Peoplefinders.com Reviews (932)

Review: I bought a report from Peoplefinders.com because I read that in the report I will find the phone number of the person I am looking for. None of the phone numbers received belonged to the person I am looking for. I sent this complaint to Peoplefinders.com: "On the report I bought from you there are 9 phone numbers listed. I called all of them today. None of them belongs to the person I am looking for. Can you please, help me with the actual phone # that will connect me with M[redacted]a P**l? This is the reason I bought the report from you, to get a valid phone # for this person. Can you help me with that?" Here it is their answer: "Hello,We are sorry you are having trouble viewing your report. Fortunately, every report you order is available at PeopleFinders.com for 90 days. To view your report, please login to your account at PeopleFinders.com/login, then click the My Reports link in the upper right corner of the page. You will be shown a list every report youve ordered. You can click on any of the reports to view them online.Your report may have several tabs, and you can click each one of them to see more information. If you would like a permanent copy, click the Print Version icon and you will be shown a printable version of your report. I consider that Peoplefinders.com haven't provided the data I paid for.Desired Settlement: I think that it will be fair for Peoplefinders.com to refund the money I paid for services they did not provided.

Response:

We are sorry that you did not receive the results you were hoping for. When you order a report, our system searches through billions of public records and collects every piece of relevant information. PeopleFinders pays for access to this data, so the charge is for us to conduct a search on your behalf, not to return a specific result. We are unable to provide a refund, but we will be happy to offer you a free search to help you find the facts you need. Please review the Terms of Use on PeopleFinders.com if you would like more information about refunds or other policies.

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: When I typed the name of the person I'm looking for in the Peoplesfinder web site I read that for a price I will get the phone # of that person. There were no "maybe", "perhaps", "alleged" words used for this. I paid because the web site showed me that if I pay I will get the phone number where I can contact the person I was looking for. As I said, none of the phone numbers I've got in the report belonged to the person I was looking for. A promise is a promise. If they cannot keep their promise they should return the money.

Thank you for your time.

Response:

You are correct we offer a free preliminary search which will indicate what information is available upon purchase for each listing. We offer this to ensure that you are fully aware of what information you will receive upon making a purchase.

The available information is indicated by green icons. If you do not see a green icon that indicates a particular piece of information is available, then it will not be available upon purchase.

We have reviewed the report you ordered and, as indicated prior to purchase, there are phone numbers available to you on the report. In total, there are nine phone numbers listed. These are all phone numbers that have ever been publically reported by the individual as belonging to them. We understand these may not be the phone numbers you were expecting but again the charge grants access our database and not to return a specific result. Therefore we are unable to provide you a refund per the Terms you agreed to upon making a purchase with us.

Review: We paid $1.95 for a phone number. We didn't get the phone number, it was a disconnected, useless number.People Finders.com then wants to steal $24.95 from us.For what?I do not give People Finders permission to steal $26.90 from us.People are getting furious over the manner in which white men do buisness.Desired Settlement: They are not entitled to $24.95 of our money, no way, no how. It's a disgusting way to do buisness. Somehow they are still in business.

Business

Response:

Our records show you have already been assisted with this matter. Per the supervisor call on 11/3/2014 at 4:27pm you were refunded two charges of $24.95 as a onetime courtesy. Your account with PeopleFinders.com is closed.

At the time of purchase on 9/25/2014 you chose to receive a discounted price for signing up for a 3 day trial to our Membership. You had the option to cancel this membership trial at anytime via your account manager on the website, via email, or via phone. We did not receive any notification that you wished to cancel this trial. The 3 day trial has ended; therefore, you were charged the membership fee on the fourth day, and for every month thereafter.

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because:

Dear [redacted],

It is not enough that People Finders restored to me the money they stole from me.

Their entire way of doing buisness with small print white man bt is unethical. The rich pks steal, then hide behind their underpaid clerks who have to deal with customers' anger. The customer service girls were actually quite terrible in their own way. You should reach the cowardly white pks who are profitting from their crappy buisness tactics.

What about all of my brothers and sisters who pay $1.95 for a phone number - which in itself is expensive! - and then are charged $24.95 each month for nothing!? That's a very dirty, nasty, slimy way of doing buisness. Of course, they will continue they have no morals.

