I purchased a Walmart egift card so that I can take advantage of their incentives for using the card for gas purchasesI went to the Walmart gas station and was told the card was "locked"I was given a number to call The ivr stated that I needed to go inside the Walmart store and have the funds moved to a new card *** the Customer service manager stated she got a system error and could not help meShe told me to call their corporate office I called their corporate office and the CSR advised me that they should handle that in store and if I gave the csm the phone, he would walk her through itThe csm and csr conversed and *** told the csr she couldn't help meShe gave me back my phone to speak with the csr and he hung up on me At this point I had been trying to get gas

I would like Walmart to discharge all unfair charges with this account
I purchased a ZTE smart phone from Wal-Mart in July 2015, but the touch screen quitted working months laterI took the phone to a local Wal-Mart store and was told since it was more than days; Wal-Mart will not replace the phone After calling the manufacturer, t-mobile and family mobile, family mobile locked the phone and I was not able to do anything with my account online, after calling the customer service number a few times with no success of talking to a live person, I sent an email on the website and explain the problem but I never received any response from family mobile until I received a statement of $in December

The customer service experience I've gone thru today with Walmart is unbelieveableYour online store shows
Products in stock and available for pickup at a clearance priceWhen I attempted to purchase the items your employees wouldn't honor your pricing online that is still current because on her end it showed out of stock your manager instead is telling me to put the items back in place, place my order online and leave and wait for an email to then come back to pick the items downThis is a ridiculous policy and horrible way to have loyal customers treated the difference the manager could honor is only $and for that the manager thinks my time being wasted is ok and instead of saving someone as a potential continuing customer your employees choose to laugh and stay in a Hurd talking amoung themselves this is very unprofessional and offensive when being spoken about when I'm still at ear shot of their conversationI am requesting a formal apology for the humiliation and this to be immediately brought to your employees attention as unacceptable behaviorI expect a call a meeting something of the sort to be left with the satisfaction this will not happen again to myself or any other customerI can't not say I will be continuing my business with this company

The Walmart #XXXXX lies about tire condition to sell new tire (quoted at $73-109) instead of repaired a flat for the posted $chargeService order #XXXXX, June Claimed it was "too dry rotten to fix", but I then went to a Sams Club near my hometown that repaired it without a problemTo add insult to injury, they didn't call me for over hours about this decisionSpoke to a manager *** *** who said he'd look into it - never heard backTargeting and cheating senior citizens is a serious concern

For the last three months the Wal Mart in StCloud, MN and Sartell, MN has been declining EBT benefits at the terminal It states insufficient funds, however, there is a balance I have had replacement cards with the same issueI have spoken to several other people in the area who have the same issue, which then causes embarassment and having to pay with a different tender It feels like discrimination against those on state benefits

Tried several times to speak with a supervisor at Walmart only to get the same response that the one supervisor in the entire walmart operations was in a meeting and that it would be hrs to get a call back which I did not receiveAlso my credit card was closed after and a half years of perfect payment history for a returned payment that was replaced with another payment within a few days of finding outBut still never had any day lates and always over paid monthly amount due

Lacey Wal-Mart in Hawke prairie customer service and clothes line have a attitude with me cause I'm deaf and call to ask several questions about the auto battery and they transfer me to clothing line why??? then that lady cussing me out and I request to have a manager and supervisor together and discuss my experience with that lady so Barba and *** is the manager/supervisor they hung up on meNo I don't bother to call but file a complaint on Revdex.com

I was very disappointed with my in store shopping experience yesterdayThe Burleson store management would not honor the shelf price for an itemHe wouldn't even go do a price check he just pulls it up on his tablet and says that he has the correct priceWalmart does not honor the shelf price and in effect is doing a bait-and-switch or advertising by enticing you with a lower shelf price then if you aren't careful charging an amount higher than they should

I made a return in store for items I received for my baby shower that I didn't need and wasn't fully refunded
I decided to return the car seat & stroller because I already had received those items The sales rep returned the items for a total of $then asked me to swipe my American Express card , then proceeded to just issue a giftcard She didn't hand me a receipt , just the gift card When I tried to check the balance there was barely anything on there , $at most & I contacted my bank and they said I didn't have a credit coming to my account So my complaint is where's the funds

Went to walmart supercenter in Denver, NCThe employees were the bestWhen the manager came out to do the csm override, she went straight to the worker with the futon on the cart before coming over to me to tell me its scanning for I showed her the advertisement on my phone on the walmart app and she still was not going to offer me the amount on lineThe one of the employees was telling my cashier to turn her light off because she wasn't going to want to come out there so I wasn't suprised at her not wanting to help meThis is my second time given bad customer service by a manager at this location so I thought I needed to let someone know

I want to thank Walmart for handling a bad situation for meI ordered from marketplace and found out it was through a third party from ChinaThe company was Easy Visions and dealing with them was impossible
Walmart refunded my $I hope they get it back from this horrible company and bann then from doing business Please be diligent and watch out for third party sellers Thank You Walmarf

