Poor customer service. RE: order ***. Ordered two parts, both with same tracking number, only one arrived. Called customer service, Ashley ext ***, she had no explanation, would not allow me to speak to a supervisor and told me to call back in 24 hours, I said no, you call me, she said OK, no return call. So I called back, next customer service rep, said out of stock and we refunded money, as I question why no return call he became very short with me, I said do you even care?, he said no and hung up on me

I read few of the Revdex.com reviews: I am not satisfied with the way Parts Geek handle the complaint. Few people complaint that the parts are not complete. May be you have workers who are not well trained to handle this business . How you react to this comment. Can you assure customers a free return if the parts are defective or wrong part?

I have ordered parts and when they arrive wrong its cost me money to return! Ordered driveshaft for a ford pickup and it was bent,they say send it back for warranty they will inspect ,and maybe issue credit,maybe. you will have order another shaft and just maybe you will get credit . I will no longer order from PARTS GEEK

Junk parts 500 to 5000 miles all have failed completely

Parts Geek is Horrible - Never Use Them!
Parts Geek is Horrible. Do not buy from them. Read for two examples of utter incompetence.
Ordered exhaust. They took payment. Exhaust never showed up. Checked tracking number. The exhaust was shipped damaged/empty box (how is that even possible I asked) so UPS sent to back to them. No big deal. I expected a new part to be sent out.
Emailed them. No answer. Called. Was rudely told 'that's not our problem, that is on the warehouse' by customer service rep Teressa/Tanya. Calmly I asked when my part would be coming and she said to call back later. She said she would email with an update and never did.
So I called back the next day. Waited on hold for 20 min!!! Only to be told by first rep to call back in two days. Why? Asked to speak to manager. Transferred to Deedee/Dede. She said warehouse was not honoring return. Said ok just send me a new exhaust. She said no, "you have to reorder and pay for another exhaust." WHAT?! Pay again?! She said 'yes'. Best she could do was 'ask' for a refund. She was very rude. Very unhelpful. She hung up when I asked them to overnight my exhaust (two weeks after initial order placed). Parts Geek ran from a paying customer and tried to place blame rather than take any ownership. All this could have been solved if they just sent my an unbroken exhaust that I had already paid for. Boarderline fraud.
Side note -- five years ago I ordered an oxygen sensor for a different car from them. They only sent one instead of the two I ordered. Took three weeks to get the other oxygen sensor. Had to call and complain that time too. They reluctantly sent the second sensor after barley admitting they made a mistake.
All in all, cheaper parts = worse in every way. I knew better to use them but tried to give them another chance. Awful. Head scratchingly awful.

I ordered multiple parts, including two rocker arms. Unfortunately I only received one rocker arm and an empty sealed bag that should have contained the other rocker arm. I called customer service hoping they had the integrity to overnight me the rocker arm I need. They weren’t willing to do that so here I am hopefully alerting other people to think twice before ordering parts from partsgeek.com.

Quality parts and easy return policy, if needed. Help is also available

The company sent me the wrong part.
They insist they did not.
They don't have images of parts but drawings of generic parts.
In the end I will get back the refund for the part minus shipping and will pay to return it.
For the $21 it cost, it means I get back $5.
But the part does not fit!
The "supervisor" was very "matter of fact" - didn't care a bit to resolve this amicably.
I will NEVER shop there again!

Ordered what said NEW part for an 2007 nissan altima original equipment oil cooler. Received withing 2 days box was not damaged but once I opened package I could clearly see it was a used part taken off of another vehicle. It had deep scratches on the metal.and around the bolts where it had been removed from other vehicle.Also had dirt on the bottom of part where it looked like a seal had once been. Took pictures immediately and called customer service informed he the part I ordered was not new like it said online and that I had screenshots of the original order that says part is NEW. He asked for my order number and said he would send an email. So now I wait. If I wanted a used part I could've went and pulled it from a junkyard myself.This was my 1st and last time using parts geek and will go back to ordering from ***.They were out of stock on part that's the only reason I looked to another company.

Bought a window rack, it did not work. They would not respond to my email, it was automated robot answer.

parts are good and fast shipping. I always got what I ordered

I own a 2005 Jaguar, 5 speed, 3.0 liter engine that I absolutely love. Without Parts Geek I feel as though I wouldn't be able to afford to keep it. Whenever I need parts, I order, they deliver, I save money and always on time. By the way, I've used original Jaguar replacements and *** and have never been disappointed. Great Company!

I've yet to actually hear ANYTHING from them;
I recently ordered a lot of parts for my Toyota Tercel;
Left & right KYB front struts
Left & right rear struts
2 lower ball joints
Brake Pedal Stop Pad
Rear Brake Shoe Set
and even wipers
When they arrived, one rear strut had the required boot, washers & bump stop - the other didn't.
I contacted them THREE times via email - and despite my expressed preference, rather than just send the missing parts, they made me go through the entire RMA process.
I DID NOT WANT TO GO THROUGH THE HASSLE OF SENDING THE STRUT BACK !!
I ASKED THEM TO JUST SEND ME THE MISSING PARTS !!
I was completely & utterly ignored.

I have found that alp the parts I have ordered from Geek has been very successful with the product and the excellent price.I have 6 cars ,3 are show cars and when I need a part I all ways go to Geek before I contact any other auto parts store....

THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST. I ordered a set of front and rear brake pads and rotors for my car. It turns out the front brake pads and rotors were the incorrect ones and came in a heavy, heavy box. Also, no packing list or invoice included with the shipment!!! Crazy!!! It seems that they want you to ship the items back at your expense even though it was their mistake in sending the wrong parts. It ended up costing me extra money to pay for new brake pads from an auto parts store and having my front rotors cut because my car had to finished and could not stay up the mechanic's lift! Don't these people have any idea what they are doing? I read more and more reviews and it seems they can't seem to ship the correct parts or they are damaged and they expect you to pay for the shipping!!! No one should do business with this company. Terrible. Buyer Beware

I have ordered from this company many times, and never had an issue.
The 1 time I have an issue:
I ordered 2 fuel injectors, 1 was defective.
Now I have to pay for return shipping, which will be 20% of the cost of the part itself!
If I ordered the wrong part, I would understand paying for return shipping.
But the part was defective on their count, and now I am losing money because I decided to do business with what I thought was a reputable company.
This is a horrible policy that should be fixed. I am sure the company makes enough money to pay for return shipping on at least defective parts. I mean, they just sent me $5 to leave a review on their website! (Which I am sure wont show up because it was 1 star).

This is customer abuse, not customer service.
I shopped around for the part I wanted. I found the part I needed listed on partsgeek.com for a good price. I ordered it. The package arrived promptly and safely. However, inside the package was not the part that I ordered. I had the order, a screenshot of the web page, and photos of the received parts. I submitted a return ticket to partsgeek.com, got an auto-email that I would be contacted within 48 hours, and was not contacted. I called partsgeek and spoke to a customer service representative, offering to either take a refund or return the part and exchange for the correct one. The rep simply told me I was wrong repeatedly, and that there was nothing he could do. Eventually he put me on hold to discuss with his general manager; when he returned he told me that his general manager said my phone call was a waste of time, and then hung up on me. I have never encountered this before, and am shocked this company manages to stay in business by sending people the wrong parts, keeping their money, and hanging up on them rather than resolving issues.

Placed an order for two components and only received one was very much in need for these parts immediately and now being told can take up to a month for them to figure out where my part actually is this is absolutely unacceptable. now may have to buy locally to fix my vehicle they have really screwed me badly on this one.