You'd be saving a lot of people a lot of trouble if you would not allow such shabby treatment of customers!

Thank you,

Sincerely,

Review: PeopleFinders.com is a misleading website. They offer unlimited searches for $10. When you click on the button to select the $10 option, it asks for your payment information. Somewhere between that payment and their hidden "surcharge" language, my account gets hit for $59.70! That's NOT $10.00/$9.95.When I called to complain and ask them to credit the money back, they said I "chose" to pay that surcharge by clicking on something.Sneaky, horrible business methods. That's allot of money! Despite the ridiculous tactic to steal that money, their service is bad too. None of the information I was looking for was available. They didn't even show records that I knew existed and should easily show up in a search. Inferior product and they ripped me off.Desired Settlement: $59.70.

Business

Response:

We have reviewed your account and found that the product you selected was 6 months of unlimited Background Reports at $59.70. It breaks down to $9.95 per month. The user is presented with three Membership options. Our records show you chose the "6 Months of UNLIMITED Searches $9.95/mo ($59.70 Today)" product. Therefore, you were billed $59.70. Given the price for one Background check is $19.95 we can wave the remaining membership at $39.75. In conclusion, the remaining $19.95 is non-refundable per the Terms you agreed to, your account is closed and we will refund $39.75 as a courtesy.

Review: This internet company charges 95 cents for a phone #. I used it once. They charged me 95 cents and then three days later started a monthly billing of $24.95 without my knowledge or consent. I called them. Their brazen liar of a customer service agent refused to refund. She claimed I had agreed. There is a treasure trove of similar complaints against them on the internet which I had not seen prior to using them. They bill you as CFK peoplefinders at [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want them put out of business and jailed if possible. They are criminals and are ruining the internet business model for everyone else. My credit card company will refund me as I disputed the charge to them. But that is not going to solve the problem for the general public. My credit card company said I should turn to you. If you can help great. If you think I need to go to some law enforcement organization I will. I just don't know who has jurisdiction. I appreciate your help.

At the time of purchase you chose to receive a discounted price ($0.95) for signing up for a 3 day trial to our Membership. If your intention was to run one search only, you should choose the $1.95 regular priced report directly below. As advertised, the $0.95 product is a report + trial for unlimited searches. This membership allowed you to receive an unlimited number of:•People Searches – Get the facts you need to find anyone, anywhere•Email Searches – Obtain email addresses, or learn about the owner of any address•Social Profile Searches – See updates on all of your friend’s social profiles in one spot•Marriage Searches – Find out if a man or woman has ever been married•Divorce Searches – Check the divorce status of any man or woman•Property Searches – Learn about any piece of property, including the current owner and valueYou had the option to cancel this membership trial at anytime via your account manager on the website, via email, or via phone. We did not receive any notification that you wished to cancel this trial. The 3 day trial has ended; therefore, you were charged the membership fee ($24.95) on the fourth day. On 3/6/2015 we received a notification from your credit card company that your card information had been compromised. The alert stated you did not make any purchase on our website. Therefore, we refunded the $24.95 charge you are referring to.

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: There is no such clear choice on their website. The idea that anyone using their service for the first time would actually need a continuing service is ludicrous. Therefore the only way then can get people to sign up for a monthly service that no one needs is to trick people. Additional evidence is all over the internet in the form of the exact same complaint that I am making. Just look up people finders on [redacted] and you will see endless complaints.

Review: I bought a search for a phone number for $.99 and the search did not reveal anything. So I called the company.I could not hear the person speaking so I asked them to speak louder and they said they could not and when I asked why they just said they could not.So I explained my problem and they said there was nothing they could do.Then they hung up on me!I called back and I think I may have reached the same person because the voice was familiar and the connection was as well. I told them I had been disconnected and I would like to speak with a supervisor. They said no one was available.I asked when someone would be available and they did not know.I think this person and company are not listening to their customers concerns. The person I spoke with couldn't care less when I said I would be contacting the Revdex.com.The service failed to provide me with what I bought and the customer service agent could not take are of my needs.I want my $.99 back. This may seem silly but this company needs to be reported for extremely poor customer service and not providing what they said they could.Desired Settlement: $.99 and an apology for poor customer service and an honest pledge that they will improve customer service training

Response:

We were not able to find an account using the information you supplied. Additionally, we searched through our phone system using the two phone numbers you provided in order to review the phone calls you referred to and found that they have not called into our call center. If you believe you are contacting the correct company please provide the e-mail you used to create your account on PeopleFinders.com or provide any additional phone numbers you may have called from.

