Steer clear.

I originally placed my order for front rotors and pads for my wife’s Caddy this past early summer with Rock Auto, got the parts and etc. from Geeks, called 2 days later to change to back brakes package, but parts had been shipped, told to send unopened box back via UPS, mechanics garage had to pickup parts needed at NAPA, costing me an extra $130. Parts, then original parts were delivered to our home on a Thursday, called for them to be picked up by UPS and returned, they were to be picked up that next day, Friday, Sat., Mon., and Tuesday all went by not getting picked up, and we called Geeks twice and UPS each afternoon after seeing the UPS truck go by our street. That Tuesday afternoon we took the box of front brake parts 27 miles one way to nearest Fed X and paid them +$60.00 for return fee. Then waited like another 2 weeks for crediting my card after paying another restocking charge fee of +$30.00. We Called both UPS and Geeks complaining, but to deaf ears, then the next afternoon, Fed X stopped by late saying the driver who was suppose to pick up our parts had forgot and called another driver to go back and get our parts box as he was already down the road 30 miles or so. So all in all our brake job cost me all most $400 extra out of pocket, thanks to Geek. I have spread the word as much as I can, my oldest son runs a dealerships garage down in Indianapolis, and has stopped ALL orders to both Geeks and Rock Auto and I will never order anything from them, I personally would not even take old used parts for scrap from either. I emailed both companies and never heard anything back from either and the same goes for Fed X. To hell with all three ripoffs.

The parts I order are shipped fast and are reasonably priced.I like the fact that they have many parts to choose from by all manufactures.

Ordered headlights for my 2004 Dodge 1500 great quality and perfect fit.

I ordered two CAPA Certified headlamp assemblies for my wife's 80 Honda Pilot and they fit perfectly. I haven't had them in for more than one day, so I cant rate them for long term use as of yet. The shop stated that some Aftmkt Lamps leak when it rains. I will updat this posting if I have any issues.

BE CAREFUL WITH CORE RETURNS!!!!!!!!!!
I purchased an alternator with a core charge.
The return of the core cost more than the refund of the core charge.
Contacted PGeek and they were not interested in addressing the issue.
I noticed that prior same issue has been reported.
AGAIN.................BE CAREFUL.

Great prices, decent quality, fast delivery. Only problem is if you need to return something heavy like a shock (that was bad out of the box) and cost me $40 to ship it back to California!
They recently sent me a brake rotor that had obviously been returned Before cause it was not in a sealed bag, had some corrosion and was dinged/dropped on one edge. I Filed it down and used it anyway because of the cost/trouble of returning.

I am still waiting for you to send me the rest of my order from about 60 days or more ago. Or was this a mistake doing business withyou (SCAM). Please respond with my part or send money back so I can buy part some where else. MY PICKUP HAS BEEN OUT OF SERVICE SINCE ORDERING FROM YOU NOT HAPPY