On Friday, December 22nd I went to the pickup counter of my local Walmart to get my daughters Christmas presentsAnd the bikes were not thereI was informed at the pickup counter that they would not be delivered until Tuesday, December 26ththe day after Christmas I stood there and stared blankly at the man at the pickup counter and then at my phone - with the email that clearly stated "DELIVERY BY FRIDAY DECEMBER 22nd" in big bold fontand could not process what he was telling meWhat would I do for Christmas?! Right there in front of everyone in the pickup section of the store the tears came and would not stopHow could I explain to my girls that Santa was not going to bring them what they wanted? What was I going to do? The man at the pickup counter could not care less about the dilemma Walmart put me in and informed me there was nothing I could do but call 1800WalmartHe did not even offer an apology and quickly wrote done the number to get rid of me
I immediately called the customer service number right there in the pickup section of the storeThe first women I talked to was able to offer no solutions and seemed to be trying to get through the call hurriedlyI asked to speak to her manager - and the next guy I was transferred to was a complete ***He had no emotions in is voice and it felt like he was reading off of a script as I sat there crying on the phone with him asking him to help me find a solution and try to help me save Christmas for my children
Finally, he was able to transfer me to someone in another departmentThis women was the first person I spoke to who was empatheticShe patiently listened to me as the stress of the holidays vomited out of my mouth in the form of dry heaving cries as I frantically tried to picture how I would explain to my daughters that Santa was not able to deliver their giftsI asked to receive a refund for the bikes for this dilemma and still receive the bikes on TuesdayShe gladly processed this and apologized for the inconvenience I was experiencing
As I sat in a bench in the pickup counter of the store ugly crying to this women on the phone - there was a Walmart employee named Bradley working at the pickup counterHe was kind enough to give me sympathetic glances as he overheard this conversation on the phone Unlike the first man I encountered at the store, Bradley was willing and eager to help me in any way he couldHe even started looking on his phone to see if this item was at any other Walmart in the phoenix metro areaI was also frantically trying to search for anywhere that sold balance bikes in the area on my phoneUnfortunately, Walmart and every other major store did not carry this item in stores
Bradley sat there with me and listened as I cried to him about the pressures of being a perfect mom around the holidays and how I felt like such a failure because I was letting my girls downHe came up with the great idea of having me purchase helmets, kneepads and elbow pads and wrapping those up with a printed picture of the bike so my girls knew it was coming
Christmas came and my daughters opened up their presents, including the helmets, kneepads and elbow pads and they were ecstatic when they learned they were getting the bikes they asked forI explained to them that Santa wanted them to pick it up in the store themselves and that we were going to go on Tuesday to get them at the pickup counter at Walmart where Santa had them waiting just for us
I received an email from Walmart.com Tuesday morning detailing that my order was ready for pickup at WalmartI packed up my year old son and my year old daughter and off we went to go see Santa's special delivery with plans to pick up Maddie afterward and test out the new bikes
When we arrived we found out that only one bike was thereI told the guy at the counter that the order was for two bikes not oneHe went in the back to get a manager as I pulled up the email clearly stating "Quantity: 2"My old friend Bradley came out and informed me that only one bike had made it to the store and the other one was being delivered later in the day and that he would personally call me when it cameDisappointed, and trying to figure out how I was going to explain to Maddie that Santa only had one bike not two at the store - I left to go home and wait for a call to head for a third time to Walmart to pick up this impossibly challenging Christmas present
Later that day I got a voicemail from Bradley as I was putting my kids down for their napsHe let me know that the bike had arrived, but that I was not allowed to come pick it up because it was not being released for pick up because the order was refunded
Currently - the second bike is being held hostage from my daughter at the Walmart pickup counter

I purchased a defective battery which led to additional problemsI want reimbursement for the issues caused by Walmart's defective battery
Thursday, Sept at approximately 1pm, I went to your store to get my battery replaced
The replacement battery was defective (as noted by the test results included in the attachments) which resulted in the following:
My truck breaking down and needing to be towed
The alternator being ruined
As such the following fees were required to be paid by me:
$for towing (see receipt)
$for a new alternator (see receiptOil change was also done and was NOT included in this total.)
Since these charges were a direct result of the defective and dangerous battery you install, I insist that reimburse me for the amount of $which is the towing and alternator combined
I will pursue this via every consumer protection agency until that amount is refunded

Went to the vision center to get new glasses and examWaited about a week, picked up my new glasses and things seemed blurryI was told it was an "Adjustment Period" and I should get used to itMind you, my other glasses were done through Lenscrafters and were absolutely perfect until I broke themTrying to save money I went to WalmartAfter about weeks, I took the glasses back and explained they are still blurryThey compared the script with the lenses and said they are correct based on my exam and sent me on my wayAbout months later, still the same, blurry...I took them back for the 2nd time and this time, was dilated (I wasnt the first time) and re examinedThe Dr said I have vision and he doesnt see anything wrong with the glassesAnd, sent me on my wayTHey did NOT rectify the matter in any way so now I am stuck with this crappy pair of glassesI would NEVER recommend Walmart Vision Center to anybodyI am very disappointed in the Dr as well as Optical StaffWhy couldnt they just make my glasses according to my other script from Lenscrafter? Why couldnt they do ANYTHING for me?