Review: PeopleFinders uses misleading and malicious marketing tactics to surreptitiously dupe consumers. If you have the misfortune of needing to find a number on the internet and use the [redacted] website, you can, without realizing it, be tricked into subscribing to Peoplefinder. They make it extremely difficult to cancel the service. Their website obfuscates how to cancel their service and you cannot get anyone on the phone to cancel it. When I spoke to an individual at PeopleFinders, on my third attempt, and demanded a refund, they simple hung up on me. The refund is warranted because I never agreed to an automatic monthly renewal, but the customer representative simple told me to forget about it and hung up without even trying to get the relevant facts. At this point, I believe I have cancelled the subscription I did not authorize. It is illegal for companies to automatically renew monthly subscriptions without authorization. If it is not, it should be.Desired Settlement: Peoplefinder must remit a check to me for $180 as a refund of subscription charges from January 1, 2015 through July 1, 2015.

We have found that you have already contacted your bank or Credit Card Company and filed a dispute. Often, due to the dispute, you are given a conditional refund by your bank; therefore we cannot offer you a refund. Please allow time for your financial institution to review the charges for validity. Usually this process will take a few billing cycles and they will notify you of the outcome via mail. You will now need to follow their policies and procedures regarding these charges. Tell us why here...

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because:The point is not about the refund. The point is about their deceptive business practice of automatically charging consumer charge cards. This practice is common on the Internet and should be stopped.

Review: I signed up for the $1.95 trial on peoplefinders.com. After trying the service and realizing it was not as detailed as I thought it was going to be I could not find a way to cancel my membership online so I called their customer service number to cancel. I talked to the representative and she claimed to cancel my membership. However, they didn't. I have no noticed, but I have been charged 24.95 every month since September 2014. I filed a dispute with my credit card company but peoplefinders replied with a copy of my information authorizing them to charge me. They have my information and authorization because they billed my account for the trial. When I spoke to the representative she told me over the phone that she cancelled my membership, but apparently she did not. I have filed another dispute with my credit card company to try to resolve the issue.Desired Settlement: Refund of the unused months. I completely forgot about the service after I called to cancel and didn't notice the charges on my statement until now.

Review: I logged in to PeopleFinders.com to do a reverse phone number lookup. According to their website, the cost for a single search is $0.95. The website was unable to locate any information so I received an email from them stating that I would not be charged because they could not locate any information. When I received my credit card bill, I was charged not only the $0.95, but also a monthly membership fee of $24.95 which would have continued monthly if I had not checked my credit card bill. When I called PeopleFinders about the charges, I was informed that I was set up on an auto membership because I requested a one time search and was charged the single search charge because I received the report I requested. There was a PDF document online but it did not contain any information. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company but would warn anyone to be careful when using the services of this company because they were very deceitful in my transaction with them.Desired Settlement: I do not know if anyone else has had a similar experience with this company but I am filing a complaint so people will be cautious in dealing with them.

Review: I went to go purchase a look up and the initial location says Florida, then when I go to purchase it it moves it to Illinois. So what I was buying was what appeared to be a Florida report and at the last minute after I bought it it comes up with a different name a different location they totally scammed me out of my money. Then I called and the woman tells me well the terms say that the information my not be accurate, I explained I understand that but if your initial search says its Florida information that was found not Illinois information,if I knew it was Illinois information I would have never purchased it.Desired Settlement: It cost me 3 dollars to run this report that is a total scam I want my money back

Business

Response:

We are sorry that you did not receive the results you were hoping for. We have reviewed the report and found that the owner has lived in Florida in the past and this is why it was listed in the preview. Review: Company signs you up for membership @ $24.95 a month when you agree to pay .95 for a phone number and address. You must cancel the membership to avoid paying the monthly charge. I did not notice this and was charged $24.95. Very deceiving! I called to get the charge removed and they held fast to their scheme.Desired Settlement: Refund my $24.95 as their practice is very concerning.

