Bought clutch set that came in a cheap box that did not hold up to the weight, had rips and holes. Pilot bearing, alignment tool were gone and hydraulic slave cylinder was broken. After repeated emails and shipping broken cylinder back to parts geek in the ruined box parts geek shipped the broken cylinder back to me with no explanation. Of course I had already bought new parts locally and had truck back on the road. Can't wait months for them to decide to do nothing. Last parts that we will buy from them.

This company is a joke. They ship parts that do not fit or is damaged/defective. Then they expect for us to pay return shipping. They also ignore calls and hang up in your face just to avoid customer resolutions....WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...

I bought two Bosch fuel filters for a Ferrari. Both came in boxes that looked like they were on the shelves for 20 years, all torn and discolored. One of the filters was rattling inside. I called and asked for an exchange but they did NOT offer exchange. You have to pay for another shipping to go back despite full payment + shipping. The guy who answered the phone could NOT admit the fact that a rattling fuel filter is NOT so normal. Basically you need to filter their junk and pay for the return. The guy had no common sense and was trying play the low ball.

Good afternoon I have purchased 4 calibers from you say about a month ago no problem when I'm fine beautiful what I was looking for but I didn't know anything about returning them getting RX number or the RM whatever the hell it is I have to pay shipping that's kind of silly where I want my money back. I feel like I paid I overpaid you kind of cheesy that's how you do business if I don't hear from you in about a day when I'll do is I'll contact everybody on *** and *** and just tell him your business ethics pretty cheesy not happy at all!.

100% miserable. Buyer beware of parts geek.com they will not give you what you need even if its pictured and what is in the description of the product and blame it on a second party. 2001 jeep grand Cherokee I need the skid plate and the straps. Guess what 400 dollar part no straps in the box. Called first thing Monday morning nothing but runaround and no reply back keep telling me this skid plate don't come with strap hey parts geek read your reviews from your customers under part # *** they seem happy that the part came with the straps but my order didn't how could this be? Will never do business with this horrible company ever again. I hope the the guy I helped replace his skid plate tell me to ship this thing back. You don't deserve a dime of his money.

Parts geek is a very reliable business. They have reasonable prices. I like the quality of the parts that I have purchased. When you order, they deliver the parts in a very timely matter. Awesome pricing and stock not to leave out the shipping.

I am not pleased with Parts Geek, I ordered a A/C condenser for my 1990 Chevy Lumina 3.1 using the pictures as shown on Parts Geek web page. The condenser that I did get was the wrong one not even close to what their picture showed, needless to say it will not work for my car.
Parts Geek shipped me the wrong part and now I have to ship it back at my cost, or sell it online if I can. I shouldn't have to go through this process when Parts Geek is at fault for shipping the wrong part to me. I am not a happy customer with Parts Geek, I will, with caution recommend Parts Geek to friends, and I will not use Parts Geek again. I found the right part from another vendor, and they have free shipping to destination and free shipping on returns.

20+ days and no delivered part and no refund. will have to file lawsuit to get a 35 dollar part or money back.

I purchased a valve cover. They sent me the wrong one. I returned it at my cost and they never issued my refund. After 10 emails they gave me the run around with no solution. So they have my money and their part back. Terrible business unless they're in the business of stealing then they are great. Stay away if you value your money. $150 lesson learned for me. Don't make the same mistake I did.

PartsGeek sold me a part that did not fit (AC condenser), which I documented did not fit (2 sets of photos sent at their request showing it looked very little like the part that came out, and could not possibly fit), then they still required me to pay return postage!! These people suck at what they do, BE WARNED AND GET YOUR PARTS SOMEWHERE REPUTABLE! Now, off to the message boards to get the word out on these crooks

I bought a timing kit last year which is still under warranty. Parts geek wants me to send them back all the parts for a faulty timing belt they sent me. The belt was deemed faulty by the dealership . Parts geek refused to give me the manufacturer information. The defective belt seized my engine and now I am suppose to replace my engine. I am a mother of 3 children and this is just terrible they are selling defective parts. They will not even give me managers or higher numbers so I am able to contact manufacturer. Dont buy parts for your car from this company. I needed to save money on my parts and now I have to put a new engine in. Parts geek should be responsible for this problem not me. They should at least give up the number to who made the product. Nothing all I got was hung up on by parts geek. Parts geek should pay for my engine to be replaced as they are selling bad parts to customers. Dont buy from this company.
