Walmart Pharmacy just charged me $instead of $for a prescription on their $Prescription Plan that I've been filling with them for years They were apparently out of the $brand so used the $brand without telling me; and they had days to fill the prescription When I called them they told me to come the next day (not telling me to bring in the medication) At Walmart Sunday they said I needed to come back with the medication; that's trips to get my medication I'm 74y.o., have chronic pain from Fibromyalgia and severe Arthritis, and trips, hr a trip, plus the cost of gas, is ridiculous Check your receipts before leaving the counter, no matter how long it takes and who is waiting in line

Was lied to about a refund from associate numerous time they have no record and was told the refund information was place in the notes of my fileAnd customer service deflected my questions about the matter

My car came in 3/17/at 2:20PM for Rot-BalTech *** didn't put one hubcap on rightfell of and management doesn't want to cover the cost

I was told by Walmart that I had won a $gift card and then my personal information was shared!
I received a message from Walmart saying that I had been randomly selected and that I had won a $gift card from Walmart I was then sent to a survey in which I was asked to give information so that they could confirm my identity and send me the cardI was asked questions about my email address, my phone number, my address, my gender my age, my political affiliation who I would vote for, my income my housing, if I was interested in solarThen I was taken off siteNow I am receiving unsolicited phone calls and emails about getting solar added to my home! This is a dishonest phishing scheme and I am very disappointed in Walmart!

NEVER BUY CLOTHES FROM THIS WALMART!
This Walmart has BED BUGSI was shopping looking to grab a pair of shortsI picked up the shorts to look at them, I noticed the BED BUGS crawling on the shorts! I immediately searched for management and showed her the bugsSHE DID NOTHING WHAT SO EVERShe allowed the customers to continue to shop in the store as well as clothes area(Which should have been off limits after site of BUD BUGS) ILL NEVER SHOP AT THAT STORE ANOTHER DAY IN MY LIFE!

My husband and I went to Dunedin, Florida to celebrate our year anniversaryWe had a late flight coming in and the only store open happened to be a Walmart Neighborhood Market located in Dunedin, FLWe hurriedly dropped all of our bags off and ran to the store at almost midnight to stock up on some groceriesUpon checking out, I was off grabbing a bag of lettuce I forgot and the cashier carded my husband and rang up wine we were purchasingWhen I arrived back at the cashier and added the lettuce to the conveyer belt, my husband indicated he was going outside to grab a Redbox movie and for me to pay for the transaction upon completionAfter she completes ringing up the rest of the items, she asks me for my ID for the wine she previously rung up using my husband's ID in my absenceI explained to her that she already carded my husband and that I currently do not have an ID or anything with me as it was in my luggage that we dropped off prior to grocery shoppingShe proceeds to tell me that she cannot in fact sell this wine then as my ID is also requiredI was completely appalled as I am a year old woman and with my HUSBANDI told her that this was ridiculous and have never experienced this anywhere else when purchasing wine beforeShe refused to sell us the wine, even after he proceeded to come back in the storeWhere is the logic in this policy? If a father were to stop in a local Walmart with his year old daughter and grab wine for dinner with the family, would he also refused service because his daughter is not of age? How is this policy justified across the board? I have never been so embarrassed or angry in my entire life over something so illogicalI was initially impressed by the Walmart neighborhood market given the amount of items they carried while being so smallHowever, after this awful experience, I will never step food in a Walmart againFor the record, the next day we purchased wine at a Walmart competitor, Target, and did not once experience this issue

I purchased a *** Mobile cell phone (Walmart's Data Done Right version) from Walmart on 10/10/After working fine for almost months, in early September the phone stopped making a connection to the Cellular Service, Data Service and even WiFiI have contacted *** Mobile (Walmart does not provide support I guess) several times in the past couple of weeks, and times was referred to ** for repair/replacement per the year warranty** stated both times that, based on the MEID number on the phone and the packaging, they do not have a record of manufacturing my phoneThe 2nd time, they said that it is either an international phone (not for use in the US) or counterfeitThe Walmart customer service representative's response was that they cannot do anything since the 15-day return window is upI don't know who is responsible for this, but at this point, it looks to me like Walmart sold me a phone that they shouldn't have