Business

Response:

At the time of sign up the customer is given options. They may select their report with a trial membership or they may select the product with out a membership. This customer selected the product that comes with a membership. They can view that they are signing up for the membership during the check out process. They have 3 days to cancel the trial without getting charged the membership fee. Before check out they clicked to agree to the Terms of Use which stated that our products are not refundable.

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because:this is deceptive, they offer you 95 cents and in the end you accept terms thinking you are paying 95 cents. You read about the low cost and sign up only to be deceived. Senior citizens are very suseptable to thes scams!

Business

Response:

Response: We do offer two different options. Before check out the customer is also able to view if they signed up for the membership or not. We have attached a sample search on our website. The customer types in a name to search, then when they go to the product page they can select to purchase the “Report Only” or the “Report+Trial” . Please note if they select the report with trial, they then have 3 days to cancel the trial so that they do not get billed the monthly fee. Before check out, the customer also clicks a box to agree to the Terms of Use which again re-iterate the trial period and state that our searches and memberships are not refundable.

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: The company leads you to believe you are paying .95 for a phone number and then lures you into a membership that needs to be cancelled. This is deceiving and very miss-leading especially for senior citizens on a limited budget. Who would pay $24.94 a month for a telephone number directory? I may not have read the luring script as I was in a hurry to get the number, however, when I realized the trap, I called immediately. I only used their service once and never will use it again and $24.95 is a big expense for one number and no additional services rendered. Especially when it is done in a deceptive way!

I paid for the initial trial and a report ....after logging in I tried to access the report .....lol....what a scam ...the site just loops back to a home page showing that I paid for a report , thats it ,nothing else ....[redacted] ....so Im out 20.00 ...lesson learned.....do not use this [redacted]......

I just cancelled my account well before the full month as I've discovered the service to be absolutely useless. The only address the site was able to secure for me (upon receiving my secured payment) was very my own. Good for them that I provided my info. willingly, anyway. Do not waste your money.

purchased a one time service and my credit card was billed repeatedly. Did not use the service at all after the original service was performed

Review: There are several problems here, I will focus on 2. First on the peoplefinders.com website, I enter a query, such as telephone number, to look up information regarding the owner. When I entered the query, the site tells me "yes" we do in fact have the owner's name that you are looking for, but you must first pay or sign up for membership. When I sign up and pay the money, I get a report that says that they do not have the owner information. They took payment for information that they claimed to have and in fact did not have the information. No refund.Second, after the report failed, I clicked through the cancellation process, thinking I have cancelled the account. 7 days later, I was billed for the full membership. I contacted the support and clicked through the cancellation process again, yet, my membership still showed active. I clicked through a third time and this time it takes me to a cancellation form to fill out. This time it did cancel my membership, but in total it cost me more $.95 for the misinformation and $19.99 for the membership that did not cancel. The support team of this provider is very quick to respond but completely uninterested in correcting the problem.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, and I would suggest that the operator review their data set and cancellation process. Either the cancellation process does not work 100% of the time, or the cancellation buttons are designed to confuse and fool a user into not properly cancelling until completion.

Consumer

Response:

Hello. Shortly after having sent the complaint to you, the company moved forward with a full refund. I wish to modify this and add their resolution action.

Review: I have requested via telephone and email for peoplefinders to remove my personal information from their website and it still remains. They offer a method to opt out; however I am unable to find my listing using that method. The customer service desk has instructed me to send the request in writing, which I have, they have told me they have created a ticket for their technical team, but all to no avail. Additionally, I left a voice mail message for their supervisor and that person has not responded.Desired Settlement: Remove all of my personal information from peoplefinders.com completely. Delete me from their database, this includes, deleting the following URL's

[redacted] Remove "[redacted]" previous marital name, I am showing as a relative of this individual, which I don't know nor am I a relative.

We apologize for any confusion in the opt out process. We are working on having this information removed. Please allow up to 10 business days for this to complete. We cannot remove what appears as a possible relative, however we did remove the listing you provided for Publishe [redacted].

Thanks Revdex.com, peoplefinders finally removed me from their database. Thanks for your assistance in this matter. The case may be closed.

