On Thursday February 22, I went to Stafford Virginia Walmart to have tires put onto a Toyota SequoiaI arrived at the store at 4:PMI talked to gentleman at the counter about honoring their road hazard plan since my tires tread was worn before my warrant has endedI bought four tires which had a 60,miles warranty and I only went around 35,miles on those tiresI have been a loyal customer of Walmart Auto and Tire department for yearsI bought my vehicle in 2005, I have always bought my tires from Walmart auto and tire department because I was in the service and their road hazards plan would follow me where every I went, I thoughtThe gentleman at the counter told me I have to talk to his floor manager (Patrick)Patrick and I got into a heated disagreement because he told me that Stafford Virginia Walmart was not going to honor the road hazard planPatrick attitude and unprofessionalism was notice not only by myself, but the other customers in the storeI requested to talk to the department manager (Solomon), after talking to Solomon we walked out to my truck and Solomon said that they would honor the road hazards planWe discussed the details of the warranty, he said he would inform Patrick of the chargesI waited for about three and half hours for them to put on two tiresCustomers who was getting tires onto their vehicle who I was in front of left the store before my vehicle was finist was a little after 8:PM before they finished my vehicleAt this time Solomon has going home for the dayOnce I received the bill they had charged me the full price of the tires and tried to charge me again for the road hazards planWhy would anyone purchase something that didn't work the first time? I had to get a manager from another department to honor the discussion that Solomon and I discussedThis was a tiresome and disbelief experienceTo top it all off on the 23rd, Friday morning my vehicle was on flat when I woke up, I had to get my neighbor to take me to buy an air inflator pump to put air into my tireI am military veteran who just retired with a 100% total and permanent disabilityThis stress and manual labor is causing undo harm to my medical conditionsEvery morning there after my vehicle would be on flatOn the 25th February I took my vehicle back to Stafford Virginia Walmart to have them look at my vehicleThey told me it would take four hours before they could LOOK at my vehicle to figure out what they did wrongAgain, Patrick and I had another heated disagreementThere is no way I should have to wait four hours for them to look at something they messed upIf they would have fixed it right the first time I wait three and half hour, I would not have to come back and have them look at it againI am in the process of moving to Texas and don't have time to wait around a store for someone to repair what they should have fixed the first timeAgain, I had to get another manager but this time it was the Co-Manager of the store (Stacey), I tried to explain her the situation but she was not willingly to listen to the situation from the customer point of viewI tried to explain that I didn't have time to be waiting around the store for them to correct their mistakeI asked if I could leave my vehicle and they get me a rental so I could carry out with my dayShe refused to understand the situation that it is their mistake that got me back at their storeDue to the time crunch I must ride around with this air inflator in my truck to put air into my tire when it goes flatThis is not the behavior I expected from a major business corporation like Walmart, this is unsatisfactory and unbecoming of WalmartThere is no way any customer should be treated in this mannerPeople in Stafford area needs to be caution of the tire and auto department of Stafford Virginia Walmart

I've been arguing and getting the run around fromthis Walmart for a little over a month now I bought a mower from them May of last year and also bought the extended warranty with it it wasn't even a year old and the shaft that holds the blade on snapped and had my son not jumped out of the way it would have cut his foot off when the blade bounced and shot out of the mowerI immediately took it back to Walmart had my receipt and extended warranty papers in hand the floor manager automatically started trying to make excuses as to why they couldn't take it back I called the extended warranty company they ran me around and finally gave me a number to *** which was supposed to be the manufacturer I kept getting put on hold by an automated message for minutes every time I called with no reply from a human voice or anything after a week of this I was getting aggravated so I called walmart back and got the runaround again so I called the warranty company again and got yet another number where I found out *** went out of business in how is it I'm buying a brand new mower ( defective mower ) made from a manufacturer that doesn't even exist anymore and hasn't for several years more websites and phone numbers later I got someone called a product specialist tells me at warranty was voided by a guy she called her expert who isn't even qualified in metals or small engines just a guy that's been working on them forever I offered for her to come see there wasnt anything in my yard that could possibly cause this shaft to snap and even got pictures I'm a yr retired landscaper I know how to mow a yard especially mine but still no resolve I then called walmart back only to get attitude and anger and more run around Walmart policies for warranty and satisfaction guarantee are a scam the Revdex.com is my only option

