THERE WAS NO CONFUSION ABOUT THE PRODUCTS RECEIVED. I’M NOT FAMILIAR WITH A LOTION AND SPA SET. BUT I RECEIVED AND USED THE OTHER PRODUCTS.
ONE POINT WAS THIS---I HAVE MAILED SEVERAL CASH PAYMENTS TOWARD THIS ORDER. WHEN I WAS CONTACTING THE COMPANY TO INQUIRE, SHE/HE FAILED TO MENTION RECEIPT OF CASH PAYMENTS. BUT MENTIONED RECEIVING CHECKS THAT DIDN’T GO THROUGH THE BANK. MAYBE THIS WAS A PRESENTATION ISSUE WITH THE PERSON GOING TO THE BANK.  PLUS I CONTINUED TO RECEIVE THE OFFERINGS OF PRODUCTS ON A REGULAR BASIS THROUGH CERTIFIED MAIL.  [redacted]WHO HIRED WHOM TO COLLECT WHAT ON THIS ACCOUNT?[redacted]
ALSO I ATTACHED AN IMAGE THE PENDANT AND EARRINGS AND THE DOCUMENT FOLDERS. THOSE FOLDERS I COULD BUY AT ANY OFFICE STORE FOR 10$. THE NECKLACE AND EARRING SET WAS LISTED AS SILVER-TONE AND SIMULATED PEARL.

February 22, 2017During my conversation with [redacted] on February 1, 2017,
I advised him that [redacted] has confirmed they are holding him as the responsible
party for the outstanding balance placed in our office for
collections.   I also informed him that I will be requesting a
breakdown of the balance from [redacted].  I mailed the itemized bills and [redacted] should receive them soon.
Unfortunately, I am unable to attach verification of the debt due to
exceeding the maximum limit of attachments permitted.  In reviewing the documents attached to [redacted]
complaint, I noticed that while the mailing address on the [redacted] bill is
the service address we are collecting for,  the service address located on
the left side of the document does not match the address where the bill was
mailed.   If [redacted] has any questions or concerns, please have him
contact me directly at toll free number ###-###-####, extension [redacted].

I have reviewed and investigated the complaint. As
part of the investigation I had our customer service department review...

the
account and deemed the balance was due.

Furthermore, I noticed that on March 20, 2015 the
consumer on his own behalf set a series of payments on Penn Credit’s payment
portal. Due to this action I am considering that he was able to resolve his
concerns and made the payment arrangement through the portal.

If [redacted] would like to discuss the matter further please
have him contact Tom P[redacted], V.P. Compliance  directly at [redacted] or by email at [redacted] , he
would be more than willing to discuss and explain the matter to his
understanding and satisfaction.

Thank you for your asistance in the resolution of this
matter.

RE:     [redacted]
Case:  [redacted]
             Please be advised
that Penn Credit takes pride in following all Federal and State collection
laws.
[redacted]’s Physicians placed nine accounts in our office
for collections for a total amount of $1395.00.
We sent the required validation notice on April 13, 2014.  We sent additional letters on August 17, 2014
and   October 5, 2014.
On
October 14, 2014 [redacted] contacted our office to inform us she felt the
balances were not due because she was approved for a charity program, she
agreed to mail in the information so we could follow up with our client.  She called later the same day and informed us
she contact the client who the client placed the account in error and they
would be contacting us to close out the accounts.   The agent she spoke to sent a request to our
client service department to verify with the client if the accounts should be
closed out of our office.  The agent
placed the accounts in question on hold until we were able to determine if we
should be collecting on the accounts.
Our
Client service department contacted our client the same day and verified they
accounts were placed in our office in error and we should close all nine
accounts.
             Thank
you for your assistance in the resolution of this matter

Please be advised that the first communication we have received in reference to the account in question that was placed in our office by [redacted] on April 21, 2014 was the Revdex.com complaint.

Penn Credit has not violated any state of federal collection laws in our attempts to contact [redacted].

Now that we are aware that she is disputing the balance due to not receiving the item we have disputed the account in our office and will return it to our client.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, although I still find it strange that a long-lost relative has an unpaid bill and somehow the collection agency added my address. Very strange indeed!

For more than 27 months this firm has called my landline number, usually very early in the morning. I get a message to call an 800 number. I traced the call to Penn Credit Corp. and can tell you I don't owe anyone anything! My house and car are paid for, the rest is taken out automatically from my bank. They haven't even mentioned who or why they are calling. This is a scam, and I'm going to contact everyone I know of, State Attorney Generals, FTC, my representatives in Congress and the banking committees to complain. I'm old, and can't tolerate this harrasssment,
