Worst customer service ever. Doesnt want to provide contact info on theyre site. All internet and 3rd party. Sent wrong items, that were crushed from improper packing and shipping.
If you do eventually get a hold of someone they will not give their names or management info.
STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered a steering rack and had it installed only to find it leaks heavily. I called parts geek to let them know they sold my a faulty part and to ask if they would send me a new part with a discount to help with labor costs. The rep was very rude and laughed at me saying they would never give discounts for any reason. He then hung up on me. I'm so angry I dont even want to attempt returning the part for a refund because I trust now that they will be aggressive and try to swindle me out of my time and money.

This company left me holding the bag on a $125 headlight assembly purchase for my 2014 Chevy Silverado and would not accept a return or even a pro-rated return. I purchased the headlight assembly and could not get a friend to help me install it until recently. As I was getting everything prepared for the removal off the original on my truc , we compared to the purchased one from PartsGeeks and it was slightly different than the original and would not fit my Chevy truck. I couldn't believe it. I called PartsGeek to arrange for a return of this incorrect part and the rude and very unsympathetic sales representative said it was too late to return it and that they have a 30 day return policy. It amazed me that the sales representative was so unwavering in her claim that there is nothing she could do and I also heard laughing in the background going on... to add to the insult!!. If you look into this company they have a very low favability "return" rating. The part that they sold me was almost 50 percent cheaper than other parts dealers and my complaint is the way the headlight assembly was deceptively advertised on their website so that an unknowing amateur customer would select for this part not realizing it was for a "carryover " model of Chevy. They should be investigated for this deceptive advertising and they are profiting off of this deception and then not willing to work with the customer to return the wrong part.

I have been shopping with these guys for some time now and I must say I havent had any problems ever . When I order a part it is always , way before schedule of when I am to recieve it. I really do recommend this company to everyone. Keep up the great work Y'all

Terrible. They made a shipping error on their end. Part never arrived and then it got returned to their warehouse where it would have sat if I had not followed up on it. If the part us returned they should process it in a timely fashion. There are a litany of complaints on file at online sites for this business.

Great company to do business

I had to purchase 8 fuel injectors to get 6 good ones.I purchased an o2 sensor it was bad right out of the box.The return ordeal is ? Also good luck trying to call.

Accuracy, Cost, and Quality.
There’s many complaints when it comes to reproduction part suppliers. One is the accuracy of the fit. Others are: cost; authenticity, because some “gear geeks” want original looks and materials; and quality. For my purposes, Parts Geek passed the fit, cost, and quality requirements for my 1996 Toyota ***. And, they offer many parts for my 1968 *** as well. For reproduction parts, authenticity isn’t a necessity for mechanical parts. And, not always necessary for some cosmetic parts either. I prefer repro-parts that are made in modern times, be made from modern materials. In other words, an improvement over the original standards. So, if you’re one of those who need a replacement windshield washer tank, made from pre-yellowed plastic to indicate aging, (which is ridiculous in my opinion), Parts Geek isn’t for you. However, if you want an excellent quality part that accurately fits, doesn’t cost too much, and is delivered in very timely manner, Parts Geek’s the right place. My first impression was their Web Site. Perfectly designed for easy navigation and with no pop-ups, made for efficient searching and ordering. This is greatly appreciated as pop-ups getting in my way have caused me to navigate to other companies many times. I have many other vendors I use, but I always search Parts Geek first. They don’t have every part I need. No “one” supplier ever does, but I’m very satisfied with my purchases.

Very easy to find parts. Pictures help confirm the part is correct. Recently bought an automatic transmission filter kit for 1999 Jaguar. Fits perfectly, no problems, no leaks, very reasonable price, came in very timely.
