I had a house fire on January My mortgage & insurance is in my maiden name since I bought the house before I was marriedDue to this all checks my homeowner's insurance issues to me is in my maiden nameMy ID is in my married nameTwo checks my insurance has issued I was able to cash at different Walmart locations in Jacksonville, FL but I went to the location in StAugustine FL with a check issued from the same insurance company, drawn off of the same bank & payable to me the same way in my maiden name but the StAugustine Walmart said it was against company policy to cash a check when the name is not exactly the same on the check as it is on the IDI called corporate & they said it was up to the the managerIf it is company policy then why would other locations cash the check & why would the representative at corporate say it was at the manager's discretion

I went to the store to seek customer service regarding a prior purchase, where I was deliberately and rudely dismissed and turned away by management

I have a strong dislike for Walmart and I try to avoid this store at all costMarch 20,I had to pick up some medicine from Walmart pharmacy department in Lovejoy, GA prescribed by my doctorFrom my Doctor office to the Lovejoy Walmart it takes about a good to mins with heavy traffic which I was inSo by the time I arrived at walmart which was right around 4:40/4:pm when I walked up to the counter I ask was the prescription ready no not yet I said oh okay when will it be ready the lady said its not readySo I get out of line and decide to call the pharmacy number to ask for the wait time the gentleman on the phone said it would be about an hourSo I'm looking around for somewhere to sit because I feel horrible but there is no where to sit because they only have one bench which holds peopleso I stood and waited on the side for about mins hoping my medicine would be ready a little earlier by this time the line has grown really long and its like people ahead of me only to be told the medicine still wasn't readySo the pharmacy clerk was like it's not ready maybe you should walk around the store and get some shopping doneI went and stood back to stand to the side again and begin to converse with another customer and she was irritated as wellI felt miserable there was no way I was going to go walk around huge Walmart I got back in line again and again the line was long around this time it's like 6:something the medicine still wasn't readySo luckily the lady that was in front of me pitch a fit about having to get back in line we both where told to just stand to the side and we will be notified when readyThat was ridiculous to half to wait that long for a pill that is already prepackaged and no that don't need to have a sitting area that house everybody but in there pharmacy department they need more seats everybody don't want to walk around and shop while they wait for their medicineThis pharmacy is extremely slow all the time at this Walmart I'm not sure if there short of staff or what

During my most recent trip to the Walmart on North Street in Nacogdoches TX, I was accused of stealing by a Walmart employee in the gas stationThis employee was very disrespectful and rude to me during this timeI had gone in to get a fountain drink this past Friday along with me and my younger brotherAfter getting the drinks my dad told me to let the cashier, ***, know that my dad would pay for all four drinks after letting *** know this he did not respond so I asked him did he hear what I said and he still did not respondWhen walking out the door to get in the car, *** stops me and says "Uh Uh where do you think you're going?" I then proceeded to turn around and tell him my dad was in line and he was paying for all four drinks and that I let him know this a minute agoHe told me that I was not to leave and to wait until my dad had purchased all four drinksThere were other customers in line who witnessed and saw this incidentMy dad then stepped in and told *** that he was paying for all the drinks and that I had let him know of this earlierI have never been accused of stealing by any employee before anywhere and do not think the actions taken by *** was rightI have spoken with the store manager about the incident and she plans to do nothing about itI feel as if this incident could and would have been avoided if *** had not been rude and ignored me, the customer when I spoke to himThis incident was uncalled for and ridiculousAll of this over four drinksI have decided to avoid this Walmart altogether to avoid any future problemsHowever, I do not want to considering there are things like electronics I may need to buy in the futureWhat can be done about this incident? I took my vehicle to Wal-Mart Tire Center in Frankfort, Kentucky on 12-18-due to a nail in my tire and requested a patch or a new tire I was greeted rudely by the first employee I was told it would take minutes for my vehicle to be worked on even though no other customers waiting and no cars inside or outside the garage The employees in the garage were horse playing passing a ball when I arrived Another employee put me in their waiting area and asked me my last name I was not notified when my vehicle was completed and was told by the same employee who put me I the waiting area he could not find me even though I was the only one there and had not moved About a week later my tire light returned back one I was out of town and took it to another place of business I was told my tire pressure sensor was broken and had been glued back together I was not informed of this and Wal-Mart let me leave in a vehicle with a broken car part that they broke This is unsafe, deceitful and poor customer service I am now out $to have the piece that they broke replaced
