I waited hours and was not able to get my product

The worker at customer service desk was rude and nasty towards me

I was at the Watertown, SD location this Saturday around 3:My son (who is 2) was very fussy but I let him get a candyThe checker there (I didn't get her name but she had to if been about 5'with short black hair in a bob cut) was checking outShe smiled at him the whole time and stayed patient with himMy son ended up breaking the candy right in the aisle and I felt horribleShe immediately requested someone too clean up but kept telling me not to worry as this happens with kidsShe continued to talk to my son and get us checked outI work in a reviews department and I'm often not too impressed with Customer Service in most stores as I'm often treated unimportant due to I have a toddlerWith having a family, I do spoend quite a bit on groceriesI will be keeping my business with Wal-Mart thanks to this checkerI truly feel she deserves a raise

I bought a rug which apparently had been returned or rewrapped (not in manufacturers factory wrapping ) August 9th that was completely infested with scabiesTwo hospital visits and a ton of medications later ( while being pregnant) did I also get a mersa infectionI spent well over dollars trying to fix the issue when I later called a professional steam cleaning company to do my whole house and an exterminatorNever have I dealt with an issue like this and when I filed a complaint the store manager disregarded it like it was nothingThe experience was by far more than embarrassing and gross to say the least and definitely has opened my eyes to how one dollar rug can change your whole living situation or even being comfortable in my own skinThe store manager never followed up with me even after being in there countless timesI saved all the hospital paperwork and receipts for the steam cleaners and pest control which was not cheap on top of all the money it took for my children and I to be comfortable while ridding of these nasty things

I purchased a defective battery which led to additional problemsI want reimbursement for the issues caused by Walmart's defective battery
Thursday, Sept at approximately 1pm, I went to your store to get my battery replaced
The replacement battery was defective (as noted by the test results included in the attachments) which resulted in the following:
My truck breaking down and needing to be towed
The alternator being ruined
As such the following fees were required to be paid by me:
$for towing (see receipt)
$for a new alternator (see receiptOil change was also done and was NOT included in this total.)
Since these charges were a direct result of the defective and dangerous battery you install, I insist that reimburse me for the amount of $which is the towing and alternator combined
I will pursue this via every consumer protection agency until that amount is refunded

I was refused sale of ammunition
On January 24,I went to my local Walmart in colonial heights,Va to purchase a box of ammunitionMy brother who at that time wanted to purchase a box of ammunition left his ID in the car, couldn't purchase his box of ammunition, but I had my ID card on me as well as my credentials( Law Enforcement) I was deniedThe sales rep told me that he couldn't sale me a box of ammunition because it's policy not to sale ammunition to anyone who maybe associated with someone who couldn't provide the correct identification, I explain to him that I was purchasing ammunition for myself, he still denied me the right to buy a box of ammo

I was illegally tracked by Walmart's systems while shopping with my credit cardSomehow, Walmart was able to identify my email address for shopping at a Walmart locationThis is not from Walmart.com, but at the store directlyThis is extremely concerning because privacy policies have been violated where I never provided them with my email to be contactedInstead, somehow, I was tracked by Walmart's system for a simple credit card transaction at the store without submitting my email addressI received a customer satisfaction survey relating with my shopping experience to an email I never providedI have verified that the email is real and from Walmart's systemBe aware while shopping at Walmart because they will trace your location and email somehowAs for how they obtained my email address for my on-site visit/shopping, I am unsure

There site to store option is horrible
I order a toy weeks ago (Dec 10) to be shipped to my local walmart to be picked up, with an arrival time to be between Dec 20-Now here it is Dec and no toyMy toy is still stuck at a walmart warehouse one state over (Ga) which it has been sitting for the last three days that I have tracked itI called site to store customers service to be told that my item want be delivered until Dec and that I should have received an email explaining that (I didnt) also that it's has been on the news about the issue (sorry that wasn't on my local station) now I'm stuck with one toy that I'm sure my twins daughter are going to fight overThanks a lot walmart your site to store is horrible

I received a two Walmart visa gift card with $eachwhen opened in front of a sales girl in Walmart both card was used, they can" help with anything, to complain or file a dispute So called multiple times to co-operate office finally co-operate manager Dora (she calms she is the highest person that I can contact) said the dispute is declined because the card was not registered at the time of transaction, how can I register a card without opening ? .How can we trust Walmart ?
