Walmart Pharmacy 10- I suffer with bouts of chronic pain that can totally incapacitate meI never know when it's going to happen but in this case, it had been for about weeks Because I am not a fan of synthetic prescription drugs that will ultimately damage vital organs, I prefer and choose alternatives including but not limited to topical methods Approximately 10/17/2017, I called the automated pharmacy for my 3rd and last refill on my *** Patches and received a confirmation that I could pick them up 10/18/When I arrived at the Pharmacy I was told that they attempted to reach me to inform me that they did not have the *** Patches in stock The (1st) young lady was very pleasant and asked me for a telephone number to reach me She assured me they would have them by 10/19/and apologized for the inconvenience I assured her it wasn't her fault and I would arrange to come back the following day As I was leaving the store, my phone rang and it was the Pharmacy I called back when I got to the car and was placed on hold I went back to the Pharmacywas still on holdand asked if they were trying to reach mehopeful that perhaps they made a mistake and that they did in fact have my *** Patches I was informed that they just wanted to let me know that the *** Patches were not in stock Thereafter, several hours later, I kept receiving calls from the same number
I returned to the Pharmacy the following day on 10/19/and when I was about to pay (another) the young lady pulled my prescription and I was about to pay UNTIL she opened the package I have filled this same prescription other times and this young lady attempted to give me pack when the script is for She went as far as to involve the Pharmacist who also said I was only entitled to pack of I explained several times that the last time I picked up my script it was packs They both suggested that this was my first script until I showed them receipts from previous purchases 7/2/AND 9/27/ The (2nd) young lady had a very unsympathetic "oh well" attitude and attempted to ring up the order by taking the coupon I had in my hand to according to her put it in the system The Pharmacist suggested I return to my PCP for a different script which is ridiculous I only had pack of the Flector Patches left from the script I filled on 9/27/and I needed them badly More importantly, I had other refill left on this script I was disappointed and felt disrespected

Walmart has a program called Savings catcherI shop there, scan my receipts and if lower prices are found elsewhere then this extra money is given back to me by way of loading it onto a ecard voucher that I can print out and spend.I specifically shop Walmart for this programI have been saving my receipts for months, I finally saved $I followed directions, printed voucher, but even though the voucher says its worth is $when the clerk scans it, it states zero balance as if I spent this money but I did notThe only replies I get from the program was they are escalating the complaintThen heard nothing, I emailed again, I got a reply telling me how to reprint the certificateThe zero balance is the problem, not printing the certificate, I have the voucher number and the pin, but still comes up zero balanceI attempted to reprint thinking maybe it would assign a diff

The technician that did my oil change at the Walmart tire and lube forgot to put the cap on and as I was driving that night, oil spewed all over my car and I had to make an emergency stop to add oil The next day I went back to the manager and not only did they refund my money for the oil changeThe gave me back a gift card double what I paid for the oil Rechecked my car from top to bottom, washed it and did a new oil change for free Now that's what I call customer service They were extremely polite and sympathetic I would not go anywhere else and will always do my oil changes with them

This is the worst Wal-Mart ever! They called the police because I was trying to return a scooterIt was not stolen, broken, used, and I purchased it the same dayI had my receipt, and I explained to them why I was returning itThe manager, Michelle, refused to return it and called the police on my year old daughter and II will definetely file charges on this location

I made the mistake of trusting Wal-Mart to take make my son's 10th birthday cupcake cake, HUGE MISTAKEI arrived at the store to pick up his cake and the two women at the counter looked at me like deer in headlights, like I was speaking another languageThey checked their fridge and advised that they did not have my son's cake and proceeded to bring out a Christmas tree cake, explaining that was all they hadNever once did I get an apology or an explanation as to what happened

For Christmas, I received two copies of the game Overwatch: Origins Edition, one being purchased from a local game store and the other being from this Wal-martI took this one in to receive a refund on it as I don't need a second copy and I don't know anyone else who wanted itI walked in with the the game, still sealed as it was when it was purchasedI didn't have the receipt though, as it was a Christmas giftAt the register, the employee opened the box, saw that the game used product codes instead of traditional discs, and denied my request for a refund because the box had been opened and they couldn't guarantee that the codes hadn't been used, despite the fact that she, the employee, had opened it and broken the seal less than seconds beforeThe manager was standing feet away at the time, but he told me the same thing, that he couldn't accept the return because the box was opened
