Went to purchase television and found the television that I wanted in the price range that I wanted and was denied purchaseNo manager called at all
On Wed, Jan 24th I went to Walmart to have new tires put on and decided I may as well look for a television as I wanted to purchase a bigger tv in preparation for Super BowlI went to the electronics department and looked at a few tv's and sound barsI was looking for a 55" or bigger tvI walked down and I saw a Phillips 65" series television sitting on the shelfThere were Hisense 65"tv's right next to itI looked beneath the Phillips tv and saw a tag that said $I called an associate over to ask about the price and he said he didn't know if that was right or wrongI asked if he could call a manager and he told me they wouldn't honor the price but he never called a manager over like I requestedI took a photo of the television and its price for my recordAn older lady walked up and the associate started helping her

My brother *** *** died July 26, He had a cell phone through Walmart Family MobileI went to the kiosk in the Walmart store for Family Mobile on San Jose Boulevard in Jacksonville Florida days after he diedI took the phone and the death cert to cancel the phone serviceThe people at the Family mobile kiosk said they could not do the cancelationThere was no one else to speak with, I left the phone with the young lady, she suspended the service but, now, two months later, I'm getting billed $recurring! I have tried calling every number available to meThese are all automated servicesNo humans to speak toI do not have his pin for the cell phone so I get cut offI cannot pursue this any furthermonths is too much time for a simple requestI just wanted to wrap up my brother's final business.*** ***

There was no way in the tire areaI waited almost an hour before asking how long it takes to change one tire, and they told me it was going to be another minutesWhen I arrived there was only one vehicle ahead of me and nothing else going onThere was a period of time where no vehicles were in the auto centerThe techs are lazy and crappingAnd take forever on your vehicle like you have all day truck for them to work on it

On July 15, 2018, I purchased items at Walmart using the Self-Check Out registerWhen I returned home, I noticed that I was missing store itemsI then called the Walmart store and spoke with a male Walmart associateWhen I explained the situation, he first checked to see if anyone had turned it the items After he checked on my behalf, he said no one had turned in the itemsHowever, he said I could return to the store with my receipt to the Customer Service Center to pick out identical items to replace the missing items since I had purchased them
On my second trip to Walmart that morning, I first went to the Self Check Out and asked the Walmart associate if anyone had turned in the itemsShe replied "no." I then next went to the Customer Service Center and explained my situation to another lady
The lady at the Customer Service Counter replied that perhaps a subsequent customer had stolen/taken my items Additionally, since I had chosen to use the Self-Check Out, it was my fault for losing track of the items Her attitude was brusque and not helpful
As I was confused by being told differently by this Customer Service lady from the first male Walmart associate to whom I spoke with on the phone, I called the Walmart number again to speak with a Manager
When I called again, the same Customer Service lady answered (I recognized her voice)I said I wanted to speak with a Manager as I was told different things about the missing itemsShe replied that she had worked at Walmart longer than the male Walmart associate and that is was Walmart policy that since I had used the Self-Check out it was "my fault." I insisted on speaking with the ManagerA lady on the phone and said she was the ManagerI explained I was very displeased with the inconsistent Customer Service experience and that I had been told different things from different Walmart associates about its policy on this matterThe Manager replied that I could come again to Walmart "resolve" this matter
While I appreciate Manager's offer, I do not feel comfortable going back to that WalmartFirst, it appears that missing/stolen items are familiar occurrence at WalmartSecond, I do not appreciate being told inconsistent things/policies only to be told by a Walmart Customer Service person that it was "my fault" because I chose to use Self-Check out

This is the third time I've purchased chicken from this place and when I open it, it smells rottenThe dates where a week away from when they were suppose to go bad, so I think they're miss labeling them or whats going in but that third time will be the LAST time I buy chicken form there!

On 02/06/17, Monday around 8:pm I wanted to walmart at richmond hwy, alexandria, VA to buy *** *** *** Liquid Makeup *** according to their policy they do price match"Walmart's Price Matching PolicyWe're committed to providing low prices every day, on everythingSo if you find a lower price from an online retailer on an identical, in-stock product, or the item purchased from Walmart.com is now listed at a lower price, tell us and we'll match it".One of the CSm verified the price online, that was $and referred me to another person because she was on breakthe 2nd CSM, customer service manager, ringed up one item only but refused to accept my coupon on that productshe said I can only get one item but without couponso she wanted to sell items on regular priceshe refused to match the pricethere was a loss prevention

we brought a kayak for our father in law from Walmartupon use, the kayak took on water in 6' water with my year old father in law in itthere are holes in the bottom of the kayaktaking the kayak back to Walmart, they refused to accept the kayak for return saying that kayak are not returnableit doe not say on the receipt that the kayak is refundableupon inspection outside, there is one small hand made sign saying they not refundable but it was not clearly visiblewe feel dupedwe called Walmart number and they said they can not override the store managerthe kayak apparently is meant to have six or eight inches of water in the bottom where you sitwhich it does not saynor would it be appropriate in pennslyvannia where the water temperature is below degreeshypothermia would set in rather quickly making this a serious health riskWalmart refusing to accept a return it ridiculous and unheard ofnow what do I do with this useless kayak??

