Hello, In May 01, I went to Walmart to pay for my apartment using the WIPS cardI went to the billing center like I usually doIf you are unfamiliar how to make payments with WIPS it goes as followsYou present the WIPS card to the cashier and let her know how much you plan on putting on it (your monthly rent) she did charges you the amountYou agree on the amount like any other purchaseAfter you have paid for the amount you, the cashier loads the information to the WIPS cardHowever something was wrong with the computer and she was not able to load my money onto my cardWe tried again, same process I gave my credit card information and entered my pinSame error, she said it must be the cardShe issues me a cash refund for the last transactionHowever I told her we swiped my card twice and she said she had voided the 1st transactionI confirmed with the manager on duty Jamal that if I had a double charge that I would like my refundHe said there should be no problem

We have bought a vanity beveled mirror for our bathroom recentlyThough I was skeptical about the looks but it looked beautiful and perfect for our bathroomI am so happy with my purchaseI would recommend this product to friendsAlso, this mirror was packed so well and it appeared in perfect condition

Friday, June 2nd, I was wrongfully terminated due to a allegation of violence in the work placeI am writing you now because, I am a victim of bullying, discrimination, and wrongful terminationTwo weeks before this happened, ***, an overnight associate for the front end, constantly bullied me by talking down to me, being rude and pushy towards me, singling me out and treating me like I was incompetent of doing my job because of my disability, and verbally told me to stay away from herI went to Kelly, a daytime personnel manager, and told her what was going on throughout the shifts overnightShe said she would talk to ***'s immediate supervisorNothing was done to alleviate the situation and the bullying continuedIt was so emotionally traumatizing that I became frustrated and utilized the open door policy to talk to my overnight CSM, ***When I went to her I was emotionally distraught and said, "*** keeps being mean and talking rude to me and it makes me feel like wanting to punch her in the face." I can see how that can be taken as a threat but, I did not threaten anyoneI was merely trying to let my CSM know what was going on and after I let her know, I avoided being around ***But, the bullying and discrimination I was receiving made me so stressed out that it caused a reaction with my disability and put me in the hospitalI have polycystic kidney disease, lost both my kidneys last year, and rely on dialysis to stay aliveI have been legally deemed disabled by the Social Security AdministrationBecause of this, I missed a few shifts from being severely sickI believe that *** and *** took their frustrations out on me being disabled and missing work by falsely accusing me of violence in the workplace and having me wrongfully terminatedI am not the only overnight associate to have problems with these people, eitherThere have been associates before me that have just up and quit because of the way they were treatedI did not deserve to be bullied, discriminated against, falsely accused after utilizing the open door policy, and wrongfully terminated for being disabled

The meal was postponed minutes as my wife drove to our local Walmart miles from our home, the one we typically never shop due to rude customer service issues to exchange the itemLater, we called the StAugustine store regarding this matter and the female manager on duty at the time brushed off the event and said "Well just bring the item in and exchange it" (after explaining that we had already exchanged the item plus took pictures of the receipt with the product and it's SKU # which included the date of purchase) This manager genuinely did not express a single concern about this issue and could only say I am sorry thereafter then hung upI called corporate, they listed to my complaint and then contacted the store manager which this time was Brad whom just came on dutyAgain I attempted to relay my experience to him although it was evident that my frustrations were escalating by this point as all he seemed to say was he apologizes and he will get someone over to look at the deli products immediatelyHe also stated that employees check these items often and remove items close to expiration from the selves and their prices are then marked downI asked him if this was the case then why did I purchase an item expired almost two weeks ago? I explained to him that a "sorry" cannot justify the cost or food born illnesses, lost days from work due to potential food poisoning, or the humiliation we encountered in front of our guestsI informed him that he was in fact on speaker phone and that the call was being monitored by of our remaining guests whom also shopped at walmart to bare witness to how this particular store would handle customer relations to such mattersAside from the decrease in Walmart's integrity for selling fresh items in their deli, these guests were disgusted at how poorly this manager's commitment was to adequately resolving this matter even with offering a gift card or anythingI ask the reader now to place yourselves in this situationPerhaps you have your boss over, perhaps in laws visit, romantic first date meal, any event that would mean the most to you during the preparation of hosting guestsSay this happened to you, and all that could be said was I'm sorry, or " hey take some more time out of your busy life to come back and exchange the item, your time or cost of travel means nothing to Walmart, so what your guests almost ate a toxic product" YES TOXIC, potato salad has mayo, eggs, and several other ingredients that cause serious food illnesses after their expirationAgain, so what if you were humiliated in front of your guests and your important event was tarnishedHere is a sorry for your sufferingNot acceptable! This woman working the register was the rudest person I've ever metI had a water refill told her and she said wait a minute I'm busy and when she rang it up was rang up the incorrect price, I told her it rang incorrectly she said that is not my problem! A yellow vest person comes up said just void if off and give it to her for free and walks awayThe lady stands there with an attitude and said I can't do that and waits for the other yellow vest lady to come up that got a replacement bag of red skin potatoes for me that was openedShe was very nice and helpful and she fixed the problem and rang it up correctly for the water refillI told the nice yellow vest lady if I could get that woman's name as I wanted to notify corps offices off her bad behavior the rude cashier throws her badge down says here's my name and the yellow vest lady had to get assistance to get this rude cashier away from the register apologizing for this woman's rudenessI could not find one person at customer service to assist with this woman's rudeness and could not get the proper spelling of this woman's name but it was something like Gauavine or something
I listed you all my receipt numbers so you should be able to locate and have this type of behavior handled correctly as she was extremely rudeI completely praise the yellow vest woman she tried to clear that rude lady that was very rude and kept apologizing for her rudeness
This should not be the type of people in customer service she was very hateful
