I purchased a defective DVD/BluRay player on 7/I tried to return it on 7/but Walmart would not take it back
Walmart refused to accept my return of the DVD/Blu-Ray player because they said that the serial number of the item did not match the number on the outside of the box I asked the manager to check the other boxes to see if the serial numbers matched but they refused They said that it wouldn't matter because I would have to take it up with LG (the manufacturer)

Had a oil change done on 3-3-checked on 3-18-the oil is black and a quart low I called them on 3-18-talked to Chad he said he would look at the video and get back he called he talked to my girlfriend told her it was done so I called him back on 3-21-told him I still don't thank it was done he said that it was but he could top it off but that was it so.to look at the drain plug it will have a blue on it so I told him I wouldAnd I did it was on it but I looked at the oil filter and it is old oneBut Chad would not Even look at it or make it right

Its been months & Damage isn't repaired and Walmarts claims representative is not responding to call, fax, emailCustomer Service level is zero

On January 9th I attempted to return an item that I purchased about a month ago at the Walmart Elk Grove location located at Bruceville Rd, unable to find my receiptAfter reading the Walmart store policy, which states "We will happily exchange or refund merchandise purchased from Walmart within days of purchase, with or without a receipt." The store clerk stated without a receipt he could only except item exchange for equal or lesser valueAt that point I asked to speak to a manager, at which time I relayed the same information to the manager (Ashley)she said she could only except an exchange as wellI took the merchandise back with me as that is not an acceptable resolution! I'm very upset! I have never been treated in such manner before in my life! I took my car for an oil change at Walmart a few weeks ago After taking my car, I started to notice that my car was leaking oil Then, the oil light began to come on, which it never does I had someone take a look at my car and they informed me that the bolts were not tightened, one bolt was missing, and my car didn't have an oil gasket I called Walmart and they claimed they were going to look at their video and give me a call back, which they never did I had to pay more money to have my car repaired This is not acceptable and I wanted others to be aware of this problem

On 11/10/Fri, I shopped at the Walmart Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines FLI paid for my items using a debit card and withdrew $ and received $billsOn 11/13/MonI went to Bank of America (BOA) to make a deposit of the $dollar bills and was told they where counterfeitThe BOA took my money and said they could not give it back to meThey gave me two counterfeit note reportsI was told to take the reports to Walmart The manager said she could not give me back my money because I had left the store without reporting the fraud, however, I was given their customer service numberLong story short, I am without my $dollars Walmart gave meThere is nothing they can do for meI am retired and cannot afford thisI Hope this does not happen to anyone elseDO NOT WITHDRAWN MONEY USING YOUR DEBIT CARD AT WALMART

The Walmart store located on North Avenue and Cicero in Chicago Illinois really needs major improvements on every level
customer service is absolutely terrible and unprofessional
Products are never fully stocked shelves are empty most of the time
poorly trained individuals in the bakery area take orders that are not fulfilled
when customers have tried to complain in person to the manager the manager does not appear in the store
when calling to check the status of an online order I was hung up on multiple times and the manager never answer the phonethen the store associates ultimately stop answering the phone
there have been various incidents on various days and I have shopped at the store over the past six years and I will never return due to the unprofessionalism, the lack of products stocked and just the terrible way the store has been run
Most associates are unprofessional and the manager is always missing what does Walmart corporate intend to do about this store????

I went to Walmart to buy a phone line service no contract and prepay , the sales man advice me to buy Walmart family mobile , its no contract and u pay before the service start evey month , and I can skip using the phone and keeping the same telephone number for no more than months for that reason I bought this service to my wife to use it while she stay in the hospital with my sick baby every month staying in the hospital .On Nov 30, I stop using this service because my baby no longer need to stay in the hospital for long time , and I have my cellphone service beside phone home line On Jan I received a bill from Walmart family mobile $ for months and %fees , I send a letter to customer relation in NM State , asking about my bill , they send me a letter telling me that because I don?t call customer service to cancel it and for months later ( December and Jan)even I don?t use the phone , I said how u will charge me for months I never us

Walmart Family Mobile is advertising pay as you go, yet bills you for months once the service is cancelled.I transferred my phone number and was unable to access my account through the website or over the phone due to being told the account was not validBelieving my account was cancelled I went about my businessTwo weeks later I was sent a bill for months of service that I did not receive or have access to.When I spoke to Walmart Family Mobile (which is another complaint) they refused to tell my why I was charged months of service or how their billing cycle runsI asked how money was possibly owed if I'm paying upfront for the month I'm using and that I cancelled my service before paying for the next month

Deceitful tactics
I bought a vacuum at Walmart! The cashier pushed the warranty, I bought itShe said it covered 100% for the first years I called the warranty center right now because the vacuum will not startThey said I need to call Hoover!!! So, why sell me the insurance when they are NOT going to cover a single thing for the first year? That's very unethical and deceitful! So why the need to pay Walmart for years when in fact they only cover year (the 2nd year)? That's horribly wrong So, on top of giving them $for a lousy insurance that's not going to cover anything, I now have to do my own calling and investigating, which I hate! That's why I thought I was getting the insurance, To avoid all hassles and headaches Boy was I wrong!