Review: People Finders is one of the worst online information search engines! I talked to a member services representative there today to try and resolve the issue about the $30 I was charged for a membership I did not want and she was not friendly and was not helpful at all. I can't believe that I cancelled the membership 2 days late (I thought it was a 7 day trial period not a 3 day trial period) and I can't get my $29.95 back. The time allowed for the trial membership before membership fees are incurred seems to keep changing and there is no standardization. I'm sure if I'd known it was 3 days and had cancelled 2 hours late they would have still charged me. There was no offer of other services or any type of compensation or even a reduced rate. A company like [redacted] on the other hand is more forgiving in their membership billing, and they offer you a cheaper ($3 was what I paid) membership fee as an alternative if you've moved into the paid membership period by accident.

I'm so tired of information search engines like People-Finders (I don't include [redacted] in that complaint) and credit report engines like [redacted] doing this 'trial membership' thing and continually changing the lengths of time as well as burying the information on their websites about how to cancel the memberships. I'm required to use online people search engines for my job and I've lost over $100 due to these 'free trial periods' and automatically being charged for a month of membership when I just needed a phone number or credit score. I'm ready to take up a class action law suit as I know I'm not the only person this is happening too. It's unfair marketing and it seems predatory. But maybe I'm over reacting. I just know that as a low wage worker, $30 can make the difference in whether I can pay my electric bill or not. I'm apologize as I know whoever reads this is likely just another grunt worker like I am but I'm frustrated and upset and I feel taken advantage of by these online information search programs.Desired Settlement: I would prefer the $29.95 back but I'd be more then willing to take a pro-rated amount back, so if the 30 day membership is $29.95 that's roughly $1 a day. I had the trial membership for 6 days which would mean $6 for services so I'd be happy with getting $23.95 back as a refund. Any money I can get helps! Thank you.

Business

Response:

We have refunded half of the membership fee. There will be no further billings.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Just wanted to thank you for your help with my recent complaint against PEOPLE Finders. Ive never filed a complaint against a business and your site helped me feel less like a fly in a trap and more empowered for my voice to be heard. Thanks![redacted]

Review: trial service for 24.99, was told I had 7 days to use and get refund. I asked for my refund withing two hours of order. They took $80.89.no refund

They say I ordered something else during that period, I didn't the information provides was from 10 years ago. I emailed them several times, they refuse to refund my money. They argued that I ordered something else. I did not order anything else. They refunded $39.95, not even the cost of what I ordered! Refuse to refund the $40.94, I did not order anything else. What I ordered to begin with was supposed to include all that I was looking to find. Like I said info was at least ten years old.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of all money they have taken from my account.

Business' Initial Response

Hello,

The charge you are referring to for $24.99 was for our PeopleFinders Rewards program. This allows you to get discounts on the different reports offered on our website. It is an advertisement after the purchase process for a seperate product. You have cancelled this trial and therefore you have not and will not be charged the membership fee of $24.95. Nowhere on the advertisement does it state that you will recieve refunds on purchases. The PeopleFinders Rewards advertisement is irrelevant to your original purchase of $40.94 and $39.95. Our records show you have been refunded the charge of $39.95 because a duplicate background check was selected by you when going through another seperate checkout process.

As stated in our Terms of Use, we do not offer refunds for the product you ordered. Please review the Terms of Use on PeopleFinders.com if you would like more information about refunds or other policies.

Consumer's Final Response

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)

I only ordered the one that was $24.99, It stated on the page I ordered from that I would get a money back guarantee, I used this and got information as I said from years ago, was not accurate. I then cancelled the same night I ordered. I checked my bank and saw I was charged for Three separate things. I again will state that I only ordered the product that was $24.99! With a money back guarantee. Once you had my credit card information, you charged me for whatever you wanted. What you offer is not accurate in the first place, I cancelled within the time frame I was told I had too. I want all the money you debited from my account without permission refunded. I see from all the other complaints this is not going to happen. It's nothing new for your company to rip people off. I want my money back!!!

Initial Business Response

We are sorry that you did not receive the results you were hoping for. When you order a report, our system searches through billions of public records and collects every piece of relevant information. PeopleFinders pays for access to this data, so the charge is for us to conduct a search on your behalf, not to return a specific result. As stated on the site, addresses for Reverse Phone Reports are included when available. The phone number you requested does not have an address available. Please review the Terms of Use on PeopleFinders.com if you would like more information about refunds or other policies.