The Vision Center of this Walmart in Apple Valley, MN has a sign saying that they take VSP insurance When I called and asked, I got a confirmation, but was never told that they are "out-of-network" I have been told by other Walmart Vision Centers and other doctors about whether they are in or out of network before, so I made the assumption that when I am not told addition information then they are in network Not until AFTER the exam was done and we were hit with a very big bill (more than printed on the sign due to additional unlisted cost of lenses for astigmatism) and told that they are out of network Between the time I was on the phone giving insurance info in the morning and the appointment in the afternoon when the insurance is checked, we should have been told about the actual non-coverage BEFORE the exam start so we can make a decision to go elsewhere

I went to this walmart on 5/30/Unfortunatly I had lost my receipt to return the gate, when I walked tru the doors there was no one there so I went straight to *** ***When I got there the lady that was doing my return gift card asked me if someone gave me a sticker for the item at the door; I said there was no one thereI could tell she was furious by the face she madeShe made a phone call (i assume to the front door) but no one answeredShe said can I see your ID? I said I have my debit card with my name on it and I used to pay for the gate, she replied I can't use that (annoyed at my comment)I made a comment saying I've never had an assiciate ask me for my ID and she went off on me saying "meam I've worked here for 17yrs and I can tell you its policy..." I was so angry at her demeanor and attitude that I stopped listening and asked for a managerIn a very snide way she said "I can get you the assistant manager!" I started walking away because I was beyond upset! She asked me "where are you going?" In a very rude way I answered "where do you think!?" At this point I was done with her nonsence I went to my car to get my IDWhen I came back the assistant manager *** was smiling standing next to her; I directed my way and conversation towards him only saying "you're employee is very rude" the rude employee raised her voice almost screaming saying I have an eye witness I was not being rude" (there was a lady standing there with a stroller which I assume was her friend because she was just there having a conversation with her) I turned to her and said "I said your rude! Period!" At this point another associate was arriving to complete my giftcard refund she gave something to the new associate and said "good luck with this mess!" The assistant manager stood there the whole time smiling letting the lady practically yell and act the way she didWhen my transaction was finished I gave *** (the assistant manager) a few mins to see what he was going to say to me but nothing came out his mouth but a smile; so I said "good to know your just going to let your employee act like that" and walked awayI called the store to see if I could speak to the GM but due to the holliday I spoke to *** another assistant manager who pretty much told me I'll see what I can doI called walmart customer support which took notes of the incident and my phone number and said the GM whoud get in touch with me with in a week or soTo this day I have not received a call from the GM or an apology other than the one from customer support! This is ridiculous! How can this company let employees act in such a way! I get that the people at the front door made her job harder but that was not my fault! Unbelievable!!!

I have noticed on visits to walmart that the greeter very commonly asks to see receipts as customers are leaving the store This I found borderline harrassment in some way simply because I am not giving them a reason to be suspicious to check my items When I question the employees as to why, all I hear is that it is a new policy they have to uphold Earlier today, 6/11/17, I did not even make it literally three STEPS away from the register I checked out at before I was asked to show my receipt When I asked if they were serious, I was told they HAD to see the receipt because of shoes I had bought I was in self checkout, so apparently the cashier that ran it can't vouch that I was just there less than two minutes ago and could not print out another receipt once another customer starts to use it I had bought over $so several bags to go through to find it As I was searching I was told I could get a copy at customer service, where all registers had "lane closed" signs on them The closest cashier couldn't even answer a question of if anyone was even working in customer service or page assistance for a customer
At this point my autistic nephew has started stemming by rocking and humming loudly because the routine of shopping has been interruptedI'm getting irritated because I feel as though I am being treated as a criminal basically standing at the register I just used seconds before, and now I am trying to keep calm a special needs person having anxiety issues as well
I would file a complaint,but there are no actual disputes, just extremely *** off on this "policy" to check customers receipts where there is no reason to I can see if the alarm at the door went off, or I bought a $gaming system, but the item they pointed out specifically were $pair of shoes I was so *** off that if my nephew wasn't with me, I would be THAT customer that would suggest they look at the video and see for themselves I have no problem waiting I couldn't do that with an autistic person with me who is in the middle of an anxiety attack because of all this nonsense