Bought a snow blower and paid extra for extended warranty, Snow blower worked for the first winter when I purchased it, ran all the gas out and stored it in a shed all summer, next winter I pulled it out and it would not start, realized primer line from bulb to carb was torn Was told it would all be fixed free of charge, brought it to local small engine repair and now am being told it needs a new carb, which it doesn't because I just had it running great, and the primer line is not covered and need to pay $out of pocket to get it fixed because walmart does not cover poor maintenance Basically meaning because I did not use non-ethanol gas my warranty is null and void Which nowhere did it say that when I purchased the warranty, I had to fight and argue with people on phone that the primer line should be covered and I was told they would escalate the issue and call back, but they never called me back I had to call them and they side they did determine primer line should be covered but still refused to cover carb....ill never do business with them again

My Walmart account was hacked and over $in gift cards stolen from my accountCustomer service promised a refund on occasions but now say noMy account was hacked, my savings catcher gift card was used by someone in California, and NO ONE at Walmart customer service is able to help meAfter being told I would receive a refund, they now say they are not responsible for the theft and refuse to offer a refund for the stolen money (over $was stolen!) and their customer service has lied to me, hung up on me, promised me I would have a refund in a timely manner (it's been over a month) and they have now sent me an email telling me changing my password will solve the problemIf anyone uses savings catcher, they should know that this will NOT solve the problem since thieves still have my savings catcher gift card number.They are sending the issue again, for the third time, to a mysterious "tier 2" groupa group who has no contact number or email so you can't speak to them directly

Walmart Pharmacy just charged me $instead of $for a prescription on their $Prescription Plan that I've been filling with them for years They were apparently out of the $brand so used the $brand without telling me; and they had days to fill the prescription When I called them they told me to come the next day (not telling me to bring in the medication) At Walmart Sunday they said I needed to come back with the medication; that's trips to get my medication I'm 74y.o., have chronic pain from Fibromyalgia and severe Arthritis, and trips, hr a trip, plus the cost of gas, is ridiculous Check your receipts before leaving the counter, no matter how long it takes and who is waiting in line

I canceled an order for glasses , but they tell me they can't refund the money from the gift card that the associate used my debit card for
I tried on glasses on Saturday, April 14, 2018, and chose a pairI didn't have my signed prescription with me- just a card with the prescription details, so the order couldn't be put in til she called my doctor on Monday morning I paid for them with my debit card, since I live an hour away from the store and she said I'd have to come back in to pay for them otherwiseShe said she'd put it on a gift card and put that with the framesShe said nothing about the fact that once placed on a gift card, the funds would be irretrievableI will not spend 328$ in Walmart and want the money put back on my debit card

I took my truck to Walmart for a high mileage oil change, with that service,they're suppose to top all fluids.I paid and drove my truck home,then looked under the hood.They filled the windshield washer tank up with water,when they were suppose to use windshield wiper fluid that don't freeze.they didn't change the oil filter, they left the old one on.I took my truck back to Walmart min later and told the Auto manager,He didn't want to listen and was very rude,then he finally looked at the truck,and said the wiper fluid is blue on the top,which it wasn'tThe wiper fluid was clear as water,then I asked him why the oil filter was so dirty,his answer,maybe the guy hands was dirty.I told him.a new oil filter wouldn't look that dirty.It was same oil filter I put on.Because I did my last oil change.After I drove back home,I filled a clear mason jar up with the wiper fluid that was in my truck.The fluid was clear not blue,I then put the mason jar with wiper fluid in the freezer,In hours,t

I purchased a "flip phone" from the Walmart in Kirkwood, MO., on July 10, The salesclerk rang up the purchase, I swiped my debit card and the paper receipt did not come out of the machine I was asked to do it again and the paper receipt came out of the machine Several days after the transaction, my bank account showed online two(2) transactions for the same amount The manager at Walmart told me to contact my bank regarding the charges