Final Consumer Response

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)

Regardless of what the policies are and how many records your magnificent database searched through. The bottom line is, I did not receive any other information other than the information that was laid before me before I paid my $4.95. Any company with any moral decency would offer a refund to a customer who did not receive results from their search. Peoplefinders.com is obviously not people oriented. Beware of these crooks people and do not let them entice you into throwing away your money.

Final Business Response

We have reviewed the report you purchased. Caller ID can be changed with phone providers so that the person's name doesn't show up on caller ID. When the caller ID has been changed we only have access to the name it was changed to. Sometimes it can be a first name or last name only, or it can be a city and state. We found that the cell phone number you searched is registered under the name [redacted] This is probably because Telemarketers, debt collectors, and some businesses may choose to have a generic name show up on caller ID, such as city and state. This is the only publically reported information available for that cell phone. The charge is non-refundable.

Review: PeopleFinders states that they will report marriages and divorce and only listed 4 states in which the person never lived.

PeopleFinders states that they will report marriages and divorces. They did not check the states in which the person actually lived. They did not list the correct value of property.I will be able to prove that this information is available if the company had done a comprehensive search. They did not list the current phone number of the person who was searched. The advertisement of the "Comprehensive Background Search" is misleading. Desired Settlement: I would like all my money refunded.

Thank you.

Initial Business Response

Please review the Terms of Use on PeopleFinders.com if you would like more information about refunds or other policies. Our records show that per your request over the phone on 10/7/2013, and as a one time courtesy, a refund of $49.95 was granted. This amount will be shown on your credit card statement within five business days. When you order a report, our system searches through billions of public records and collects every piece of relevant information. PeopleFinders pays for access to this data, so the charge is for us to conduct a search on your behalf, not to return a specific result. Unfortunately, we do not have access to information about marriages and divorces in every state. Several states do not post that information online, so our system is unable to retrieve those records. To obtain records from states that are not listed below, you may contact the county office where the marriage or divorce was filed.

Final Consumer Response

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)

It is misleading advertising to call your report "Comprehensive Background Check". Only 5 states were search for marriages and divorce, none of which the person ever lived. In fact, information on the person's divorce is currently listed on Google and is public information. Therefore I assert that your report is not close to being "Comprehenive".

Final Business Response

We have received your correspondence. However, we were not clear on your concern. We have granted a refund of $49.95 as a courtesy and as a one time exception to the Terms you agreed to. It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand what they are purchasing and agreeing to when shopping online. Our records indicate that you have already been assisted with this matter.

Review: This business makes it easy to sign up for Monthly membership even though I only wanted a one time purchase. They deducted a monthly fee from my Debit Card two month in a row before I realized it. They refunded only half the amount. I never wanted to join, I only wanted to purchase a one time search. I want my other monthly fee refunded.Desired Settlement: Refund my other monthly fee of 24.95.

Business

Response:

The customer

has a choice to accept a special discounted price available with a monthly

membership or the full price for the search without membership. If a customer does not wish to enroll in

membership they may choose the full price for one report. The membership

option provides a three day trial to try our services.

Our membership service provides unlimited searches and other features

for a monthly fee. This is clearly and

conspicuously disclosed on the initial order selection page. Our records show the membership option was affirmatively selected by this customer on 12/31/2013. Then the consumer is provided with an entire

page outlining the terms of the membership which clearly and conspicuously states

that after the initial trial, unless the consumer cancels the service it will continue monthly and the card they provided will be charged until

they tell us to cancel their membership to avoid future charges. The membership is mentioned no less than

three times on two pages before the order is complete.

Given that

members can conduct unlimited searches for a monthly membership fee our terms

do not allow for any refunds and simply allow members to cancel anytime to

avoid future charges. For the period of

the membership this customer was charged each month. During that time, our

customer service is available to take the cancellation at any time. This customer failed to contact us for six months to cancel the membership or discuss the charges. Per his request over the phone on 6/26/2014 we agreed to refund $24.95 for the most current month. There are no further refunds available on this account. In conclusion this account is closed, there will be no further automatic billing and we have refunded one charge of $24.95 as a courtesy.
