I am rejecting this response because: I don't want a month of access to wrong and outdated information. Especially, since I did my own search and found the information without their services. If I could locate the information then with their database should have been able too.

Our website stats our coverage of divorce records. No refund will be issued. We have already offered another free search.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, assuming they provide me with the additional services that they assured would be available in their response. I do believe that the way their site is set up with cause others to have the same experience that I did.  It is very misleading.

The customer purchased a trial membership on 03/13/16. There is no record of cancelation by email, online or by phone prior to 03/30/16. No refund will be issued

The charge of $24.99 is for PeopleFinders Rewards program. This allows you to get discounts on the different reports offered on our website. We did not receive notification that you wished to cancel this within your 7 day trial period, therefore you were billed $24.99. You stated that you have already contacted your bank or Credit Card Company and filed a dispute. Often, due to the dispute, you are given a conditional refund by your bank; therefore we cannot offer you a refund. Please allow time for your financial institution to review the charges for validity. Usually this process will take a few billing cycles and they will notify you of the outcome via mail. You will now need to follow their policies and procedures regarding these charges.

on 10/07/16 the customer went to our website and selected to purchase a background report for $9.95. They then clicked to accept a $19.95 Membership that was offered to them during the check out process. However, the transactions failed. They were not charged. They then emailed us for assistance 3...

times, all 3 times they were notified that they were not billed the transactions had all failed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the pending transactions to drop. How long it will take for the pending charges to drop is up to their bank, on our end the transactions ever went through we did not receive any funds that need to be refunded.

The customer purchased the report and $24.99 membership on 06/20/2014. Refunds have already been issued for $24.95 X 4. No further refunds will be issued. Per our Terms of Use the customer was responsible to cancel the membership ,which was canceled until 04/13/2016.

confusion. They did not call, they contacted, support on 2/15/16 in the form of an email in which we have record of. We replied to them stating we have canceled their membership and refunded them the $24.95 that same day. On the same day the customer both emailed us in regards to the membership, we replied back saying we refunded and they also logged in and canceled their membership themselves.

We have reviewed our files and our records show that an order for a search was conducted by this customer on 7/5/2015. At that time they had a choice to accept a special discounted price available with a monthly membership ($0.95) or the full price for the search without membership ($3.95). The...

membership option was affirmatively selected by them on 7/5/2015. That membership provided a three day trial to try our services. Our membership service provides unlimited searches and other features for a monthly fee. This is clearly and conspicuously disclosed on the initial order selection page. Then the consumer is provided with an entire section, directly below the total, outlining the terms of the membership. This clearly and conspicuously states that after the initial trial, unless the consumer cancels the service it will continue monthly and the card they provided will be charged until they indicate to cancel their membership to avoid future charges. The membership is mentioned no less than three times on three pages before the order is complete. If their intention was not to sign up for membership then they in fact selected the wrong product. Given that members can conduct unlimited searches for a monthly membership fee our terms do not allow for any refunds and simply allow members to cancel anytime to avoid future charges. For the period of their membership our customer service was available to take the cancellation at any time. They failed to contact us to cancel until a phone call to a representative on 7/13/2015, eight days after the three day trial into the membership was initiated. The charge of $24.95 is non-refundable per the Terms this customer agreed to upon purchase. In conclusion, this customer is responsible for the initial trial cost of $0.95 and one membership fee of $24.95, the account is closed and there will be no further automatic billing.

info was right  it was not correct  how do you mention me running reports but fail to mention that they were family members and my husband   I want a refund or I will have no issue taking you guys to court since my cousin is a lawyer   I did not get what I paid for and your information is wrong