I am a loyal customer of the Walmart store located in White Plains, NY I shop at this store for several daily needs There has been a recent issue regarding the packs of candy ringing up at the incorrect price There are some that are indeed $1.96, while others are $1.50, but ringing up for $ I've had to have a manager/supervisor adjust the pricing on a few separate occasions I was at the store on Friday 6.3.16, buying this product I explained the issue to the cashier; he then replied that its ringing up that price, therefore I explained again At this point, he called the manager (Tonisha) on duty to the register While I tried to explain the situation to the manager, she spoke over me and replied "yea okay" several times She was extremely unprofessional and did not show any soft customer service skills She advised that maybe it's the smaller size, after I told her about the issue She told the cashier to move forward with assisting other customers She then walked away without making me aware of how she was going to resolve the problem I stood there and waited almost minutes for her to return When she did come back, she began adjusting the price of the candy on the register She did not apologize for any inconvenience or assure me that the issue would be fixed in the near future I asked her when will this issue be resolved with the system, she replies "it happens", instead of treating and speaking to a customer with respect and confidence I advised her that I will be filing a complaint; she replied "well that is your decision to make" Termination or suspension is not the direct importance of this complaint, but to simply make the corporate staff aware of how customers are being treated I work in customer service at a major medical practiceI strive to provide excellent customer service to internal/external customers

Walmart on Montfort Dr in Dallas has been checking receipts as clients exit the store for some months now This practice is discriminatory given that this is not a policy that is practiced across Walmart storesMoreover, consumers don't have a membership contract that requires said practice Yesterday, May 8, as I was exiting, the guard on duty not only demanded my receipt but he also expected me to open my bags so that he could check off every single item This practice is discriminatory and must stop immediately I will submit a complaint with the state attorney general's office and will go to the press

Today June 11, at approximately 7:am I went into Walmart located at Roosevelt Boulevard Philadelphia, PA I was going to return a couple of Combat roach gels and one combat roach bait to the storeDue to the fact that these were the same roach gels that I had prior, and they do not work When I arrived at the return center of this store A young Puerto Rican girl was working in this section, and I told her I had a return and that I paid with PayPal The young lady said that she can give me a gift card back She then said don't you have a PayPal credit card and I said, "No." I told her it is supposed to be cash she then says,"no it is a gift card don't you have the PayPal credit card it will go back to your credit card." I said no I don't have the PayPal credit card and my PayPal account is not linked to my debit or credit card; It is PayPal credit, it use to be bill me later and that I use to have issues returning with thatI told her Cedarbrook Walmart gives me cash backI asked her who is the district manager , she said Walmart does not have district managers anymore I said yall don't she said no, then I asked who the manager was she Walmart doesn't have managers anymoreI looked up and no picture was on the wall, I said a picture use to be up there I asked her can she call Walmart.com and she said "no" she can get someone for me I tried to call Walmart.com but they were closed
The young lady said she could get an assistant manager that is when young Puerto Rican man came over after she went and got him He also said that Walmart only gives back gift cards for PayPalI said it is PayPal credit it is not linked to a credit card or debit card it is PayPal credit and it is supposed to be a cash return he then said you can call Walmart or Walmart.com; I forget how he said it I told him that I asked her to call and she said "no" The young lady interjected and said, "I said I would get someone." I said I don't have a PayPal credit card I have PayPal credit it is not linked to a credit card or a debit card it is supposed to be a refund of cash The rude man was already nasty but it was mild I then asked him to speak to someone over him he said, "I am the manager and I am the last stop." I asked him "you don't have anyone over you." He said "no" I said, "so you are the owner" he said I have Walmart stock I said that don't mean anything a lot of people have stock then he started yelling and said "LOOK YOU AIN'T GETTING CASH BACK IT IS GIFT CARD AND THAT IS IT" I asked him who do he think he is talking to like that he said "YOU" I asked him again who do you think you are taking to like that he said "YOU ARE TRYING TO GET US TO GO AGAINST POLICY AND WE AIN'T GOING AGAINST POLICY I was getting ready to ask him again then he goes you know what you are going to leave he rushes off screaming "I AM GETTING SECURITY" I told him I am leaving
