The store refused to allow my husband to use a WIC voucher after he refused to sign the voucher prior to purchase, per the cashier, which WIC explicitly told us not to doShe then said she wanted proof he was even able to use it, which WIC said all he had to do was just sign the voucher because they have him listed as a proxy in their systemThe cashier then took our unsigned voucher away from the register to talk to a manager, which is grossly inappropriate It appears that the cashier retaliated against him

I used to work at this Walmart back in the automotive section and have always brought my cars in for tire work because of the pricesI have brought quite a few cars here and the service is getting worse and worseI went there on May 8th requesting a flat repair about 5pmI took note of how there were cars in the shopAll the bats were empty and the workers were sitting down relaxingI went inside asking for a tire repair which takes about min to doThe employees that were doing nothing behind the counter told me they couldn't do it because they are going to close at 7pm which was in hoursI asked again if they could check to see if they could get me in because I needed the cars tire repairedAnother employee instantly said no in a rude mannerI'm sick of going to this Walmart waiting hours for my car to get done, watching walmarts employees have rude attitudes towards customers, and sick of how lazy these employees are never wanting to do any workI will not be returning to this Walmart ever and will be sure to inform friends and family of the lack of customer service at this storeI definitely think management needs to do something about thisI am positive Walmart is losing income and service having lazy and rude employees

Checking out at Walmart in Thomasville and cashier charged the woman's groceries on my card, she also would not accept my EBT card

walmart oil change personell left my window down and it rained and my inside of truck was flooded with more than a inch of rain

I had a horrible time at Walmart #in Tampa, FLIt seems every time I come into that store I am being harassed about my purchasesToday I left the store and as soon as I got to the exit I was ask to show my receipt for items I boughtI didn't have many items but there was another gentlemen that left the store before and then another gentlemen that left after me never had to show their receiptNow those gentlemen were white individuals and I am African AmericanI am beginning to think that store discriminateWell I don't think, I KNOW THAT THEY ARE!!!! This is not the way Walmart should be ranI am horribly disgusted!!! Just last week when I was in there a store associate argued me up and down to state I did not pay for my water because she didn't see it on the scan but it was listed as "Aquafina" and not "water" so the store associate again harassed me to see my receiptTOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I tried reporting these issues today to a manager but no one came and picked up the line for over minutes!!! Again UNACCEPTABLE!!!

This is concerning the Walmart at FM Rd W, Houston, TX Worst experience at a Walmart everIt used to be a good Walmart but slowly disintegrated over timePlease see points below
Rude employees/bad customer service: Employees roll their eyes at customers and act as if they don't existOne time I had a receipt to return an item and an employee at customer service and the lady mentioned to go to another Walmart to do the return instead of doing it herself
Lack of security: At night people go around the parking lot asking for donationsProstitutes and truckers hang out in the parking lot No security cars are no longer in sight even though this location use to have them
Cashiers have lack of training: One cashier had charged me 4x for some cherries that I had originally ask her to remove from my purchasesInstead of fixing my receipt, she tried to charge me for her mistake
Bad management: In regards to #3, I went to customer service and told the manager on duty about the cashierThe manager looked at me stupidly and then walked off without correcting the cashier or correcting my receipt
Very disorganized: The signs above the aisles need correctionA aisle sign will state an item but that item will not be anywhere on that aisleI spent minutes looking for some canned fruitCouldn't find anyone to help me and it wasn't listed on any of the aisle signsI eventually gave up looking

I purchased a phone from Walmart back on Oct 31, 2017, going through the websiteI actually only used the phone for days and it didn't do what I needed it to do, so I began the return process as their Website directs you tooI continued to check to see if it made it back, it was only going to approx miles and when I discovered that it had been sent back, I called and asked what happened to my refund? I called the first time and the young Lady did say that it was there but it would be approx days for the refund as it was still in back? Please keep in mind, I have been waiting since they recieved the phone back the first few days in Nov, for my refund and even after I said you can sit on the phone with me or call yourself as I had just got off the phone with my CC CompanyNow, we are Months and they have the phone and although through my Credit Card Company, I will get the refund, I will no longer shop at Walmart and Mr *** ***, CEO, shame on you for allowing your employee's to not assist the Customer, having to dispute a charge on a item that has been sent back to your store within days of arrival is unacceptable! Prices advertised for the store in Valley Alabama that are online are a bait and switch
I saw the prices advertised for the Valley Alabama store on 6-22-and went to the store to buy a inch televisionWhen I got to the store the prices were dollars and up more than advertised by the store online The same prices are still up in the ad the next day but the store says the television is more I call the store times and spent an hour calling the walmart help lint and was hung up on once and told too bad the next time I told them that there are laws against their bait and switch scheme, but useless I have been a loyal customer for years and have bought many items with my online account with them They get at least 75% of my total income Now I am out my time, gas and phone minutes I will avoid walmart from now on To help others I will report the bait and switch to the proper agencies ans the Alabama DA