One the night of May 11th around 10pmI wander into the store and I see merchandise that I'd like to purchaseUnfortunately they were still in boxes so we asked a gentleman (later we find out his name is *** to see if he could open the boxes for usHe did, he opened up the boxes and handed it to usHe was happy to help a customer outKeep it mind, A WALMART EMPLOYEE OPENED THE BOXES FOR US we didn't just barge into them ourselvesAs we're looking through them, *** (overnight stocker usually in the automotive section) CHARGES towards usHe's about where camping is and we're at toysFrom there, he YELLS, "ENOUGH! GET OUT." This is pretty much from across the store, yelling at usHe comes over to us, yelling the whole time"GET OUT OF THEREAND GET OUTYOU GUYS AREN'T SUPPOSED TO TOUCH THIS!!!!" At the same time, me and my bf respond calmly, "We asked someoneThey let us." We said "we asked" times, but it never went into ***'s ears because he was so focused on berating usI said, "Do you want me to find that guy? He's an African American young gentleman." *** yells back, "NO I'LL FIND HIMI DON'T EVEN HAVE ROOM ON THE FLOOR FOR THEM AND NOW I HAVE TO PUT THEM OUT BECAUSE YOU GUYS OPENED THEMTHATS THE LAST BOX YOU LOOK IN, AND GET OUT!!!" He says all this while picking up the boxes and SLAMMING them stacking them on top of each other, possibly damaging the product tooThese items were in a dump bin already on the floor where it was going to be displayed, so I know he was lying about that(Saw it there the next day in the exact same spot with PLENTY of room to walk around.) I then calmly asked for his name, he turns his body so that his name tag is not visible to meHe ignores me the first time, I ask again and he says, "***." and arrogantly trolls off
The main points I wanted to address is 1) I asked and got permission from a walmart employee to look into the boxesHe actually opened the boxes for us2) Clueless *** comes out assuming and accusing paying loyal customers of going into boxes on their own3) *** BERATING AND HUMILIATING us in public and in front of other customers4) There were a million different ways *** could've approached us (preferably calmly and rationally) instead of screaming at us from across the store and then scolding us about how he has to do his job now
I have contacted customer relationsI have spoke with co managers ***(the following day) and ***(night of the tragic event)The response I got was basically saying all that will happen to *** is "he will get addressed." I sat on that response for a bit and decided to call customer relations back to escalate the matter to their district managerI am still currently waiting for a response from himNot that I wasn't happy with the co managers listening to me and giving me information, I just feel that for the HUMILIATION and ANGER that *** has brought upon me with him berating us in public deserves a little more than "he will be addressed on the situation." An apology from *** would be favorable and I would drop everything
In the meantime, I want to make this situation public so that other customers are awareCEO's won't even berate customers like thatWhat gives an overnight stocker the power in his head to do so?

I have went to the Walmart at S Cottage and they will not give me my pick up and I have called customer service they could not assist me

Terrible management and contradicting judgement by two different shifts of my situationI was told one thing by the night shift assistant manager and then accused of being a liar by day shift and in a condescending manor, two days in a rowI spent minutes on the phone(mostly on hold waiting for the night shift AsManager), two nights in a rowI waited for minutes the first day and hour the next day to get my issue(refund) resolved by day shift management, only to be sent away because of inconclusive and contradicting evidence on the first day, and then called a liar and treated in a condescending manor the second dayI admit, I got a little heated with the day shift management, but only after being sent away (two days in a row) with a contradicting conclusion from that of the night shift assistant managerBoth day shift and night shift insisted that they looked at camera footage and that the other shift manager was wrong about what they saw or investigatedNight shift manager said to come in and collect both evenings that I spoke with him and that he was sorry that there was a miscommunication, that day shift had incorrectly checked the kiosk, and that I would receive my refundHe also said that he would notify day shift that I would be coming in to collect with his approval(unfortunately he did not)Night shift insisted that both he and I were wrong and the second day the female assistant manager I spoke with said that I absolutely would not receive a refund (I assume because I threw her attitude, and insinuated that I did not believe her findings to be correct because of the conclusion of the same night shift assistant manager two evenings in a row)She was also very smug and rude and interrupted me after I made her review the video footage againShe brought out her two "trained eyes" the second time and that seemed to boost her smug attitude that manifested from my skepticism of her findingsAll that I was insisting on was for the truth to be told (whether in my favor or not), and for the day and night shift assistant managers to agree on the conclusion on the matterI was trying to see if my current roommate was dangerous and a compulsive liarTHAT IS ALL I WANTED, the $dollars would have been nice and would have proved my suspicions to be incorrect, thus, the innocence of my supposed friendI will never shop at Mal Mart again, and neither will my familyThey have also unjustifiably been rude to my mother in the past and that is unacceptable from a business that is dependent on customer service

Had a oil change done on 3-3-checked on 3-18-the oil is black and a quart low I called them on 3-18-talked to Chad he said he would look at the video and get back he called he talked to my girlfriend told her it was done so I called him back on 3-21-told him I still don't thank it was done he said that it was but he could top it off but that was it so.to look at the drain plug it will have a blue on it so I told him I wouldAnd I did it was on it but I looked at the oil filter and it is old oneBut Chad would not Even look at it or make it right

I bought a tv on black friday and the tv is terrible I wanted to return it and buy a better one but since I dont have the box they will not take it back
