Every time I order a part for my son's car it's always the wrong part and have to put out more money on top of what I already paid to buy it from an *** or some other place. To return it is gonna cost me more than its actually worth. I'm aggravated at this point and will most certainly not purchase parts for his car through this website again. I'm a single mom and can't afford to put out almost double the price of a part. I should have just went through *** to begin with..

I have tried to reach out and nothing!! No response!!!/

A wiper transmission ordered from Parts Geek (part no.*** will look like the *** part but if you install it you will ruin the drive post on the wiper motor. The drive post is tapered and splined, the hole in the mating part of this wiper transmission is parallel-sided and smooth. They will not admit they are selling a defective product, they will require that you send it back to them to claim a refund (you pay the return postage). If you ruin your wiper motor they will take no responsibility. I referred them to our state *** consumer protection bureau. Hopefully they will do something.

We apologize Mr. received a defective part however the defects are a manufacture issue and have notified the manufacturer of this defect. We have issued a full refund of $32.95 on 08/28/2018 to Mr.’s credit card for his order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunds to appear on your statement. Once you receive your refund on your credit card statement, you may dispose of the part as you see fit. There will be no need to return the part. Again, please accept our sincere apologies for failing to provide you with the excellent service you expected from us.

Ordered a Thermostat Housing Kit for my *** in February it worked until August then blew out a side plug that wasn’t glued properly .Contacted Parts Geek they said return in the original Box who keeps a stupid box for 6 Months the damn part is defective .So Your just Screwed hang the stupid part in the Garage with a Zonk Sticker

Please accept our sincere apologies for failing to provide you with the excellent service you expected from us. We have issued a return authorization for Mr. to return the order on 08/13/2018. The rma number and full instructions was emailed to Mr. with the email address we have on the order on 08/13/2018. Because the part is defective, Mr. can return the part with any packaging. The original box we indicate in the rma email instructions are for parts not needed or never used that need to be returned, not defective parts. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that we may have caused and for the delay in receiving a resolution from our establishment.
