I was trying to return a heater to this business that was not blowing any heatUsually the policy is that they would give store credit if you don't have a receipt, if you have your IDThe product went on sale recently, so they are trying to return the sale price to me for $I paid over $for the product

It is illogical and unwise from your side to refuse selling alcohol if the buyer shows a valid ID when somebody accompanying the buyer does not show an ID even though he looks much older than the buyerIt really makes no senseI will never shop at Walmart again and I will talk everybody I know to do the sameIt was the last drop besides the company politics in regards to small businesses and suppliersNow it is personalMost likely it won't bankrupt the company but I hope it always starts from people like me and then grows to a huge wave

I have had an open complaint since October for which Walmart has actively avoided any resolution or communication
My original complaint was on October 16th regarding how long it took me to be able to leave the store with a video game that I had purchasedFrom the time I paid for the game until it was removed from the security case, minutes passedThere is no excuse for such a long waitMy time is important and I have little of it to spareI have sent countless emails, all of which have been answered promptly with a vague response suggesting that someone will contact me within business daysIt has now been days

When I stopped service with them I was charged an extra month charge and lied to about the service both by walmart when I started the service and by customer service which spoke in broken english and did not make any since about the chargesIn all they auto deducted bucks and if I didn't call and *** I feel sure they would have tried more ideas to keep up the game and auto deduct more.Seems I got a different story every time I called them, that's what really got me.I really regret giving them the power to deduct from my accountI know it seems like a small amount of money but I live on a gov't check and they almost cost me a $charge from my bank and since they can auto deduct and I now know how they do business I'm holding my breath to see what happens next.Very dishonest company

I bought a ink cartridge for my printer from this store and it did not work I took it back they told me to bad and that they changed their policy after I bought it that it can not be brought back to the store I hope this store goes out of business since they do not have anyone to help the customers and no management that has a customer in mind with this store it is only about taking your money and no refunds

STAY AWAY horrible store and does not want to resolve customer issues Purchased a Cryomax cold pack and when I opened it, it was in a BREAD bag and busted with the liquid in bread bag Called the store manager as soon as I got home(store is not close to home) Latisha was not helpful and sounded like she could careless Called the corporate office in the morning and got basically the same attitude Took it back on my way home the next day and the store manager was not in and was told that I could wait for minutes for him if I wanted There was another manager on duty and they paged her She started talking over the walkie with someone else and forgot other could hear What I heard was nothing short of ignorant she said and I quote "lets see how long she will wait before she leaves" This mad me so made I was dead set on waiting them out Yes it took her minutes to come up and acknowledge me and to see what the issue was
There are to many places to spend my money and WALMART Chesterfield WILL NOT be one of them They need customer service training in the worse way

I purchased a Knex set for my daughter for Christmas of last yearshe finally attempted to put it together Saturday and it was missing parts

Our daughter had her oil changed at the local walmart in HuntsvilleThey stripped the oil pan (which is aluminum) out of her car, necessitating replacementThey towed it to the mechanic, who told them it would be 800$Walmart told us that we had to pay for it, and they would file a claim on their insurance and pay us backMy daughter doesn't have 800$So, for the last week, she has been trying to find a way to workWe didn't even know that's how they work it until after days when we called the mechanicApparently the local store manager has not been responding to the mechanic either, and seemed unconcerned about putting my daughter in this bindCorporate won't do anything until the local store files a claim, the local store won't file a claim until the mechanic gives them a PAID bill
AVOID WALMART AT ALL COSTS

I ordered photos through the WalMart website to be picked up at the local store times in years they have sent them to a store across the state where I used to live I have corrected my address with them more times than I can count I needed those photos for a project, now I have to pay double to get them reprinted Rather than say they would print them at the store, which they are perfectly capable of doing, they said they can't do that and that the only options were to pick them up where they were sent, (hours away) or refund my money in 3-days UNACCEPTABLE! Never setting foot in a *** WalMart again Nothing but crooks!

Was accused of changing prices How can an average customer change a price on a product in their computer system????

I am reporting that I continually receive a dissatisfactory answer from Walmart Customer Service Associates, Supervisors, Managers, and above at Walmart stores It seems they have a standard practice of telling customers/clients or anyone with question to go the Walmart website when he/she cannot answer a question
This answer is not satisfactory in that the very reason that I have gone into the store is to receive substantive assistance beyond a website
Why is the Customer Service Associate, Supervisor, Manager and above at the Walmart store if he/she cannot answer a question about the Walmart store? (We don't need them just a computer)
Why doesn't the Walmart store representative provide additional assistance, for example by providing links to the website that will help point the customer to his/her needs specifically? Why doesn't the Walmart store representatives have computer terminals to help show and help the customer at the store?
Some help is better than telling the customer to go home and look it up on the Walmart website
